referring to fig. 1-5, the device for producing the LED street lamp shell comprises a bottom plate 1 and a stamping mechanism; the stamping mechanism is arranged on the bottom plate 1 and comprises a fixed die unit and a movable die unit; the fixed die unit comprises a lower die 2, a guide rod 3 and a first spring 4 which are arranged in half; the lower end face of the lower die 2 is slidably connected in a sliding groove 5 formed in the bottom plate 1 through a first spring 4, a guide rod 3 is arranged in an inner ring of the first spring 4, and the guide rod 3 penetrates through the lower die 2 and is fixedly connected to the side wall of the inner end face of the sliding groove 5; a groove 6 is formed in the upper end of the lower die 2, and a first inclined plane 7 is formed near the outer edge of a notch of the groove 6;

the movable mould unit comprises an upper mould 8; the upper end of the upper die 8 is connected to a hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the bottom plate 1 through a support, a first-stage concave part 9 is formed in the lower plate surface of the upper die 8, a second-stage concave part 10 is formed in the first-stage concave part 9, a second inclined surface 11 is formed in the edge position of the upper die 8, and the second inclined surface 11 is parallel to the first inclined surface 7; at first place panel on lower mould 2, then push down mould 8 through the control pneumatic cylinder, it is close to in lower mould 2 gradually to go up mould 8, and being close to the in-process, inclined plane 7 earlier with the attached extrusion of No. two inclined planes 11, make two lower moulds 2 keep away from each other, finally go up in mould 8's both sides embedding recess 6, the interior top surface of one-level concave part 9 pushes down panel, panel is buckled and attaches on the inner wall of recess 6, the punching press of realizing panel is buckled this moment, then the pneumatic cylinder resets, it keeps away from lower mould 2 to go up mould 8, then two lower moulds 2 are under spring 4's elastic action, two lower moulds 2 are close to each other, clearance fit between lower mould 2 and the blank this moment, namely, the blank is in free state, make things convenient for taking off of blank, the labour reduces and gets material efficiency, accelerate the production of LED street lamp casing.

A pre-pressing unit is arranged on the upper die 8; the prepressing comprises a prepressing rod 12, a second spring 13 and a sucker 14; the pre-pressing rod 12 penetrates through the second concave part in a sliding mode, the upper end of the pre-pressing rod 12 is connected to the upper plate surface of the upper die 8 through a second spring 13, and the lower end of the pre-pressing rod 12 is fixedly connected with a sucking disc 14; in the stamping process, the two lower dies 2 are relatively far away from and move, and the friction force between the plate and the two lower dies 2 is different, so that when the two lower dies 2 are relatively far away from, the position of the plate can deviate, and the stamping accuracy of the plate is influenced, therefore, the plate is fixed in advance by arranging the pre-pressing unit on the upper die 8; in the process that the upper die 8 is close to the lower die 2, the pre-pressing rod 12 adsorbs the sucker 14 on the plate, so that the plate is fixed, the upper die 8 continues to move downwards, the second spring 13 is pulled upwards at the upper end of the pre-pressing rod 12, meanwhile, the sucker 14 is arranged in the second-stage concave part 10, the inner edge of the first-stage concave part 9 is pressed downwards, and the plate is bent and deformed; through pre-compaction unit, realize fixing in advance of panel, prevent that the removal of lower mould 2 from driving the panel position deviation to appear, lead to the emergence of panel punching press inaccuracy phenomenon.

An air exhaust unit is arranged on the upper plate surface of the upper die 8; the air suction unit comprises a drawing rod 15, an air suction cylinder 16 and an air suction pipe 17; the interior of the pre-pressing rod 12 is hollow, and the lower end of the pre-pressing rod 12 is communicated with the sucker 14; the air suction cylinder 16 is fixedly connected to the upper die 8, the air suction cylinder 16 is in sliding sealing connection with the pull rod 15, the upper end of the pull rod 15 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the prepressing rod 12 through a connecting plate, and the lower end of the air suction cylinder 16 is communicated with the hollow part of the prepressing rod 12 through an air suction pipe 17; the upper end of the pre-pressing rod 12 gradually extends upwards, meanwhile, the upper end of the pre-pressing rod 12 pulls the drawing rod 15 through the connecting plate, negative pressure is gradually formed in the air extracting cylinder 16, air between the suction cup 14 and the plate is also sucked into the air extracting cylinder 16 again at the moment, the negative pressure between the suction cup 14 and the plate is increased, and therefore the adsorption stability between the suction cup 14 and the plate is further improved; the upper die 8 moves upwards, the pre-pressing rod 12 does not extrude the plate any more, the pre-pressing rod 12 resets under the elastic force of the second spring 13, meanwhile, the drawing rod 15 blows air of the air pumping cylinder 16 into the suction cup 14, the suction cup 14 is separated from the plate, and the plate is placed in a free state and taken down.

