the first die-cutting mechanism 400 is arranged on the workbench 200 and used for die-cutting the attached double-sided adhesive tape and the first release film to stamp out the outline of the strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape reserved area of the gauze product;

the double-sided adhesive tape release paper winding roller 3 is arranged on the rack 100, is positioned at the upper part of the workbench 200 and is used for winding release paper waste on the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape;

a waste tape unwinding roller 4 installed on the frame 100 and located at the upper part of the work table 200 for unwinding the waste tape;

the waste discharge adhesive tape winding roller 5 is arranged on the rack 100 and positioned at the upper part of the workbench 200, and is used for winding the waste discharge adhesive tape and removing residual release paper waste on the double-sided adhesive tape reserved area of the gauze product;

a screen unwinding roller 6 mounted on the frame 100 and located at the upper part of the worktable 200 for unwinding the screen material belt;

the second die-cutting mechanism 500 is arranged on the workbench 200 and is used for die-cutting the attached double-sided adhesive tape, the gauze and the first release film and punching the outline of the gauze product;

the PET film unwinding roller 16 is arranged on the rack 100 and positioned at the upper part of the workbench 200 and used for releasing the PET film, the PET film is wound into the adhesive surface of the gauze waste material belt, and then the residual adhesive waste on the gauze is removed by tearing off the layer of PET film, so that the aim of secondary utilization is fulfilled;

a gauze waste take-up roll 7 mounted on the frame 100 and located at the upper part of the workbench 200 for taking up a gauze waste material belt;

the hand tearing film unwinding roller 8 is arranged on the rack 100 and is positioned at the upper part of the workbench 200 and used for releasing the hand tearing film;

the hand tearing film bearing protective film unwinding roller 9 is arranged on the rack 100 and positioned at the upper part of the workbench 200 and is used for releasing the hand tearing film bearing protective film;

the third die-cutting mechanism 600 is arranged on the workbench 200 and used for die-cutting the attached hand tearing film, the hand tearing film bearing protective film, the gauze, the double-sided adhesive tape and the first release film and punching out a hand tearing film outline matched with the gauze product;

the hand tearing film waste material winding roller 10 is installed on the rack 100, is positioned at the upper part of the workbench 200, and is used for winding hand tearing film waste material belts;

a first release film take-up roll 11 mounted on the frame 100 and located at the lower part of the workbench 200 for taking up a first release film;

a second release film unwinding roller 12 installed on the frame 100 and located at the lower portion of the work table 200, for releasing the second release film;

the tearing film bearing protective film winding roller 13 is arranged on the rack 100, is positioned at the upper part of the workbench 200 and is used for winding the tearing film bearing protective film;

a shipment protective film unwinding roller 14 installed on the frame 100 and located at an upper portion of the work table 200, for releasing the shipment protective film;

the product winding roller 15 is arranged on the rack and used for winding a final product; and

and the bonding mechanisms 300 are arranged on the workbench 200 and used for rolling and bonding the material belts.

The attaching mechanism 300 is composed of a pair of rollers rotatably provided on the table 200, and a plurality of the rollers are provided.

Specifically, the die cutting system is provided with a plurality of auxiliary rollers on the rack 100 or the workbench 200, the first die cutting mechanism 400 is a circular knife die cutting machine, the circular knife die cutting machine is provided with a circular knife roller and one or more supporting rollers, a die cutting tool is arranged on the circular knife roller, the blade of the die cutting tool is matched with the shape of the back glue of the gauze product, and the strip material is punched by the first die cutting mechanism 400 to form the outline of the strip-shaped double-sided glue reserved area of the gauze product; the second die-cutting mechanism 500 is a circular knife die-cutting machine which is provided with a circular knife roller and one or more supporting rollers, a die-cutting tool is arranged on the circular knife roller, the blade of the die-cutting tool is matched with the shape of the gauze product, and the gauze shape is die-cut by the material belt through the second die-cutting mechanism 500; the third die-cutting mechanism 600 is a circular knife die-cutting machine which is provided with a circular knife roller and one or more supporting rollers, a die-cutting tool is arranged on the circular knife roller, the blade of the die-cutting tool is matched with the shape of the hand tearing film of the gauze product, and the material belt is punched to form the appearance of the hand tearing film by the third die-cutting mechanism 600. As shown in fig. 3, the upper and lower circular knife rolls of the third die-cutting mechanism 600 are respectively provided with an upper supporting roll and a lower supporting roll, the hand tearing film and the hand tearing film bear the protective film, the protective film is rolled and die-cut between the circular knife rolls and the upper supporting roll, and the hand tearing film after waste discharge bear the protective film, and the protective film is rolled and attached to the gauze and the double-sided adhesive tape between the circular knife rolls and the lower supporting roll.

