Background

In the field of aerospace, various complex structural parts exist, particularly, burrs appear at intersecting positions of various parts such as adapters and valves with complex special-shaped channels due to the plasticity of materials, the burrs have great harm and can pollute oil paths and even cut rubber parts in the valves, and at present, soft abrasive particle flow finishing is one of methods for removing the burrs of the complex special-shaped channels, and the method has the advantages of strong applicability, high processing efficiency, good processing effect and the like.

The 'machine tool', 'clamp' and 'grinding material' are three major elements of abrasive particle flow finishing processing, wherein the quality of the soft elastic grinding material has great influence on the processing quality, most of the soft elastic grinding materials in the market of China are purchased in America and Switzerland at present, and the formula of the soft elastic grinding material belongs to a confidential object. This means that disadvantages must exist in the relevant research field, and in this context, self-research is a must-go. And because the soft elastic abrasive material is high in raw material price and large in single processing loss, in order to reduce the test cost and improve the test efficiency, a small special device for preparing the soft elastic abrasive material sample is needed to facilitate the preparation test of the soft elastic abrasive material. In view of the above, the present invention provides a small abrasive flow processing apparatus for soft elastic abrasive sample preparation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to design a small abrasive flow processing device for preparing a soft elastic abrasive sample aiming at the problems of high consumption of the existing soft elastic abrasive test and inconvenient operation flow of filling the soft elastic abrasive in each test. The device has the characteristics of small occupied area, simple operation process and small loss of the soft elastic grinding material, and can improve the performance test efficiency of the soft elastic grinding material and reduce the cost required in the grinding material test process.

The upper grinding cylinder 10 is fixed at a geometric center through hole of an upper fixing plate 13 through a bolt and a nut, the lower grinding cylinder 15 is fixed at a geometric center through hole of a lower fixing plate 16 through a bolt and a nut, the linear bearings 12 are uniformly distributed at four corners of the upper fixing plate 13 and connected through bolts and nuts, the guide shaft 22 is arranged in the linear bearings 12 in a penetrating mode, and the upper fixing plate 13 and the lower fixing plate 16 are connected through the guide shaft 22 and a clamping hydraulic cylinder piston shaft 14 of the clamping hydraulic cylinder 18.

The clamping hydraulic cylinder 18 is a front flange type cylinder body, threads are machined at the tail end of a piston shaft 14 of the clamping hydraulic cylinder and are fixed on an upper fixing plate 13 through nuts and bolts and a floating flange 11, and the connection method of the working hydraulic cylinder 20 and the lower fixing plate 16 is the same as that of the working hydraulic cylinder.

The soft elastic abrasive storage part 2 comprises a temperature control module 30, a module shell 24, a plurality of layers of telescopic supports 25 and a corresponding number of soft elastic abrasive storage boxes 26, wherein the plurality of layers of telescopic supports 25 realize the telescopic function in the module shell 24 by means of a built-in handle 28, meanwhile, the module shell 24 is provided with an indicator light 29 which can light up for reminding according to the processing requirement, the soft elastic abrasive storage boxes 26 can be placed on the telescopic supports 25 and can be independently separated and taken out and are matched with a storage box cover 27 with a sealing ring for use, and the single telescopic support 25 can contain a plurality of soft elastic abrasive storage boxes 26 and is inserted into the module shell 24.

The temperature control module 30 can keep the soft elastic abrasive storage part 2 and the soft elastic abrasive stored therein within a required temperature range, the temperature control module 30 comprises a semiconductor refrigeration piece 31, a small fan 32 and a temperature sensor, and the temperature of the module can be kept within the required temperature range through a control system of the device and a temperature regulation algorithm.

The soft elastic abrasive performance test part 4 comprises a soft elastic abrasive box placing frame 34 and a viscometer 33, and is convenient for a user to directly and conveniently measure the performance of the soft elastic abrasive after the test.

The device control system part 3 comprises a PLC, a relay, a button, a pressure sensor, a touch screen part and a control part shell 37, the touch screen part comprises a touch screen frame 36 and a touch screen body 35, the touch screen part can be fixed on the module shell 24 through bolts and nuts, and the PLC, the relay, the button and the like are arranged in the control part shell 37.

