The present disclosure relates to the field of artificial intelligence technologies, and in particular, to the field of natural language processing and cloud computing technologies, and in particular, to a data processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium.

Background

At present, more and more enterprises choose to deploy their business services on cloud services to construct their business systems. The business system is used by relating to work order system service, message center service, product homepage service and financial center service in cloud service. In the related art, an enterprise needs to go to a work order system, a message center, each product homepage, a financial center and the like to manually acquire and manually analyze various required information.

Disclosure of Invention

The disclosure provides a data processing method, a data processing device, an electronic device and a storage medium.

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a data processing method including: acquiring resource data of resources to be processed on each cloud service in a cloud platform, wherein the resources to be processed are resources related to objects to be processed on the cloud platform; determining the processing requirement of the object to be processed; analyzing and processing the resource data according to the data processing strategy corresponding to the processing requirement, and acquiring a data processing result corresponding to the processing requirement; and pushing the data processing result to the object to be processed.

Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.

At present, more and more enterprises choose to deploy their business services on cloud services to construct their business systems. The business system is used by relating to work order system service, message center service, product homepage service and financial center service in cloud service. In the related technology, an enterprise needs to go to a work order system, a message center, each product homepage, a financial center and the like to manually acquire required various information, and manual analysis is high in acquisition cost, poor in acquisition efficiency and poor in analysis efficiency.

In view of the above problems, the present disclosure provides a data processing method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a first embodiment of the present disclosure, and it should be noted that the data processing method of the embodiment of the present disclosure is applicable to a data processing apparatus, which may be configured in an electronic device, so that the electronic device may perform a data processing function.

The electronic device may be any device with computing capability, and the device may be capable of communicating with the cloud platform, and acquiring resource data of resources of the object to be processed from the cloud platform for analysis processing under authorization of the object to be processed. The device with computing capability may be, for example, a Personal Computer (PC), a mobile terminal, a server, and the like, and the mobile terminal may be, for example, a hardware device with various operating systems, a touch screen, and/or a display screen, such as an in-vehicle device, a mobile phone, a tablet Computer, a Personal digital assistant, and a wearable device.

The electronic device may also be a cluster formed by multiple devices, for example, a cloud platform. The cloud platform or a specific cloud service in the cloud platform can acquire resource data of resources of the object to be processed for analysis and processing under the authorization of the object to be processed.

As shown in fig. 1, the data processing method may include the steps of:

step 101, acquiring resource data of resources to be processed on each cloud service in a cloud platform, wherein the resources to be processed are resources related to objects to be processed on the cloud platform.

In this disclosure, in order to improve accuracy and integrity of the acquired resource data, the cloud service may be a cloud service capable of providing the data related to the usage situation in the cloud platform, and may include at least one of the following services: a work order system service, a message center service, a resource home page service, and a financial center service.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the resource data on the work order system service is the work order information corresponding to the resource to be processed. The work order information can be a work order submitted by the object to be processed aiming at problems occurring in the resource using process, so that the cloud platform can solve the problems according to the work order. The work order information may include a processing state of the work order, a processing duration of the work order, a processing result of the work order, a resource targeted by the work order, a satisfaction degree of the work order, a number of the work orders, and the like.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the resource data on the message center service is the failure push information and the update push information corresponding to the resource to be processed. Wherein the failure push information may include at least one of the following information: the number of faults, the frequency of faults, the range of faults, the duration of faults and the like.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the resource data on the resource homepage service is resource parameter information corresponding to the resource to be processed. The resource to be processed is a resource related to the object to be processed on the cloud platform, that is, a resource purchased by the object to be processed on the cloud platform. Resources such as virtual machines, storage resources, content distribution networks, etc. Resource parameter information such as resource list, resource distribution, resource usage, etc.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the resource data on the financial center service is financial related information corresponding to the resource to be processed. Wherein, the financial related information is, for example, consumption bill information of the resource to be processed, etc.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the object to be processed is an enterprise and the like which deploys own business service on a cloud platform to construct a business system.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, it should be noted that, for example, a manner in which the data processing apparatus acquires the resource data of the resource to be processed on each cloud service in the cloud platform may be to capture the resource data of the resource to be processed from a page of each cloud service, or send a resource data acquisition request to each cloud service to acquire the resource data of the resource to be processed; performing structured processing on resource data of resources to be processed on each cloud service, namely performing format unification processing according to a preset format; storing the processed resource data according to the object to be processed; or storing the processed resource data according to the object to be processed and the resource related to the object to be processed; for later retrieval upon use.

