As shown in fig. 2, an air inlet pipe 18 is fixedly connected to an air inlet end of the air pump 6, the air inlet pipe 18 penetrates through the side wall of the mounting table 1, an air filter 19 is mounted on the side wall of the mounting table 1 in an embedded manner, and the air inlet pipe 18 is communicated with the air filter 19; when the beverage dispenser is used, the air pump 6 sucks external air through the air inlet pipe 18, and the air filters and removes dust, germs and the like in the air through the air filter 19, so that the cleanness degree of raw materials is improved, and the cleanness safety degree of beverage preparation is further improved.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, an air outlet end of the air pump 6 is fixedly connected with an air outlet pipe 20, the air outlet pipe 20 penetrates through a top wall of the cavity 8, a mounting opening 21 is formed in the top wall of the cavity 8, a cover plate 22 is rotatably mounted inside the mounting opening 21, a through hole is formed in the middle of the cover plate 22, the air outlet pipe 20 penetrates through the through hole, a first spring 23 is fixedly connected in the middle of the bottom surface of the cover plate 22, the bottom end of the first spring 23 is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the mounting opening 21, a sealing groove 24 is formed in the outer ring of the mounting opening 21, a sealing ring plate 25 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the cover plate 22, and the sealing ring plate 25 is in sliding fit with the sealing groove 24; when the material supplementing wheel 4 rotates and the storage tank 9 is moved to the discharge chute 7, the extrusion force of the material supplementing wheel 4 on the cover plate 22 disappears, the cover plate 22 rotates under the pushing of the elastic force of the first spring 23, the port of the air outlet pipe 20 is driven to align with the storage tank 9, and therefore high-speed air flow generated by the air pump 6 flows into and out of the storage tank 9; when the feeding wheel 4 rotates to drive the storage tank 9 to move out of the discharging tank 7, the cover plate 22 is extruded by the outer wall of the feeding wheel 4 to rotate, so that the cover plate 22 is rotated into the mounting opening 21, and the port of the air outlet pipe 20 is put into the mounting opening 21, thereby avoiding the air blowing of the air outlet pipe 20 all the time and reducing the influence on the rotation of the feeding wheel 4; through seal ring plate 25 and seal groove 24 sliding fit, seal the isolation to installing port 21, avoided in raw materials dust gets into installing port 21, reduced the raw materials dust to apron 22 pivoted influence.

As shown in fig. 6 to 7, a base 26 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the mounting opening 21, a protrusion 27 is slidably mounted on the top surface of the base 26, grooves are formed in the top surface of the base 26 and the bottom surface of the protrusion 27, a second spring 28 is fixedly connected inside the groove, and the top surface of the protrusion 27 is in press fit with the air outlet pipe 20; when the air outlet pipe 20 is driven by the cover plate 22 to rotate into the mounting opening 21, the air outlet pipe 20 is bent to extrude the convex block 27, so that the second spring 28 is compressed, the convex block 27 extrudes the air pipe 20, the air outlet pipe 20 is compressed and deformed, the air outlet pipe 20 is blocked, and the air blowing of the air outlet pipe 20 in the mounting opening 21 is avoided.

As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the inner ring side wall of the storage tank 9 is fixedly connected with one side of an elastic silica gel plate 29 by bolts, the other side of the elastic silica gel plate 29 is fixedly connected with the volume control plate 11 by bolts, the middle part of the outer ring of the volume control plate 11 is fixedly connected with one side of a silica gel elastic sheet 30, the other side of the silica gel elastic sheet 30 is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the notch of the mounting groove 10, and the outer wall of the silica gel elastic sheet 30 is in sliding fit with the outer wall of the mounting groove 10; when the device is used, the elastic silica gel plate 29 is used for isolating and sealing the gap between the volume control plate 11 and the storage tank 9, so that raw material dust is prevented from entering the gap between the volume control plate 11 and the storage tank 9 to influence the sliding of the volume control plate 11; keep apart sealedly through the gap of silica gel shell fragment 30 between with mounting groove 10 and the volume control board 11, avoided the raw materials dust to get into mounting groove 10 in, influence driving motor 12's normal work.

