The plate placing limiting units 6 are arranged at the positions of the plate placing box 1, which are positioned at the two sides of the plate outlet groove 10;

And the limiting adjusting unit 7 is arranged at the bottom of the plate placing limiting unit 6.

The limiting adjustment unit 7 comprises connecting columns 71, screw hole blocks 72, transverse screws 73, middle columns 74, pulling rods 75 and rotating rings 76, the connecting columns 71 are respectively fixed at the bottom parts of the two limiting plates 64 close to the plate placing box 1, the end parts of the two connecting columns 71 are respectively connected with the screw hole blocks 72 in a rotating mode, the transverse screws 73 are respectively connected to the two ends of the middle column 74, the thread directions of the two transverse screws 73 are opposite, the two transverse screws 73 are respectively in threaded connection with the corresponding screw hole blocks 72, the side face of the end part of one transverse screw 73 is connected with the rotating ring 76 through the pulling rods 75 in an annular array, and the end part of the pulling rod 75 penetrates through the side face of the rotating ring 76. The transverse screw rods 73 are conveniently rotated through the rotating rings 76 and the pulling rods 75, so that the two transverse screw rods 73 and the middle column 74 synchronously rotate, due to the thread effect of the transverse screw rods 73 and the screw hole blocks 72, the two screw hole blocks 72 can move relatively or move away from each other along the transverse screw rods 73, the connecting columns 71 drive the bottoms of the two limiting plates 64 to move close to each other or move away from each other, the limiting distance between the bottoms of the two limiting plates 64 is adjusted, and the limiting distance between the bottoms is slightly larger than the width of the circuit board.

Can conveniently prevent to become the circuit board of piling up through the breach and putting the inboard 1, reciprocal push-and-pull subassembly can push and pull slide bar 22 and reciprocating motion about slide rail 21, it is movable left to push away slide bar 22 when reciprocal push-and-pull subassembly, slide bar 22 pushes away push-and-pull block 24 and gets into the bottom in putting the inboard 1 through push away groove 9 through push rod 23, can push away a circuit board of downside from play chase 10, protection pad 25 can avoid the side direct contact of push-and-pull block 24 and circuit board, protect the circuit board, then reciprocal activity, realize the operation of putting the board in proper order, the circuit board of being released receives the spacing whereabouts of putting spacing unit 6 of board, can be steady square falling, realize comparatively accurate operation of putting the board, spacing adjustment unit 7 can control the spacing degree of putting spacing unit 6 of board.

The pressing and aligning unit 5 further comprises a vertical rod 58, a mounting rod 59, an operating ring 510, side clamping rods 511, side clamping grooves 512 and an upper pull ring 513, the top of the pressing plate 55 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the vertical rod 58, the top end of the vertical rod 58 is vertically and slidably connected with a rectangular groove in the mounting plate 52, the side clamping grooves 512 are vertically and equidistantly formed in the side surface of the vertical rod 58, the top end of the vertical rod 58 is connected with the upper pull ring 513, the mounting rod 59 is fixed to the top of one bent rod 51, the side clamping rods 511 are inserted into side insertion holes in the top of the mounting rod 59, one end of each side clamping rod 511 is fixedly connected with the operating ring 510, and the other end of the operating ring 510 is clamped with the corresponding side clamping groove 512. The vertical rod 58 is conveniently pulled up through the upper pull ring 513, the elasticity of the compression spring 54 is overcome, the pressing plate 55 is pulled up after the circuit board in the board placing box 1 is placed, the stacked circuit boards are conveniently added again, during the second time, the side clamping rod 511 is clamped into the side clamping groove 512 through the operation ring 510, the pressing plate 55 does not move downwards due to the elasticity of the compression spring 54 after the upper pull ring 513 is loosened, the stacked circuit boards are added again, the side clamping rod 511 is pulled out through the operation ring 510, and due to the elasticity of the compression spring 54, the pressing pad 56 on the lower side of the pressing plate 55 is pressed again to form the stacked circuit boards.

In a fourth embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a technical solution: the present embodiment is substantially the same as the above embodiments, and the differences are:

Referring to fig. 1-6, a board placing method of a board placing machine for a circuit board includes the following steps:

step four: starting the electric push rod 83 to control the height of the plate placing box 1, so that the bottom of the limiting plate 64 at the lower side of the plate placing box 1 is close to the plate placing position;

step five: the push plate motor 29 is started to work, so that the push plate block 24 is driven to reciprocate left and right, the circuit boards on the middle and lower sides of the stacked circuit boards are sequentially pushed out from the plate outlet groove 10, and the pushed circuit boards accurately fall under the limiting effect of the limiting plate 64.

It should be noted that the input terminals of the electric push rod 83 and the push plate motor 29 disclosed in the above embodiments are electrically connected to the output terminal of the external power source through an external PLC controller, the push plate motor 29 is a stepping motor, the external PLC controller controls the electric push rod 83 and the push plate motor 29 to work by a method commonly used in the prior art, and the protection pad 25, the pressure pad 56 and the side pad 47 are rubber pads.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
