Referring to fig. 1-8, an embodiment of the present invention: an integrated device for producing animal fat and an implementation method thereof comprise the following steps: the waste slag box comprises a bottom plate 1, the bottom plate is positioned at the upper end of the ground, universal wheels are installed on the left side and the right side of the bottom plate 1, a waste slag box 2 is arranged at the upper end of the bottom plate 1, a main body 22 is placed at the upper end of the bottom plate 1, the waste slag box 2 is a rectangular square box, an inclined through groove communicated with the top end and the lower part of the front end is formed in the waste slag box 2, guide pillar placing springs 3 protruding upwards are arranged at four corners of the top end of the waste slag box 2, the bottom of each spring 3 is connected with the top end of the waste slag box 2 in a welded mode, the top end of each spring 3 is attached to a feeding box 4, each feeding box 4 is of a hollow structure, the outline of each feeding box 4 is consistent with that of the waste slag box 2 below, sieve meshes are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of each feeding box 4, guide pillars extending downwards are arranged on the bottom surface of each feeding box 4 corresponding to the positions of the springs 3, an opening is provided with an opening, and trapezoidal protrusions extending upwards and downwards are arranged at the front ends and at the back ends of the right side of each feeding box 4, meanwhile, a feeding channel 5 is arranged on the right side of the feeding box 4, a side cover 8 is arranged at the top end of the feeding box 4, a groove is arranged on the bottom surface of the side cover 8 to surround the feeding box 4, a motor 7 is arranged in the middle of the side cover 8, a rotating shaft is arranged at the bottom output end of the motor 7 and penetrates through the side cover 8, a paddle 6 is arranged on the rotating shaft of the output end of the motor 7, three paddles 6 are uniformly distributed along the outer side of the circle center of the rotating shaft at 120 degrees, through grooves are uniformly distributed on the surface of the paddle 6, through grooves penetrating through the left side and the right side are arranged in the feeding channel 5, a feeding port on the left side of a main body 22 aligned on the right side of the feeding channel 5 is provided, a trapezoidal convex groove corresponding to the right side of the feeding box 4 is arranged on the left side of the feeding channel 5, a clamping plate capable of pushing upwards to prevent feeding is arranged at the lower end of the feeding channel 5, and the side cover 8 is covered on the feeding box 4 after raw materials are put in the feeding box 4, the inside rotation of advancing of motor 7 drive feed box 4 by the installation on the side cap 8, sifts out to waste residue box 2 to the piece disintegrating slag in with the raw materials through the sieve mesh of feed box 4 bottom when stirring inside raw materials, and the spring 3 between feed box 4 and waste residue box 2 will do all can the power conduction to outside when the raw materials is stirred inside in feed box 4 makes feed box 4 carry out the oscillationg from top to bottom through spring 3, increases the efficiency of sifting out.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-8, a main body 22 is located at the upper end of the right side of a bottom plate 1, the main body 22 is of a shell structure, a feed inlet is arranged at the left side of the main body 22, a slag taking port is arranged at the right side of the main body 22, a top cover 16 is arranged at the top end of the main body 22, a through hole is arranged at the top end of the front side of the main body 22, a third motor 32 is arranged on the inner wall of the rear end of the main body 22, a long groove is arranged at the side edge of the bottom surface of the top cover 16 for placing a connecting rod 10, a long sliding groove is arranged at the center of the top cover 16 for placing a sliding block 14, a long ladder-shaped first sliding groove 11 is arranged at the top end of the sliding block 14 for matching with the top cover 16, the sliding block 14 is located inside the main body 22, the bottom end of the sliding block 14 is mounted on a screw rod 21, a turntable 23 connected through a third telescopic rod 19 is arranged at the bottom surface of the front end of the sliding block 14, an exhaust pipe 15 is arranged at the front end of the sliding block 14, and a second telescopic rod 12 is welded to the bottom surface, meanwhile, the bottom of the front end of the sliding block 14 is provided with an air suction pipe 17, the screw rod 21 is provided with two screw rods 21, the rear end of the screw rod 21 is connected with the output end of a third motor 32 on the inner wall of the rear end of a main body 22, the front end of the screw