When the rotating device 30 needs to be taken out of the placing frame 31, the blocking member 311 is only required to be rotated, the pressing member 312 is taken out from the position of the insertion opening, and the first rotating cylinder 301 is taken out from one end of the placing frame 31, so that the whole rotating device 30 can be driven to be taken out of the placing frame 31, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient.

In this embodiment, one end of the first rotary cylinder 301, which is far away from the adjusting wheel 303, is connected to a rotary key 3010, and the end of the rotary key 3010 is located in the placing frame 31 and connected to the first rotary cylinder 301, and the other end is located outside the placing frame 31 and used for rotating the first rotary cylinder 301. However, since the rotating handle 3020 is engaged with the second rotating cylinder 302, that is, the rotating handle 3020 can be pulled out along the axial direction of the second rotating cylinder 302, when the first rotating cylinder 301, the adjusting wheel 303 and the second rotating cylinder 302 which are connected as a whole need to be taken out from the position of the mounting opening 313 in the placing frame 31, only the blocking member 311 needs to be rotated, the pressing member 312 is taken out from the position of the insertion opening, then the rotating handle 3020 is pulled out along the axial direction of the second rotating cylinder 302, and finally the first rotating cylinder 301 is taken out from one end of the placing frame 31, so that the whole rotating device 30 can be taken out from the placing frame 31, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient.

In this embodiment, the present invention further comprises a locking device 5, and the locking device 5 is used for locking the rotation angle of the rotating device 30. Specifically, the locking device 5 includes an arc-shaped positioning slot 50 and a fastening member 51, the arc-shaped positioning slot 50 is disposed on the placing frame 31 and is located at one end portion connected with the rotating handle 3020, of course, the arc-shaped track of the arc-shaped positioning slot 50 is disposed along the rotating track of the rotating handle 3020, the fastening member 51 is screwed on the rotating handle 3020 through a threaded hole, and one end of the fastening member 51 can extend into the arc-shaped positioning slot 50. When the rotating device 30 needs to be fixed at a certain rotation angle position, the fastening member 51 is tightened to locate one end of the fastening member 51 in the arc-shaped positioning slot 50.

In other embodiments, the locking device 5 may also be a positioning bolt, through which the rotating handle 3020 is fixed at a certain rotation angle position. Therefore, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the structure of the locking device 5 and its equivalent function should be properly changed and still fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In this embodiment, the sand table further comprises a material receiving device 6, the material receiving device 6 is arranged on the sand table body 1 and is opposite to the storage device 3, and the material receiving device 6 is used for receiving materials falling from the sand table body 1. That is, it can be understood that after the sand table device of the present invention performs teaching demonstration, the electromagnetic chuck is not powered on and does not generate magnetic force, so that the metal powder on the partition plate 11 will fall off, and therefore the receiving device 6 receives the metal powder falling off from the partition plate 11. It should be noted that the structure of the receiving device 6 is the same as that of the storage device 3, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted here. It should be noted that, the rotating device 30 for storing the material in the storage device 3 can be taken out from the placing frame 31 in the storage device 3, so that when the rotating device 30 in the material receiving device 6 is filled with the metal powder sliding from the partition 11, the rotating device 30 in the material receiving device 6 can be taken out to be exchanged with the rotating device 30 in the storage device 3, and the circulation is performed, so that the metal powder can be saved, the waste of the metal powder is avoided, the equipment can be conveniently reused, and the actual teaching efficiency is effectively improved.

In this embodiment, the sand table device further comprises a cart body 10, wherein the sand table body 1 is rotatably arranged on the cart body 10 and is supported by a support device movably arranged on the cart body 10, so that the use angle of the sand table body 1 is adjustable, the sand table device can conveniently adjust the self state according to the actual use condition, and the sand table device can efficiently realize due functions.