In this embodiment of the present disclosure, when the processing requirement is a hidden danger report requirement, the corresponding data processing result may include at least one of the following data: possible hidden danger types, grades of the hidden danger types and the number of the hidden danger types in various grades. When the processing requirement is a service report requirement, the corresponding data processing result may include at least one of the following data: average frequency of faults, average time length of faults, average processing time length of work orders, average satisfaction degree of work orders and the like.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the processing requirement is a cost report requirement, the corresponding data processing result may include at least one of the following data: cost ordering results of various resources, cost ordering results of various resource instances on the resources, and the like. When the processing requirement is an information screening requirement, the corresponding data processing result may include at least one of the following data: the update push information related to the resource subscribed by the object to be processed, the update push information related to the resource to be processed, and the like.

And 104, pushing the data processing result to the object to be processed.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to improve the pushing efficiency of the data processing result, and facilitate the object to be processed to perform resource optimization in combination with the data processing result, in an example, the process that the data processing apparatus executes step 104 may be, for example, determining a display format corresponding to the data processing result, and displaying the data processing result on the display interface of the object to be processed according to the display format.

In another example, the process of the data processing apparatus executing step 104 may be, for example, determining a display format corresponding to the data processing result and a display format corresponding to the resource data, and displaying the data processing result and the resource data on the display interface of the object to be processed according to the corresponding display formats.

Wherein, the display format is, for example, chart display, pie chart display, line chart display, etc. In addition, the data processing apparatus may also determine at least one time period. Taking a time period as an example, the data processing apparatus may obtain resource data in the time period, and further determine a data processing result to be displayed in the determined display format. According to the data processing method, resource data of resources to be processed on each cloud service in a cloud platform are obtained, wherein the resources to be processed are resources related to objects to be processed on the cloud platform; determining the processing requirement of an object to be processed; analyzing and processing the resource data according to the data processing strategy corresponding to the processing requirement, and acquiring a data processing result corresponding to the processing requirement; the data processing result is pushed to the object to be processed, so that the data processing result after analysis and processing can be directly displayed for the object to be processed, the resource data of the resource of the object to be processed are prevented from being manually acquired, the analysis and processing are manually performed, the data acquisition efficiency is improved, the acquisition cost is reduced, and the analysis efficiency is improved.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the processing requirement is a hidden danger report requirement, the data to be processed is resource parameter information in the resource data; when the processing requirement is a service report requirement, the data to be processed is work order information and fault pushing information in the resource data; when the processing requirement is a cost report requirement, the data to be processed is resource parameter information and financial related information in the resource data; and when the processing requirement is an information screening requirement, the data to be processed is the updating push information in the resource data.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the processing requirement is a hidden danger report requirement, the data to be processed is resource parameter information in the resource data. Correspondingly, the process of the data processing apparatus executing step 204 may be, for example, determining whether the resource parameter information satisfies the hidden danger condition corresponding to each hidden danger type according to the resource parameter information; and generating a data processing result according to the hidden danger type corresponding to the hidden danger condition met by the resource parameter information.

The hidden danger types are, for example, high utilization rate of the virtual machine, attack of the virtual machine, open permission of storage resources to the external network, and the like. When the hidden danger type is that the virtual machine utilization rate is high, the corresponding hidden danger condition is that the virtual machine utilization rate is greater than a preset utilization rate threshold value. When the hidden danger type is that the virtual machine is attacked, the corresponding hidden danger condition is that the record that the virtual machine is attacked exists. When the hidden danger type is that the storage resource has the access right to the external network, the corresponding hidden danger condition is that the access right to the external network is set, and the like, so that a hidden danger report can be pushed to the object to be processed in time to solve the hidden danger.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the processing requirement is a service report requirement, the data to be processed is work order information and failure push information in the resource data. Correspondingly, the data processing apparatus may execute the process of step 204, for example, to determine first statistical data of the work order information on a preset work order dimension; determining second statistical data of the fault pushing information on a preset fault dimension; and generating a data processing result according to the first statistical data and the second statistical data. The preset work order dimensions such as the average frequency of faults, the average time length of faults, the average processing time length of work orders, the average satisfaction degree of work orders and the like can be set according to actual needs, so that the resources of the objects to be processed can be adjusted in time according to the service reports.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the processing requirement is a cost report requirement, the data to be processed is resource parameter information and financial related information in the resource data. Correspondingly, the data processing device executing step 204 may, for example, determine cost data on various resources according to the resource parameter information and the financial-related information; and generating a data processing result according to the sequencing result of the cost data on various resources.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the processing requirement is an information screening requirement, the data to be processed is update push information in the resource data. Correspondingly, the data processing apparatus executing the step 204 may, for example, acquire a resource subscribed by the object to be processed; and generating a data processing result according to the subscribed update push information related to the resource and/or the update push information related to the resource to be processed.

And step 205, pushing the data processing result to the object to be processed.

It should be noted that, steps 201, 202, and 205 may be implemented by any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto and are not described again.