The length of the soft elastic abrasive storage and abrasive performance test part is limited to 1000 mm-1300 mm, the width is limited to 900 mm-1200 mm, the height is limited to 500 mm-750 mm, the length of the processing device main body part is limited to 250 mm-350 mm, the width is limited to 300 mm-400 mm, the height is limited to 1000 mm-1300 mm, and the diameter of the abrasive cylinder is limited to ⌀ 30 mm- ⌀ 50 mm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention provides a special and convenient device for the performance test and preparation of the soft elastic grinding material for finishing processing.

The invention comprises a device main body and a soft elastic abrasive storage and test area, integrates the test steps facing the soft elastic abrasive, and simplifies the test flow.

The soft elastic grinding material storage area is arranged in a grid mode, and the corresponding area is reminded by the indicating lamp, so that the soft elastic grinding materials with different proportions can be stored and managed conveniently. Meanwhile, a temperature control system is arranged in the area, so that the influence of the ambient temperature on the performance of the soft elastic abrasive can be reduced to a certain degree.

The temperature control module 30 can keep the soft elastic abrasive storage part 2 and the soft elastic abrasive stored therein within a certain temperature range, as shown in fig. 5, the temperature control module 30 includes a semiconductor refrigeration sheet 31, a small fan 32 and a temperature sensor, the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 31 is generally divided into a cold end and a hot end, the cold end is placed into the storage part for refrigeration, the fan enables cold air to be diffused into the storage part, the temperature sensor is added to monitor whether the temperature meets the required requirement in real time, the temperature of the storage part is kept required through a control system of the device and a temperature regulation algorithm, and 3 heat dissipation holes are arranged on the back of the module shell 24 to facilitate heat exchange.

The soft elastic abrasive performance testing part 4 comprises a soft elastic abrasive box placing frame 34 and a viscometer 33, after an operator performs related research experiments related to abrasive particle finishing, the abrasive can be collected in the soft elastic abrasive box and placed on the elastic abrasive box placing frame 34, the viscometer 33 can be directly and conveniently used for testing the viscosity performance of the abrasive, the abrasive box is returned to the telescopic support frame 25 after the test is completed, and the viscometer 33 can be fixed on the module shell 24 through bolts and nuts.

The device control system section 3 includes a PLC, a relay, a button and pressure sensor, a touch panel section and a control section casing 37. The touch screen part includes touch screen frame 36 and touch screen body 35, and the use of touch screen can make the operator more convenient carry out human-computer interaction, and accessible bolt and nut is fixed in the touch screen part on module housing 24, and PLC, relay, button etc. are arranged in control part casing 37.

Since a miniaturized abrasive flow device is provided, the length of the storage and abrasive performance test portion of the soft elastic abrasive is limited to 1000mm to 1300mm, the width is 900mm to 1200mm, and the height is 500mm to 750mm, the length of the main body portion of the processing device is 250mm to 350mm, the width is 300mm to 400mm, the height is 1000mm to 1300mm, and the cylinder diameter of the abrasive is ⌀ 30mm to ⌀ 50 mm.

When the invention is operated, firstly the motor is electrified, the floating worktable 6 in the device main body is lifted to the highest position, and the upper working hydraulic cylinder 8 and the lower working hydraulic cylinder piston 23 move to the lowest position. After the recipe is selected, the desired abrasive box is removed from the soft elastic abrasive storage section 2 according to the warning light 29, and the abrasive is poured into the lower abrasive tank 15. The workpiece and fixture are then placed on the fixed table 5, and the floating table 6 is lowered to clamp the workpiece and fixture. And starting the abrasive flow precision machining process after the confirmation of no error. And after the machining is finished, the power supply of the motor is disconnected, the workpiece, the clamp and the abrasive are taken down, the abrasive is placed into a soft elastic abrasive performance testing part 4 of the device, after the performance is determined, the abrasive box is installed back, and the abrasive box is placed back into a corresponding area in the soft elastic abrasive storage part 2. The routine complete flow ends.