Specifically, the supporting device includes a supporting component and a positioning push rod 102, a limiting groove is formed in the top of the cart body 10, the setting of the limiting groove facilitates installation and setting of the positioning push rod 102, the positioning push rod 102 is slidably mounted in the limiting groove, a first end of the positioning push rod 102 penetrates through the rear inner wall of the limiting groove, a second end of the positioning push rod 102 is rotatably connected with the supporting component, one end of the supporting component, which is far away from the positioning push rod 102, is slidably connected with the rear surface of the sand table body 1 through a sliding frame 12, namely the sliding frame 12 is fixedly arranged on the rear surface of the sand table body 1, and the supporting component is slidably connected with the sliding frame 12. Therefore, the sand table body 1 can be jacked up under the action of the supporting component by moving the positioning push rod 102, so that the angle of the sand table body 1 can be adjusted, the use requirement is met, and the flexible use effect is achieved. Of course, in order to lock the positioning push rod 102 at a certain fixed position, the present invention further comprises a locking member, the locking member comprises an elastic bolt 1020 and a plurality of positioning holes 1021, each positioning hole 1021 is equidistantly arranged along the length direction of the positioning push rod 102, and the elastic bolt 1020 is inserted into the positioning hole 1021 to lock the positioning push rod 102 at a certain fixed position, so as to fix the sand table body 1 at a certain angle. It can be understood that the plurality of positioning holes 1021 are provided to facilitate the adjustment of the use angle of the sand table body 1, so as to meet the use requirement of the sand table device of the present invention.

In this embodiment, the supporting member includes a first supporting member 70, an adjusting tube 7 and a second supporting member 72, the first supporting member 70 is connected to the second supporting member 72 through the adjusting tube 7, that is, a first end of the first supporting member 70 is slidably connected to the sliding frame 12, a second end of the first supporting member 70 is threadedly connected to the adjusting tube 7, a first end of the second supporting member 72 is threadedly connected to an end of the adjusting tube 7 far from the first supporting member 70, and a second end of the second supporting member 72 is rotatably connected to the positioning push rod 102. The supporting height of the supporting component can be effectively adjusted through the structure, so that the using angle of the sand table body 1 can be adjusted to be in the best state, and students can learn intuitively.

In this embodiment, the sand table body 1 is rotatably connected to the cart body 10 through the joint member 100, that is, the joint member 100 is fixed to the cart body 10, and the sand table body 1 is rotatably connected to the joint member 100 through the connecting member 1101, so that the sand table body 1 can rotate around the joint member 100. To facilitate the mounting and dismounting of the sand table body 1, the clip 100 can be moved on the cart body 10. Specifically, the cart body 10 is provided with two sliding grooves 101, the two sliding grooves 101 are located on two sides of the limiting groove, the bottom of the clamping member 100 is provided with a sliding block 1001, and the sliding block 1001 is slidably connected with the sliding grooves 101, so that the clamping member 100 can move on the cart body 10. That is, it can be understood that, when the angle of the sand table body 1 is adjusted, the clip 100 cannot move along the sliding groove 101 under the limitation of the limiting part 105, and only when the sand table body 1 needs to be detached from the clip 100, the clip 100 can move along the sliding groove 101, so as to detach the sand table body 1 from the clip 100. Therefore, when the angle of the sand table body 1 is adjusted, the sliding block 1001 of the clamping member 100 is located in the sliding groove 101, one side of the clamping member 100 abuts against the cart body 10 through the supporting block 1093 capable of moving along the length direction of the clamping member 100, and the other side of the clamping member 100 is limited by the limiting member 105 so that the clamping member 100 cannot move along the sliding groove 101. That is, the supporting blocks 1093 are disposed at both ends of the clip 100, and when each supporting block 1093 is moved away from the clip 100, the bottom surface of the clip 100 contacts the top surface of the cart body 10, and the limiting member 104 cannot limit the clip 100 and the clip 100 can move along the sliding groove 101. In addition, the bottom of the connecting piece 1101 is provided with a sliding wheel 11010 which can contact with the top surface of the cart body 10, so that in the process of adjusting the angle of the sand table body 1, the sand table can be easily jacked up, and meanwhile, the sliding wheel can facilitate the lifting of the clamping piece 100.