As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the inner wall of the silicone elastic sheet 30 is in sliding fit with the outer wall of the volume control plate 11, an air cavity 31 is formed inside the silicone elastic sheet 30, and a through hole is formed in one side of the air cavity 31 close to the middle of the volume control plate 11; through the air cavity 31 and the through hole that set up for silica gel shell fragment 30 can compress and reset, makes silica gel shell fragment 30 in the gap between mounting groove 10 and volume control board 11, can buckle and come and go to slide, thereby has avoided silica gel shell fragment 30 to influence the slip of volume control board 11.

Example two

As shown in fig. 8, a first comparative example, in which another embodiment of the present invention is: the outer ring of the bottom of the feed inlet of the raw material box 2 is fixedly connected with a conical funnel 32, the bottom of the conical funnel 32 is provided with a dustproof cone 33, and the conical funnel 32 and the dustproof cone 33 are fixedly connected through a plurality of connecting rods; during the use, add the charge door that passes through raw materials box 2 with the raw materials, the raw materials passes through behind cone hopper 32 and enters into raw materials box 2 in, the raw materials produces a large amount of raise dusts after falling, and the raise dusts receives stopping of cone hopper 32 and dustproof awl 33, has avoided the raise dusts to fly out from raw materials box 2's charge door, has improved the simple operation nature when the staff adds the raw materials.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, adding powdery raw materials into a raw material box 2; starting a driving motor 12 to drive a driving gear 13 to rotate, driving an arc toothed plate 14 meshed with the driving gear to rotate, driving a volume control plate 11 to slide along the mounting groove 10, and matching with the side wall of the storage tank 9 to adjust the storage volume of the storage tank 9;

then, when the beverage is prepared, the servo motor 3 is started to drive the feeding wheel 4 to rotate, so that the storage groove 9 is aligned with the storage bin of the raw material box 2, the powdery raw material falls into the storage groove 9, and when the powdery raw material falls, the raw material passes through the elastic pull rope 17, so that the elastic pull rope 17 vibrates to divide the raw material, the hardening probability of the raw material is reduced, and the gaps of the raw material in the storage groove 9 are reduced;

then, the feeding wheel 4 rotates again, the storage tank 9 rotates to the discharging groove 7, meanwhile, the outer wall of the feeding wheel 4 seals the storage bin of the raw material box 2, the raw material in the storage tank 9 enters the conveying pipe 5 through the discharging groove 7 and is conveyed into the mixing bin of the automatic beverage machine through the conveying pipe 5, at this time, the extrusion force of the feeding wheel 4 on the cover plate 22 disappears, the cover plate 22 rotates under the pushing of the elastic force of the first spring 23, the port of the air outlet pipe 20 is driven to align with the storage tank 9, the air pump 6 is started, external air is sucked in through the air inlet pipe 18, the air passes through the air filter 19, dust, germs and the like in the air are filtered and removed, the storage tank 9 is blown through the air outlet pipe 20, meanwhile, when the high-speed air generated by the air pump 6 enters the storage tank 9, the high-speed air blows the elastic sheet 15 to vibrate, and drives the impact hammer 16 to strike the inner wall of the storage tank 9, the raw materials on the inner wall of the storage tank 9 vibrate, and the raw materials remained in the discharge tank 7 and the storage tank 9 are blown into the conveying pipe 5 by matching with the high-speed airflow generated by the air pump 6, so that the residue of the raw materials in the conveying process is reduced, the subsequent blending accuracy of the beverage is improved, and the taste of the beverage is improved;

finally, after the raw material supplement is completed, the material supplement wheel 4 rotates again, the cover plate 22 is extruded by the outer wall of the material supplement wheel 4 to rotate, the cover plate 22 is rotated into the mounting opening 21, the port of the air outlet pipe 20 is put into the mounting opening 21, the air outlet pipe 20 is bent to extrude the lug 27, the second spring 28 is compressed, the lug 27 extrudes the air pipe 20, the air outlet pipe 20 is compressed and deformed, the air outlet pipe 20 is blocked, the air outlet pipe 20 is prevented from being blown all the time, and the influence on the rotation of the material supplement wheel 4 is reduced; meanwhile, the storage tank 9 on the other side rotates to the bottom end of the storage bin of the raw material box 2.

The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