Rotary grooves 18 are formed in the upper edge positions of the opposite side walls of the two lower dies 2, and a V-shaped rod 19, a rotating shaft 20, a torsion spring 21 and a push rod 22 are arranged in each rotary groove 18; the middle position of each V-shaped rod 19 is rotatably connected to a rotating shaft 20 through a torsion spring 21, two ends of each rotating shaft 20 are fixedly connected to the inner side wall of each rotating groove 18, and the upper ends of two adjacent V-shaped rods 19 are rotatably connected with a cylindrical push rod 22; after the plate is punched and formed, the plate is placed on the lower die 2, namely the plate is attached to the upper plate surface of the upper die 8, when the material is taken, an operator also needs to eject the blank from the groove 6, the blank is not convenient to take down, and therefore, the blank is pushed upwards by arranging the push rod 22, so that the blank is placed above the lower die 2, and the material is convenient to take; the upper die 8 moves upwards, the prepressing rod 12 is separated from the plate, the two lower dies 2 are close to each other, meanwhile, the lower ends of the V-shaped rods 19 are extruded relatively, the push rods 22 are gradually pushed upwards by the upper ends of the V-shaped rods 19, the plate is placed above the lower dies 2 by the push rods 22, and at the moment, a space is left between the plate and the lower dies 2, so that the plate can be conveniently inserted by hands or clamped and taken down by a clamp body, the operation is convenient, and the material taking efficiency is improved; in the process that the two lower dies 2 are relatively far away, the V-shaped rod 19 rotates the push rod 22 into the rotary groove 18 under the torsion force of the torsion spring 21, and at the moment, the push rod 22 is lower than the upper plate surface of the lower die 2, so that the plate is stably placed on the lower die 2.

A placing groove is formed in the opposite side wall of the lower die 2, and a piston rod 23, a piston cylinder 24 and a third spring 25 are arranged in the placing groove; the piston cylinder 24 is fixedly connected in the placing groove, and the piston rod 23 is connected in the piston cylinder 24 in a sliding manner through a third spring 25; an oil inlet pipeline 26 and an oil outlet pipeline 27 are arranged in the lower die 2; the oil inlet pipeline 26 and the oil outlet pipeline 27 are communicated with the piston cylinder 24, the oil inlet end of the oil inlet pipeline 26 is communicated with an external lubricating oil barrel, the oil outlet pipeline 27 is provided with a one-way valve 28, the outlet end of the oil outlet pipeline 27 is communicated with a hollow position arranged in the V-shaped rod 19 through a hose, the upper end of the V-shaped rod 19 is communicated with a cavity 29 arranged in the push rod 22, the surface of the push rod 22 is provided with a plurality of oil outlet holes 30, and the oil outlet holes 30 are communicated with the cavity 29; when the push rod 22 pushes up the plate, rolling friction occurs between the push rod 22 and the surface of the plate, the friction can cause abrasion to the inner surface of the plate, when the stamped LED street lamp shell is painted for decoration protection, only a spray head is arranged on the outer surface of the shell, and the inner surface is not sprayed, so that when the plate is stamped, the protection of the inner surface of the plate needs to be considered, and therefore, the plate is lubricated and protected by lubricating oil; when the two lower dies 2 are close to each other, the piston rod 23 is extruded, lubricating oil pumped into the piston cylinder 24 by the piston rod 23 is pumped into the cavity 29 of the push rod 22 through the oil outlet pipeline 27 and the hose, the lubricating oil is sprayed out from the oil outlet hole 30, and the lubricating oil is sprayed on the lower dies 2, the outer ring of the push rod 22 and a plate, so that a layer of oil film is formed on the surface of the push rod 22, the plate and the push rod 22 are isolated from each other, and the inner surface of the plate is protected.

