1. A mounting base, comprising:

the base comprises a base body and a base body, wherein the base body comprises a bottom part and a top part, and is provided with an accommodating space between the bottom part and the top part;

The mounting base of claim 2, wherein the top portion comprises a second resilient member and a third resilient member, the second resilient member comprising a second fixed end and a second free end, the third resilient member comprising a third fixed end and a third free end; the second fixed end is fixedly connected with the second end of the first side plate, the third fixed end is fixedly connected with the fourth end of the second side plate, and a gap is reserved between the second free end and the third free end.

4. The mounting base of claim 3, wherein the gap is aligned with the first free end of the first resilient member.

5. The mounting base of claim 1, wherein the first free end of the first resilient member is provided with a metal sheet.

6. The mounting base of claim 5, wherein a surface of the metal sheet proximate the top is gold plated.

7. The mounting base of any of claims 1, 5 and 6, wherein a surface of the top portion proximate the first resilient member is gold plated.

8. A mounting base according to claim 3, wherein the surface of said second resilient member adjacent said first resilient member is gold plated and the surface of said third resilient member adjacent said first resilient member is gold plated.

9. A printed circuit board, comprising:

at least one mounting base according to any one of claims 1-8;

the printed circuit board body, the printed circuit board body with the installation base is fixed continuous.

10. The printed circuit board of claim 9, wherein the printed circuit board includes at least one solder joint, the mounting base being solder-connected to the printed circuit board body via the solder joint.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of circuit boards, in particular to an installation base and a printed circuit board.

Background

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is a carrier for carrying external devices such as processor, memory, audio/video codec chip, function chip and related circuit lines on the terminal equipment, the PCB is connected with the pins of the external devices by welding, when the external devices are damaged or need to be replaced, the pins of the external devices need to be separated from the PCB, and then the pins of new external devices are welded on the PCB, so that the welding operation difficulty is high, time and labor are wasted, and when the external devices are replaced too frequently on the same PCB, the PCB is easily damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

The main purpose of this application provides an installation base and printed circuit board, aims at solving the inconvenient problem of the external device of printed circuit board connection among the prior art.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a mounting base, where the mounting base includes:

the base comprises a base body and a base body, wherein the base body comprises a bottom part and a top part, and is provided with an accommodating space between the bottom part and the top part;

a first elastic member; the first elastic piece comprises a first fixed end and a first free end, the first elastic piece is arranged in the accommodating space, and the first fixed end of the first elastic piece is fixedly connected with the bottom of the base body; the first free end of the first elastic piece is close to or movably contacted with the top of the base body so as to be used for clamping a pin of an external device.

According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation manner, the base body further comprises a first side plate and a second side plate, the first side plate comprises a first end and a second end, and the second side plate comprises a third end and a fourth end; the first end of the first side plate and the third end of the second side plate are respectively connected with two sides of the bottom, and the second end of the first side plate and the fourth end of the second side plate are respectively connected with two sides of the top.

According to the first aspect, in one possible implementation manner, the top portion includes a second elastic member and a third elastic member, the second elastic member includes a second fixed end and a second free end, and the third elastic member includes a third fixed end and a third free end; the second fixed end is fixedly connected with the second end of the first side plate, the third fixed end is fixedly connected with the fourth end of the second side plate, and a gap is reserved between the second free end and the third free end.

In a possible implementation form according to the first aspect, the gap is arranged in direct opposition to the first free end of the first elastic member.

In a possible implementation form according to the first aspect, the first free end of the first elastic member is provided with a metal sheet.

In a possible implementation form according to the first aspect, the surface of the metal sheet near the top is gold-plated.

In a possible implementation form according to the first aspect, the surface of the top portion near the first elastic member is gold-plated.

In a possible implementation form according to the first aspect, the surface of the second elastic element near the first elastic element is gold-plated, and the surface of the third elastic element near the first elastic element is gold-plated.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a printed circuit board, including:

at least one mounting base as described above;

the printed circuit board body, the printed circuit board body with the installation base is fixed continuous.

According to the second aspect, in a possible implementation manner, the printed circuit board includes at least one soldering point, and the mounting base is soldered to the printed circuit board body through the soldering point.

In the embodiment that this application provided, through first elastic component with the pin of the external device of base body cooperation centre gripping, make things convenient for the dismouting of external device and installation base very much, at the dismouting in-process of external device and installation base, also can not harm the self structure of installation base and external device.

The embodiment discloses a mounting base 100, and the mounting base 100 comprises a base body 110 and a first elastic member 120.