In summary, the data to be processed is selected from the resource data according to the data processing strategy corresponding to the processing requirement; and analyzing the data to be processed according to the data processing strategy to acquire a data processing result corresponding to the processing requirement, so that the quantity of resource data to be processed during analysis can be reduced, and the data processing efficiency is further improved.

In order to more clearly illustrate the above embodiments, the description will now be made by way of example.

For example, as shown in fig. 3, the data processing apparatus may specifically be a cloud resource cost management system configured in a cloud platform, and the system includes a data processing portion, a data analysis portion, and a visualization billboard portion. The data processing part comprises a data acquisition module, a data aggregation module and a database. The data aggregation module is used for aggregating the resource data acquired by the data acquisition module according to the object to be processed and storing the aggregated resource data in the database. The data analysis part comprises a strategy library and an intelligent analysis module. The strategy library comprises data processing strategies corresponding to various processing requirements. The intelligent analysis module is used for analyzing and processing the resource data by combining the data processing strategy. The visual billboard portion can present resource data such as work order information, fault information (fault push information), assets/bills (resource parameter information/financial related information), messages (update push information), and the like. The visual billboard part can also display data processing results, such as hidden danger reports, service reports, cost reports, message screening and the like.

As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the processing requirement includes at least one of the following requirements: hidden danger reporting requirements, service reporting requirements, cost reporting requirements, and information screening requirements.

As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the processing requirement is a hidden danger report requirement, the data to be processed is resource parameter information in the resource data; the processing module 530 is specifically configured to determine whether the resource parameter information satisfies hidden danger conditions corresponding to the hidden danger types according to the resource parameter information; and generating the data processing result according to the hidden danger type corresponding to the hidden danger condition met by the resource parameter information.

As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the processing requirement is a service report requirement, the data to be processed is work order information and failure push information in the resource data; the processing module 530 is specifically configured to determine first statistical data of the work order information in a preset work order dimension; determining second statistical data of the fault pushing information on a preset fault dimension; and generating the data processing result according to the first statistical data and the second statistical data.

As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the processing requirement is a cost report requirement, the data to be processed is resource parameter information and financial related information in the resource data; the processing module 530 is specifically configured to determine cost data on various resources according to the resource parameter information and the financial related information; and generating the data processing result according to the sequencing result of the cost data on the various resources.

As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the processing requirement is an information screening requirement, the data to be processed is update push information in the resource data; the processing module 530 is specifically configured to obtain resources subscribed by the object to be processed; and generating the data processing result according to the updated push information related to the subscribed resources and/or the updated push information related to the resources to be processed.

As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the pushing module 540 is specifically configured to determine a display format corresponding to the data processing result, and display the data processing result on a display interface of the object to be processed according to the display format; or determining a display format corresponding to the data processing result and a display format corresponding to the resource data, and displaying the data processing result and the resource data on a display interface of the object to be processed according to the corresponding display formats.

The data processing device of the embodiment of the disclosure acquires resource data of resources to be processed on each cloud service in a cloud platform, wherein the resources to be processed are resources related to objects to be processed on the cloud platform; determining the processing requirement of an object to be processed; analyzing and processing the resource data according to the data processing strategy corresponding to the processing requirement, and acquiring a data processing result corresponding to the processing requirement; the data processing result is pushed to the object to be processed, so that the data processing result after analysis and processing can be directly displayed for the object to be processed, the resource data of the resource of the object to be processed are prevented from being manually acquired, the analysis and processing are manually performed, the data acquisition efficiency is improved, the acquisition cost is reduced, and the analysis efficiency is improved.

In the technical scheme of the disclosure, the collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure and other processing of the personal information of the related user are all carried out on the premise of obtaining the consent of the user, and all accord with the regulation of related laws and regulations without violating the good custom of the public order.

The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, a readable storage medium, and a computer program product according to embodiments of the present disclosure.

FIG. 6 illustrates a schematic block diagram of an example electronic device 600 that can be used to implement embodiments of the present disclosure. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.

As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 includes a computing unit 601, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 can also be stored. The calculation unit 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.

Various components in the electronic device 600 are connected to the I/O interface 605, including: an input unit 606 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 607 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 608, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 609 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 609 allows the electronic device 600 to exchange information/data with other devices through a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.

The computing unit 601 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 601 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and so forth. The calculation unit 601 executes the respective methods and processes described above, such as the data processing method. For example, in some embodiments, the data processing method may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as storage unit 608. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the electronic device 600 via the ROM 602 and/or the communication unit 609. When the computer program is loaded into the RAM 603 and executed by the computing unit 601, one or more steps of the data processing method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 601 may be configured to perform the data processing method by any other suitable means (e.g. by means of firmware).

Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.

Program code for implementing the methods of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.

In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.

To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.

The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and the Internet.

The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server may be a cloud server, a server of a distributed system, or a server with a combined blockchain.

It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present disclosure may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure can be achieved, and the present disclosure is not limited herein.