The inner hole end of the oil outlet hole 30 is provided with a pressure spring 31 and a plugging head 32; the section of the oil outlet hole 30 is in a wide-mouth horn shape, the sealing head 32 is matched with the oil outlet hole 30 in shape, and the inner end of the sealing head 32 is connected to the position of the inner hole end of the oil outlet hole 30 through a pressure spring 31; before the sheet material is punched, the whole large sheet material is generally cut by a laser through shearing, or cut by an electric saw, and after the laser cutting, a plurality of small particles cooled by melting are remained on the surface of the sheet material, when the electric saw cuts, some cutting chips remain on the plate, the push rod 22 rotates on the inner surface of the plate, and the small particles and the debris can block the oil outlet hole 30 to influence the spraying of the lubricating oil, for this reason, by arranging the plugging head 32 in the oil outlet hole 30, the plugging head 32 is made of soft rubber materials, so that when hard metal or plastic is selected, the blocking head 32 is blocked in the oil outlet 30, the oil pressure of the lubricating oil pushes the blocking head 32 out of the oil outlet 30, the lubricating oil flows out, when no lubricating oil pressure exists, the plugging is restored through the pressure spring 31, the oil outlet hole 30 is plugged again, small particles and debris are blocked outside the oil outlet hole 30, and the possibility that the oil outlet hole 30 is blocked is reduced.

An annular rubber ring 33 is arranged on the outer side wall of the outer end part of the blocking head 32, the inner ring of the rubber ring 33 is fixedly connected with the blocking head 32, and the outer edge of the rubber ring 33 is attached and extruded at the position of the outer hole end of the oil outlet 30; a sealing ring 34 is fixedly connected to the fixed connection position of the inner ring of the rubber ring 33 and the plugging head 32, and the end part of the sealing ring 34 is embedded into an annular groove 35 arranged at the outer hole end position of the oil outlet 30; the plugging is reset through a pressure spring 31, the plugging head 32 is embedded into the oil outlet 30, meanwhile, the rubber ring 33 pushes away small particles and scraps around the oil outlet 30, then the small particles and the scraps are brought into the rotary groove 18 under the flowing of lubricating oil, the small particles and the scraps are prevented from being adhered to the push rod 22, the inner surface of the plate is subjected to friction damage, the sealing ring 34 is embedded into the annular groove 35, the sealing performance between the plugging head 32 and the oil outlet 30 is improved, the sealing performance after the plugging head 32 is plugged into the oil outlet 30 is improved, namely, when the plate is mutually extruded by the plugging head 32, the sealing performance is improved, the lubricating oil is prevented from overflowing, so that more lubricating oil is sprayed out from the oil outlet 30 which is not plugged by the plugging head 32, the spraying range of the lubricating oil and the surface area on the plate are improved, and more surface areas on the plate are protected.

A plurality of sliding holes 36 are formed in the inner bottom surface of the annular groove 35, fixing rods 37 are arranged in the sliding holes 36, the middle positions of the fixing rods 37 are hermetically connected to the inner side walls of the sliding holes 36 through rubber sheets 38, one ends of the fixing rods 37 are arc-shaped and are matched with the outer surface of the end portion of the sealing ring 34, and the other ends of the fixing rods 37 are embedded into fixing grooves 39 formed in the blocking side walls; the edge of sealing ring 34 imbeds in ring channel 35, and the dead lever 37 is resumeed in the extrusion of sealing ring 34 simultaneously, and dead lever 37 drags the piece of rubber 38 embedding in fixed slot 39 for form closed auto-lock between shutoff head 32, sealing ring 34 and the dead lever 37 three, and will shutoff head 32 to the centre extrusion, make shutoff head 32 arrange the intermediate position of oil outlet 30 in, improve the leakproofness between shutoff head 32 and the oil outlet 30.

A plurality of antennae 40 are arranged at the edge of the outer ring of the rubber ring 33, and the tips of the antennae 40 are propped against the outer surface of the push rod 22; in-process in the oil outlet 30 is embedded to the shutoff head 32, the attached extrusion of the outward flange of rubber circle 33 is at the surface of push rod 22, and rubber circle 33 drives feeler 40 to move simultaneously, and the tip of feeler 40 promotes the piece of push rod 22 surface adhesion, then takes away through the flow of lubricating oil, prevents that the piece adhesion from piling up on push rod 22 surface, causes wearing and tearing to panel internal surface.