rod 21 is connected on the front wall of the main body 22 through a bearing, the rotary table 23 consists of two discs which are connected and matched through inner and outer bearings, the surface of the disc inside the rotary table 23 is provided with through holes which are uniformly distributed around the circle center, the circle center of the top end of the disc inside the rotary table 23 is connected with the output end of a second motor 20, the bottom end of the disc inside the rotary table 23 is provided with a heating rod 24, the top end of the disc outside the rotary table 23 is welded and connected with the bottom end of a third telescopic rod 19, the outside the through hole of the disc inside the rotary table 23 is provided with a circular ring groove, the bottom end of the disc outside the rotary table 23 is provided with a circular ring protruding and matched with a qualified baffle 29, the top end of the third telescopic rod 19 is provided with two telescopic rods which are symmetrically distributed at the front end and the rear end of the rotary table 23, an end cover 18 is arranged between the third telescopic rods 19, the top end of the end cover 18 is communicated with an air suction pipe 17, a through groove is arranged in the middle of the end cover 18 and is used for penetrating through a second motor 20, a bearing at the bottom of the end cover 18 is connected with a circular groove at the top end of a rotary disc 23, four air suction pipes 17 are arranged, through holes are formed in the top ends of four air suction pipes 17 and aligned with the rotary disc 23, four heating rods 24 are arranged, the four heating rods 24 are uniformly distributed around the circle center of the rotary disc 23, an oil residue groove 31 is arranged below the heating rods 24, the top end of the oil residue groove 31 is provided with a circular ring protruding to form a grid baffle 29, the oil residue groove 31 is hollow cylindrical, oil outlet holes are uniformly distributed on the side edges and the bottom surface of the oil residue groove 31, a supporting plate 28 extending towards the periphery is arranged at the top end of the oil residue groove 31, a baffle alignment main body 22 is arranged on the left side of the supporting plate 28, and two sliding grooves 30 are arranged on the front and back sides of the top end of the supporting plate 28, the surface of the second sliding chute 30 is provided with a stepped groove penetrating through the left side, the bottom end of the first telescopic rod 9 is matched in the second sliding chute 30, the oil groove 25 is positioned below the inner part of the main body 22, the bottom part of the front side of the oil groove 25 is connected with the oil outlet pipe 27, the front end of the oil outlet pipe 27 extends out of the side wall of the main body 22, the rear end of the oil outlet pipe 27 is connected with the oil groove 25 and is provided with a filter 26, the bottom end of the first telescopic rod 9 is provided with a recess corresponding to the second sliding chute 30 for matching, the top end of the first telescopic rod 9 is welded with the connecting rod 10, the two first telescopic rods 9 are arranged on a single connecting rod 10, the two first telescopic rods 9 are respectively aligned with the second sliding chutes 30 on the front side and the rear side of the top end of the supporting plate 28, the two connecting rods 10 are respectively connected on the bottom surface of the top cover 16, the second telescopic rod 12 is arranged below the rear end between the two connecting rods 10, and the second telescopic rod 12 is positioned at the rear end of the bottom of the sliding block 14, and the bottom of No. two telescopic links 12 is welded with the clamp plate 13, the diameter of the clamp plate 13 is the same as that of the oil residue groove 31, and the clamp plate 13 is just above the oil residue groove 31 when being moved to the forefront end by the slide block 14, the rotary disc 23 is aligned with the oil residue groove 31 by starting the No. three motor 32, the No. three telescopic links 19 are started to insert the heating rod 24 into the raw material, the No. two motor 20 is started to stir the raw material, and simultaneously the raw material is heated and boiled, the oil residue is prevented from being collided with by the smooth surface of the heating rod 24 to generate fragments, the oil smoke generated by boiling is sucked out by the air suction pipe 17 at the upper end of the rotary disc 23, the oil smoke is prevented from being diffused into the device to leave the oil stain and be not easy to clean up, the slide block 14 is moved to align the oil residue groove 31 by the clamp plate 13, the No. one telescopic link 9 is started, the No. two telescopic links 12 are started to push the clamp plate 13 to extract oil residue, and complex redundant operation of extracting oil is avoided.

