Specifically, the attaching mechanism 300 is composed of a pair of rollers rotatably disposed on the table 200, and a plurality of the rollers are disposed; the die cutting system is provided with a plurality of auxiliary rollers on the frame 100 or the workbench 200; the first die-cutting mechanism 400 is a circular knife die-cutting machine which is provided with a circular knife roller and one or more supporting rollers, a die-cutting tool is arranged on the circular knife roller, the blade of the die-cutting tool is matched with the shape of the back adhesive of the gauze product, and a strip of material is punched into a double-sided adhesive strip-shaped hole by the first die-cutting mechanism 400; the second die-cutting mechanism 500 is a circular knife die-cutting machine which is provided with a circular knife roller and one or more supporting rollers, a die-cutting tool is arranged on the circular knife roller, the blade of the die-cutting tool is matched with the shape of the gauze product, and the material belt passes through the second die-cutting mechanism 500 to die-cut the shape of the gauze.

The third die-cutting mechanism 600 is a circular knife die-cutting machine which is provided with a circular knife roller and one or more supporting rollers, a die-cutting tool is arranged on the circular knife roller, the knife edge of the die-cutting tool is matched with the shape of the hand tearing film of the gauze product, and the material belt passes through the third die-cutting mechanism 600 to be die-cut into the hand tearing film.

As shown in fig. 3, the upper and lower circular knife rolls of the third die-cutting mechanism 600 are respectively provided with an upper supporting roll and a lower supporting roll, the hand tearing film and the hand tearing film bear the protective film between the circular knife rolls and the upper supporting roll and are die-cut by rolling, and the hand tearing film after waste discharge bear the protective film between the circular knife rolls and the lower supporting roll and are attached to the gauze and the double-sided adhesive tape rolling material tape.

The method specifically comprises the following steps:

(1) the first release film unwinding roller 1 releases a first release film, the double-sided adhesive unwinding roller 2 releases a double-sided adhesive tape, the double-sided adhesive tape is attached to the upper portion of the first release film, the first release film plays a role in fixing and bearing, and is rolled and die-cut by the first die-cutting mechanism 400, and long double-sided adhesive tape holes are die-cut, as shown in fig. 4, wherein the shadow part in the drawing is a through hole;

(2) the first release film winding roller 3 winds the first release film and discharges strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape hole waste, the process release film with holes is discharged, and the second release film is replaced again;

(3) the second release film unwinding roller 4 releases the second release film and attaches the second release film to the bottom of the punched double-sided adhesive tape;

(4) the double-sided adhesive release paper winding roller 5 winds original release paper waste on the double-sided adhesive;

(5) the gauze unwinding roller 6 unwinds the gauze material belt, attaches the gauze material belt to the upper part of the double-sided adhesive tape, then rolls and die-cuts the gauze material belt together through the second die-cutting mechanism 500, and punches out a gauze profile, as shown in fig. 5, and then the gauze waste winding roller 7 winds the gauze waste material belt, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram after holes of the material belt are combined with gauze;

(6) the hand tearing film unwinding roller 8 releases a hand tearing film, the hand tearing film bearing protection film unwinding roller 9 releases a hand tearing film bearing protection film, the hand tearing film and the hand tearing film bearing protection film are jointed through the jointing mechanism 300 and then pass through the third die cutting mechanism 600, the outline of the hand tearing film is punched, as shown in fig. 7, the hand tearing film waste material winding roller 10 winds a hand tearing film waste material belt, and the hand tearing film bearing protection film after waste discharge are in rolling joint with the semi-finished material belt in the step 5 through the third die cutting mechanism 600;

(7) the second release film winding roller 11 winds a second release film with die cutting tool marks;

(8) the third release film unwinding roller 12 releases the third release film, and the third release film is attached to the bottom of the product material belt;

(9) the hand tearing film bearing protective film winding roller 13 winds the hand tearing film bearing protective film;

(10) the shipment protective film unwinding roller 14 releases the shipment protective film and is attached to the upper surface of the product material belt, and the product winding roller 15 winds the final product.

According to the automatic die-cutting production line, automatic die-cutting production of products is realized through three-step die-cutting, waste discharge and sequential arrangement of the lamination of the material belts. The manual intervention is reduced, the productivity and the quality are improved, the labor cost is effectively reduced, the production period of the product is shortened, the production rhythm is accelerated, and the processing efficiency and the product quality are improved.

The embodiments described above are described to facilitate an understanding and use of the invention by those skilled in the art. It will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications to these embodiments may be made, and the generic principles described herein may be applied to other embodiments without the use of the inventive faculty. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art should make improvements and modifications within the scope of the present invention based on the disclosure of the present invention.
