9. A method of controlling a wide range of height adjustable hydraulic lifting device according to claim 1, comprising the steps of;

firstly, respectively connecting at least one set of hydraulic lifting device with adjustable height within a wide range with lifted equipment; turning a handle of a manual reversing valve (36) of the oil circuit system (3) to a lifting state position;

secondly, an operator shakes the hand-operated pump (35) by using a hand-operated pump rocker (34) equipped for each set of hydraulic lifting device, at the moment, hydraulic oil in the oil tank (33) reaches an upper oil cavity of the oil cylinder body (311) through a reversing valve (36) and a one-way balance valve (32), the oil cylinder body (311) is slowly lifted under the action of the hydraulic oil along with the continuous increase of the hydraulic oil in the upper oil cavity, and then a claw type support bracket (12) fixed with the oil cylinder body and lifted equipment connected with the oil cylinder body are driven to ascend, the marking of a steel tape (41) on the lifting device and the lifting condition of the lifted equipment are observed while shaking the hand-operated pump rocker (34), the synchronous motion of each set of hydraulic lifting device is ensured as much as possible, and the operation is stopped when the lifted equipment reaches a designated height; at the moment, the reversing valve (36) is adjusted to be in a hovering state, hydraulic oil in the oil applying cavity is kept still, and at the moment, the device is kept in the hovering state;

Background

When transporting some heavy equipment, often need carry out the operation of going up and down to equipment, at this in-process, not only have the requirement to equipment lifting process, equipment descending process also needs controllable, and it is too big to strike when avoiding heavy equipment to rely on self gravity to descend, causes the damage to equipment itself or elevating gear. When traditional heavy equipment is lifted, large automatic hoisting equipment such as a crane or a travelling crane is generally utilized, and in many workplaces, the large hoisting equipment cannot enter or be installed, and the electrical conditions of some workplaces cannot meet the requirements of the automatic hoisting equipment; meanwhile, the stroke and the bearing capacity of the traditional portable lifting equipment are small, and the long-stroke lifting operation of the heavy equipment cannot be completed.

In order to solve the problem of completing the lifting of heavy equipment in places with limited working conditions, the invention provides a manual operation hydraulic lifting device with adjustable height in a wide range, which meets the lifting requirements of heavy equipment in various occasions and sizes. The load capacity of a single set of hydraulic lifting device is 5000kg at most, and the lifting height can reach 900 mm.

Disclosure of Invention

The hydraulic lifting device with the adjustable height within the wide range comprises a supporting mechanism 1, a moving mechanism 2, an oil way system 3 and a lifting height measuring device 4.

The invention also provides a control method of the hydraulic lifting device with the adjustable height in the wide range, which is characterized by comprising the following steps;

firstly, respectively connecting at least one set of hydraulic lifting device with adjustable height within a wide range with lifted equipment; turning the handle of the manual reversing valve 36 of the oil way system 3 to a lifting state position;

secondly, an operator uses a manual pump rocker 34 equipped for each set of hydraulic lifting device to shake a hand pump 35, at the moment, hydraulic oil in an oil tank 33 reaches an upper oil cavity of an oil cylinder body 311 through a reversing valve 36 and a one-way balance valve 32, the oil cylinder body 311 is slowly lifted under the action of the hydraulic oil along with the continuous increase of the hydraulic oil in the upper oil cavity, and then a claw type support bracket 12 fixed with the oil cylinder body and lifted equipment connected with the oil cylinder body are driven to ascend, the steel tape 41 scribed lines on the lifting device and the lifting conditions of the lifted equipment are observed while the hand pump rocker 34 is shaken, the synchronous motion of each set of hydraulic lifting device is ensured as much as possible, and the operation is stopped when the lifted equipment reaches a specified height; at the moment, the reversing valve 36 is adjusted to be in a hovering state, hydraulic oil in the oil applying cavity is kept still, and at the moment, the device is kept in the hovering state;

fourthly, when the hand-operated reversing valve 36 is turned to the middle position after the hand-operated reversing valve is removed, and the hand-operated pump rocker 34 is detached and fixed on the cylinder body 311; the lifting device is inclined backwards by holding the moving handle 22, and the device is pushed or pulled to move after the roller 21 is contacted with the ground.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the invention, the base is provided with the roller, and the cylinder body is provided with the movable handle, so that the lifting device can be more flexibly and conveniently retracted and transported; at the same time, the claw type supporting bracket in the device can be replaced to adapt to different types of equipment.

2. 3. The one-way balance valve is arranged in the oil way system, so that the influence of the middle pipeline on the oil cylinder is reduced, and the lifting device can move more stably.

4. The reversing valve is arranged in the oil circuit system, the motion state of the lifting device can be controlled through manual operation, particularly the descending process of the lifting device is controllable, and the damage to the equipment or the lifting device caused by overlarge impact when the equipment descends by depending on the gravity of the equipment is avoided.

5. The hydraulic lifting devices can work independently, and a combined hydraulic lifting system can be formed by configuring a corresponding number of lifting devices according to task conditions, so that the hydraulic lifting device is suitable for lifting operation of various types of equipment.

6. The hydraulic lifting equipment has long stroke which can reach 900mm at most, and can meet the lifting requirements of different heights of the equipment.