Referring to fig. 1-8, the apparatus comprises the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps: starting a third motor 32 to rotate a screw rod 21, moving a sliding block 14 forwards to enable a pressing plate 13 to align an oil groove 25, aligning a first telescopic rod 9 with a second sliding groove 30 at the upper end of a side supporting plate 28 of an oil residue groove 31, placing the first telescopic rod 9 into a main body 22 through a residue taking port at the right side of the main body 22, and starting the first telescopic rod 9 again to push down the oil residue groove 31 to be placed into the oil groove 25;

step two: opening the side cover 8, putting the cut and crushed minced meat into the feeding box 4, pushing the clamping plate on the left side of the feeding channel 5 upwards to separate the minced meat, then starting the first motor 7 to drive the blades 6 to rotate the minced meat in the feeding box 4, enabling the spring 3 at the bottom of the feeding box 4 to be matched with the feeding channel 5 connected with the trapezoidal sliding groove on the right side to move up and down under the action of internal rotating force, and then collecting fine crushed slag screened out of the sieve holes at the bottom of the feeding box 4 by the waste slag box 2;

step three: pull down 5 left side cardboard of feedstock channel, the minced meat gets into main part 22 along feedstock channel 5, guide the minced meat to inside dregs groove 31 through the left baffle of fagging 28, start No. three motor 32 and remove slider 14, align dregs groove 31 with carousel 23, start No. three telescopic link 19 and push down carousel 23, it makes to fagging 28 upper end check baffle 29 to counterpoint the bottom of carousel 23, start No. two motor 20 and drive heating rod 24 of carousel 23 lower extreme and rotate and heat the oil refining, stirring through heating rod 24 prevents that the collision from leading to inside dregs of fat breakage to produce tiny sediment, and discharge the grease of refining to inside oil groove 25 through 31 side through-holes of dregs groove, the oil smoke that produces the heating through the breathing pipe 17 of carousel 23 upper end cover 18 connection is extracted by blast pipe 15 discharges, prevent the inside greasy dirt that piles up of device.

Step four: starting the third telescopic rod 19 to withdraw the rotary table 23, starting the third motor 32 to move the sliding block 14, aligning the pressing plate 13 with the oil residue groove 31, starting the first telescopic rod 9 to lift the oil residue groove 31, starting the second telescopic rod 12, pressing the pressing plate 13 downwards, dripping residual oil in the oil residue into the oil groove 25, filtering by the filter disc 26, discharging from the oil outlet pipe 27, subsequently lifting the pressing plate 13, taking out the oil residue groove 31 from a residue taking port on the right side of the main body 22, cleaning the oil residue, and then returning to oil refining.

The working principle is as follows: when the integrated equipment for animal fat production and the implementation method thereof are used, raw materials are firstly put into the material inlet box 4, the left side of the material channel 5 is pushed upwards to block a feed inlet, the first motor 7 is started to stir the raw materials to screen out broken pieces and slag, the clamping plate raw materials are opened to enter the oil residue groove 31 along the feeding channel 5 and the baffle at the upper end of the supporting plate 28, the third telescopic rod 19 is started at the moment to enable the circular ring at the bottom of the rotary plate 23 to protrude and match with the qualified baffle 29, the second motor 20 is started to boil, the rotary plate 23 is retracted after the boiling, the third motor 32 is started to move the sliding block 14 to the front end, the pressing plate 13 aligns to the oil residue groove 31 at the moment, the first telescopic rod 9 is started to drive the oil residue groove 31 to rise, the second telescopic rod 12 is started to press the pressing plate 13 to press the oil residue, and then the pressing plate 13 is retracted to take out the oil residue groove 31 from the right side of the main body 22 to clean the oil residue to continue the boiling. It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof.
