The working principle is as follows: when the aluminum plate decoiler convenient for controlling the cutting length is used, a rolled aluminum plate is placed in a groove on a vertical plate 201, a first motor 203 is started, the first motor 203 drives a first screw block 204 on a first screw rod 202 to move downwards to a proper height, a second motor 206 is started, the second motor 206 drives two first sliding blocks 207 on a first positive and negative threaded rod 205 to move inwards, meanwhile, a transverse shaft 210 on the first sliding block 207 is inserted into the inner side of the aluminum plate, and when a limiting plate 209 abuts against the side surface of the aluminum plate, the aluminum plate is limited, a first electric telescopic rod 211 is started, the first electric telescopic rod 211 drives a fixing plate 212 to move outwards to abut against the inner side of the aluminum plate and stop, so that the fixing operation on the aluminum plate is completed, the first motor 203 is started to move the aluminum plate to the proper height, the second electric telescopic rod 302 is started, the second electric telescopic rod 302 drives a first support 303 to move to the proper height, starting a fourth motor 308, the fourth motor 308 drives the leveling roller 306 to rotate through a belt transmission device 307, starting a fifth motor 406, driving a cutter 408 on a second sliding block 407 to move to a proper position through the fifth motor 406 according to the length to be cut, starting a third motor 208, the third motor 208 drives an aluminum plate on a limiting plate 209 to rotate, then the aluminum plate is leveled through the leveling roller 306, meanwhile, the leveling roller 306 in the rotating process passes through the ash wiping sponge 304, dust on the leveling roller 306 is wiped clean through the ash wiping sponge 304, then, the aluminum plate after being leveled moves through a conveyor belt 402, starting a third electric telescopic rod 403, the third electric telescopic rod 403 drives the cutter 408 to move downwards and complete the cutting of the aluminum plate, the aluminum plate cut into blocks falls into a receiving box 506, and when the leveling box 506 is full of aluminum plates, starting a sixth motor 503, the sixth motor 503 drives the second wire block 504 to move downwards, then the material receiving box 506 is taken out, and then the material receiving box 506 can be put into a new material receiving box 506 for collecting the aluminum plate, the inner condition can be observed through a glass window on the box door 6 during the processing process, the dust wiping sponge 304 can be taken out periodically by unscrewing the bolt 305, and cleaning or replacement can be carried out, and the content which is not described in detail in the specification belongs to the prior art which is well known to a person skilled in the art.