The base body 110 includes a bottom portion 114 and a top portion 113, and the base body 110 is provided with an accommodating space between the bottom portion 114 and the top portion 113.

In the embodiment that this application provided, base body 110 has better electric conductive property, base body 110's material can be for conductive metal such as copper, aluminium, silver, gold, perhaps partial or whole regional conductive metal such as copper, aluminium, silver, gold of plating in base body 110, base body 110 still can be the better material of other electric conductive properties.

The first elastic member 120 includes a first fixed end 121 and a first free end 122, the first elastic member 120 is disposed in the accommodating space, and the first fixed end 121 of the first elastic member 120 is fixedly connected to the bottom 114 of the base body 110; the first free end 122 of the first elastic element 120 is close to or in movable contact with the top 113 of the base body 110 for clamping the pin 310 of the external device 300.

In the embodiment provided by the present application, when the external device 300 needs to be electrically connected to the mounting base 100, only the pin 310 of the external device 300 needs to be inserted between the first free end 122 of the first elastic member 120 and the top 113 of the base body 110, and the pin 310 of the external device 300 is clamped by the first free end 122 of the first elastic member 120 and the top 113 of the base body 110, so that the mounting base 100 and the external device 300 can be electrically connected.

In the embodiment provided by the present application, the first elastic member 120 can extend and contract along the axial direction thereof, the first elastic member 120 can be specifically a spring, referring to fig. 1-2, the lower end of the spring is fixedly connected to the base body 110, the upper end of the spring can be matched with the top 113 of the base to clamp the pin 310 of the external device 300, in one possible implementation manner, the upper end of the spring can be in contact with the top 113 of the base body 110 in a natural state, when the pin 310 of the external device 300 extends between the top 113 of the base body 110 and the upper end of the spring, the upper end of the spring is matched with the top 113 of the base body 110 to clamp the pin 310 of the external device 300 by using the elastic force of the spring, in another possible implementation manner, in the natural state, the upper end of the spring is not in contact with the top 113 of the base body 110, when the pin 310 of the external device 300 is inserted between the upper end of the spring and the top portion 113 of the base body 110, the spring is compressed, and the upper end of the spring is engaged with the top portion 113 of the base body 110 to clamp the pin 310 of the external device 300, so that the external device 300 is electrically connected to the mounting base 100 stably.

In the embodiment provided by the present application, the first elastic element 120 cooperates with the base body 110 to clamp the pin 310 of the external device 300, so as to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the external device 300 and the mounting base 100, and the mounting base 100 and the structure of the external device 300 cannot be damaged during the assembly and disassembly of the external device 300 and the mounting base 100.

The base body 110 further comprises a first side plate 111 and a second side plate 112, the first side plate 111 comprises a first end 111a and a second end 111b, the second side plate 112 comprises a third end 112a and a fourth end 112 b; the first end 111a of the first side plate 111 and the third end 112a of the second side plate 112 are respectively connected to two sides of the bottom portion 114, and the second end 111b of the first side plate 111 and the fourth end 112b of the second side plate 112 are respectively connected to two sides of the top portion 113.

In the embodiment provided by the present application, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are used for supporting the top portion 113 of the base, specifically, the first side plate 111 and the second layer plate are arranged in parallel and at an interval, and the top portion 113, the bottom portion 114, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 of the base body 110 surround to form the accommodating space.

In the embodiment of the present application, the base body 110 is substantially a hollow rectangular parallelepiped, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are disposed opposite to each other, the bottom 114, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 in the base body 110 are integrally formed, and the bottom 114, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 of the base body 110 are made of a metal with good electrical conductivity, such as copper, aluminum, silver, gold, and the like.

The top portion 113 includes a second elastic member 113a and a third elastic member 113b, the second elastic member 113a includes a second fixed end and a second free end, and the third elastic member 113b includes a third fixed end and a third free end; the second fixed end is fixedly connected with the second end 111b of the first side plate 111, the third fixed end is fixedly connected with the fourth end 112b of the second side plate 112, and the second free end and the third free end have a gap 115.

Specifically, the second elastic member 113a may be a spring, a second fixed end of the second elastic member 113a is fixedly connected to the first side plate 111, when a second free end of the second elastic member 113a is pressed, the second elastic member 113a may generate elastic bending deformation, the third elastic member 113b may also be a spring, a third fixed end of the third elastic member 113b is fixedly connected to the second side plate 112, and the third elastic member 113b may generate elastic bending deformation.