The method specifically comprises the following steps:

1. the first release film unwinding roller 1 releases the first release film, the double-sided adhesive unwinding roller 2 releases the double-sided adhesive tape, the double-sided adhesive is attached to the upper portion of the first release film, and is rolled and die-cut by the first die-cutting mechanism 400 to die-cut the outline of the strip-shaped double-sided adhesive reserved area of the gauze product, as shown in fig. 5, the double-sided adhesive in the following figures is cut by the first die-cutting mechanism 400, the reserved area is reserved after waste discharge, and the semi-finished product level at this time is: a fishbone double-sided adhesive tape with the shape as shown in figure 5 and a transparent release film with the functions of fixing position and bearing;

2. the double-sided adhesive release paper winding roller 3 winds the waste material of the double-sided adhesive surface release paper;

3. the waste discharge adhesive tape unwinding roller 4 releases the waste discharge adhesive tape, the waste discharge adhesive tape winding roller 5 winds the waste discharge adhesive tape, and residual release paper waste on the double-sided adhesive tape reserved area of the gauze product is removed;

4. the gauze unreeling roller 6 releases the gauze material belt, attaches the gauze material belt on the upper portion of the double-faced adhesive tape, then passes through the second die cutting mechanism 500 roll-in and die-cutting together, and die-cuts the gauze outline, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, then the gauze waste reeling roller 7 winds the gauze waste material belt, at this moment, uncovers the non-product area of the gauze outer frame, and because the double-faced adhesive is light to the stickiness of the release film, the stickiness is strong to the gauze, the waste adhesive of the outer frame can remain on the peripheral waste material of the gauze. Fig. 9 shows the waste gauze material generated after the product is manufactured, and the waste glue on the back of the gauze is removed when the product is used, otherwise, the waste glue is directly used for the second time, if the waste glue is not aligned, the waste glue is on the back of the gauze and is difficult to be visually confirmed, the finished product has a certain probability of having the phenomenon of two layers of glue, and the waste glue is a defective product which is difficult to identify and can cause the whole roll of the product to be scrapped. In order to solve the problem, the PET film unwinding roller 16 is arranged, the PET film unwinding roller 16 releases the PET film, the PET film is wound into the rubber surface of the gauze waste material belt, then the PET film is torn away, the residual rubber waste on the gauze is removed, the gauze waste is recycled, as shown in figure 10, the gauze with the residual rubber removed is recycled in the original second part, and the high utilization rate of the gauze waste material is achieved by staggering a product distance during lamination, so that the enterprise cost is reduced.

5. The hand tearing film unwinding roller 8 releases the hand tearing film, the hand tearing film bearing protective film unwinding roller 9 releases the hand tearing film bearing protective film, the hand tearing film and the hand tearing film bearing protective film pass through the third die cutting mechanism 600 after being attached by the attaching mechanism 300, and the outline of the hand tearing film is punched and cut, as shown in fig. 8. The hand tearing film waste material winding roller 10 winds the hand tearing film waste material belt, and the hand tearing film bearing protective film after waste discharge and the semi-finished material belt in the step 4 are rolled and attached through the third die cutting mechanism 600;

6. the first release film winding roller 11 winds the first release film with the die cutting tool marks;

7. the second release film unwinding roller 12 releases the second release film, and the second release film is attached to the bottom of the product material belt;

8. the hand tearing film bearing protective film winding roller 13 winds the hand tearing film bearing protective film;

9. the shipment protective film unwinding roller 14 releases the shipment protective film and is attached to the upper surface of the product material belt, and the product winding roller 15 winds the final product.

The embodiments described above are described to facilitate an understanding and use of the invention by those skilled in the art. It will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications to these embodiments may be made, and the generic principles described herein may be applied to other embodiments without the use of the inventive faculty. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art should make improvements and modifications within the scope of the present invention based on the disclosure of the present invention.