In this embodiment, the present invention further includes a moving device, which is disposed on the cart body 10 and is used for driving the supporting block 1093 to move along the length direction of the clip 100. Specifically, the moving device comprises two supporting frames 109, two linkage rods 107, a sliding rod 108 and a control mechanism, wherein the sliding rod 108 is fixed on the cart body 10 through a fixing sheet and is positioned at the front side edge of the clamping piece 100; the two support frames 109 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the cart body 10 and positioned at one end of the support block 1093 far away from the clamping member 100, and a linkage bolt 1090 is connected between each support frame 109 and each support block 1093, namely one end of the linkage bolt 1090 is fixedly connected with the support block 1093, and the other end is movably connected with the support frame 109; be provided with linkage piece 1092 on the interlock bolt 1090, still the cover is equipped with first spacing spring 1091 on the interlock bolt 1090, and the one end and the linkage piece 1092 of first spacing spring 1091 are fixed, the inner wall that the supporting shoe 1093 was kept away from to the other end and carriage 109 is fixed, the one end and the interlock bolt 1090 of gangbar 107 are connected fixedly and are located between the inner wall that linkage piece 1092 and carriage 109 are close to supporting shoe 1093, the other end and the operating mechanism of gangbar 107 are connected, gangbar 107 also and slide bar sliding connection simultaneously, so that operating mechanism can drive the removal of gangbar 107, thereby drive the removal of interlock bolt 1090, and then drive the supporting shoe 1093 and keep away from the one end movement of joint 100. When the supporting block 1093 needs to be moved to a position for supporting the clip 100, the interlocking bolt 1090 can be automatically restored to the original position by the acting force of the first limiting spring 1091 through the operating mechanism.

Specifically, the operating mechanism includes a fixing seat 106, a limiting rod 1060 and a pressing pipe 1061, wherein the fixing seat 106 is fixed on the front side edge of the cart body 10, so that the sliding rod 108 passes through the fixing seat 106; the limiting rod 1060 is fixed on the front side of the cart body 10 and is perpendicular to the sliding rod 108, a pressure pipe 1061 is slidably sleeved on the outer surface of the limiting rod 1060, ejector rods 1062 are rotatably connected to two sides of the pressure pipe 1061, the ejector rods 1062 are connected with one end, far away from the supporting frame 109, of the linkage rod 107, of course, a second limiting spring 10601 is further arranged between the limiting rod 1060 and the pressure pipe 1061, the second limiting spring 10601 is sleeved on the outer surface of the limiting rod 1060, the arrangement of the second limiting spring 10601 can effectively restore the use position of the pressure pipe 1061, one end of the second limiting spring 10601 is fixedly connected with the cart body 10, and the other end of the second limiting spring 1061 is fixedly connected with the pressure pipe. Therefore, it can be known that, the supporting block 1093 can be driven by pressing the pressing pipe 1061 to move away from one end of the clip 100, so that the clip 100 can move along the sliding groove 101 without being limited by the limiting piece 104, so that the sand table body 1 can be detached from the clip 100, and the sand table body 1 can be detached.

Of course, in other embodiments, the moving device may also be a screw mechanism, the screw mechanism is disposed at an end of the supporting block 1093 away from the clip 100, and the supporting block 1093 is driven by the screw mechanism to move along the length direction of the clip 100, so it should also fall within the scope of the present invention by reasonably changing the structure of the moving device.

In addition, the bottom of the cart body 10 is located at the fixed frame 103 fixedly connected to the lower side of the two sliding grooves 101, the two sides of each fixed frame 103 are connected with a plurality of supporting wheels 1030 in a rotating mode along the horizontal direction between the inner surface walls, the supporting wheels 1030 are arranged to be capable of effectively supporting the clamping piece 100 in a stable mode, and therefore the clamping piece 100 can conveniently support the sand table body 1 to conduct position movement adjustment.