In the embodiment provided in the present application, when the external device 300 is electrically connected to the mounting base 100, the pins 310 of the external device 300 are directly aligned with the gaps 115, and the pins 310 of the external device 300 are pressed, so that the second free end of the second elastic member 113a and the third free end of the third elastic member 113b are simultaneously bent and deformed toward the direction of the bottom 114, so that the gap 115 between the second elastic member 113a and the third elastic member 113b is enlarged, and further the pins 310 of the external device 300 can protrude into the accommodating space of the base body 110 from the gap 115, and when the pins 310 of the external device 300 are located below the gap, the pins 310 of the external device 300 are clamped by the first elastic member 120 and the top 113 of the base body 110, in the embodiment provided in the present application, the base body 110 is in a natural state, the size of the leads 310 of the foreign device 300 is larger than the size of the gap 115.

The gap 115 is disposed opposite to the first free end 122 of the first elastic member 120.

In the embodiment provided by the present application, when the external device 300 is electrically connected to the mounting base 100, the pin 310 of the external device 300 is inserted into the receiving space of the base body 110, after the pin 310 of the external device 300 completely enters the receiving space, the force applied to the pin 310 of the external device 300 is removed, the first elastic member 120 naturally extends, the second elastic member 113a and the third elastic member 113b return to a natural state, and the first free end 122 of the first elastic member 120 and the top portion 113 (the top portion 113 is composed of the second elastic member 113a and the third elastic member 113 b) clamp the pin 310 of the external device 300.

The first free end 122 of the first elastic member 120 is provided with a metal sheet (not shown).

In the embodiment provided by the present application, the first free end 122 of the first elastic element 120 is provided with a metal sheet, so that when the pin 310 of the external device 300 is clamped between the top portion 113 of the base body 110 and the first free end 122 of the first elastic element 120, the pin 310 of the external device 300 can have good electrical contact with the mounting base 100.

The surface of the metal sheet near the top 113 is gold plated.

In the embodiment provided by the present application, when the first elastic member 120 and the top portion 113 clamp the pin 310 of the external device 300, the surface of the metal sheet close to the top portion 113 is the surface of the metal sheet contacting the pin 310 of the external device 300; the surface of the metal sheet near the top portion 113 is plated with gold, so as to further improve the guiding performance of the whole mounting base 100, and facilitate the electrical connection between the external device 300 and the mounting base 100.

The surface of the top portion 113 near the first elastic member 120 is plated with gold.

In the embodiment provided in the present application, when the first elastic element 120 and the top portion 113 clamp the pin 310 of the external device 300, a surface of the top portion 113 close to the first elastic element 120 is a surface of the top portion 113 contacting the pin 310 of the external device 300, and a surface of the top portion 113 close to the first elastic element 120 is plated with gold for further improving the guiding performance of the whole mounting base 100, so as to facilitate the electrical connection between the external device 300 and the mounting base 100.

Specifically, the surface of the second elastic member 113a adjacent to the first elastic member 120 is plated with gold, and the surface of the third elastic member 113b adjacent to the first elastic member 120 is plated with gold.

The embodiment of the present application further provides a printed circuit board, the printed circuit board includes the printed circuit board body 200 and at least one mounting base 100, the printed circuit board body 200 and the mounting base 100 are fixedly connected.

Specifically, the pcb body 200 may be electrically connected to an external device 300 through one mounting base 100, the pcb body 200 may also be electrically connected to an external device 300 through a plurality of mounting bases 100, and the pcb body 200 may also be electrically connected to a plurality of external devices 300 through a plurality of mounting bases 100.

In the embodiment provided by the present application, the printed circuit board body 200 is electrically connected to at least one of the mounting bases 100, and when the printed circuit board is electrically connected to the external device 300, the pins 310 of the external device 300 are connected to the mounting base 100, so as to electrically connect the printed circuit board to the external device 300, the mounting base 100 is fastened to the pins 310 of the external device 300, so that the external device 300 is more conveniently disassembled from the mounting base 100, and the disassembling of the mounting base 100 from the pins 310 of the external device 300 does not damage the structures of the mounting base 100 and the pins 310 of the external device 300.

In the embodiments provided herein, referring to fig. 3-4, the printed circuit board body 200 has a plurality of solder joints 210, and solder paste is provided on each solder joint 210 of the printed circuit board body 200 when the printed circuit board is formed, and then the mounting base 100 is provided on the solder paste, wherein the bottom 114 of the mounting base 100 is in direct contact with the solder paste when the mounting base 100 is attached to the solder paste.