Example two:

referring to fig. 6, in a first comparative example, as another embodiment of the present invention, the branch of the oil outlet pipe 27 extends to the first inclined plane 7, and the lubricating oil flows to the first inclined plane 7, so that an oil film is formed on the first inclined plane 7, thereby reducing the wear between the first inclined plane 7 and the second inclined plane 11, and prolonging the service life of the lower mold 2 and the upper mold 8.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, a plate is placed on a lower die 2, then an upper die 8 is pushed down by a control hydraulic cylinder, the upper die 8 is gradually close to the lower die 2, in the process of approaching, a first inclined plane 7 is firstly attached and extruded with a second inclined plane 11, so that the two lower dies 2 are mutually far away, finally, two sides of the upper die 8 are embedded into a groove 6, the plate is pressed down by the inner top surface of a first-level concave part 9, the plate is bent and attached to the inner wall of the groove 6, at the moment, the plate is punched and bent, then, the hydraulic cylinder is reset, the upper die 8 is far away from the lower dies 2, then the two lower dies 2 are mutually close under the elastic action of a first spring 4, at the moment, the lower dies 2 are in clearance fit with the blank, namely, the blank is in a free state, the blank is conveniently taken down, the labor force is reduced, the material taking efficiency is improved, and the production of the LED street lamp shell is accelerated; in the stamping process, the two lower dies 2 are relatively far away from and move, and the friction force between the plate and the two lower dies 2 is different, so that when the two lower dies 2 are relatively far away from, the position of the plate can deviate, and the stamping accuracy of the plate is influenced, therefore, the plate is fixed in advance by arranging the pre-pressing unit on the upper die 8; in the process that the upper die 8 is close to the lower die 2, the pre-pressing rod 12 adsorbs the sucker 14 on the plate, so that the plate is fixed, the upper die 8 continues to move downwards, the second spring 13 is pulled upwards at the upper end of the pre-pressing rod 12, meanwhile, the sucker 14 is arranged in the second-stage concave part 10, the inner edge of the first-stage concave part 9 is pressed downwards, and the plate is bent and deformed; the pre-pressing unit is used for realizing the pre-fixing of the plate, and preventing the plate from being positioned in a deviation manner due to the movement of the lower die 2, so that the plate is not accurately stamped; the upper end of the pre-pressing rod 12 gradually extends upwards, meanwhile, the upper end of the pre-pressing rod 12 pulls the drawing rod 15 through the connecting plate, negative pressure is gradually formed in the air extracting cylinder 16, air between the suction cup 14 and the plate is also sucked into the air extracting cylinder 16 again at the moment, the negative pressure between the suction cup 14 and the plate is increased, and therefore the adsorption stability between the suction cup 14 and the plate is further improved; the upper die 8 moves upwards, the pre-pressing rod 12 does not extrude the plate any more, the pre-pressing rod 12 resets under the elastic force of the second spring 13, meanwhile, the drawing rod 15 blows the gas of the air pumping cylinder 16 into the sucking disc 14, the sucking disc 14 is separated from the plate, and the plate is placed in a free state and taken down; after the plate is punched and formed, the plate is placed on the lower die 2, namely the plate is attached to the upper plate surface of the upper die 8, when the material is taken, an operator also needs to eject the blank from the groove 6, the blank is not convenient to take down, and therefore, the blank is pushed upwards by arranging the push rod 22, so that the blank is placed above the lower die 2, and the material is convenient to take; the upper die 8 moves upwards, the prepressing rod 12 is separated from the plate, the two lower dies 2 are close to each other, meanwhile, the lower ends of the V-shaped rods 19 are extruded relatively, the push rods 22 are gradually pushed upwards by the upper ends of the V-shaped rods 19, the plate is placed above the lower dies 2 by the push rods 22, and at the moment, a space is left between the plate and the lower dies 2, so that the plate can be conveniently inserted by hands or clamped and taken down by a clamp body, the operation is convenient, and the material taking efficiency is improved; in the process that the two lower dies 2 are relatively far away, the V-shaped rod 19 rotates the push rod 22 into the rotary groove 18 under the torsion force of the torsion spring 21, and at the moment, the push rod 22 is lower than the upper plate surface of the lower die 2, so that the plate is stably placed on the lower die 2; when the push rod 22 pushes up the plate, rolling friction occurs between the push rod 22 and the surface of the plate, the friction can cause abrasion to the inner surface of the plate, when the stamped LED street lamp shell is painted for decoration protection, only a spray head is arranged on the outer surface of the shell, and the inner surface is not sprayed, so that when the plate is stamped, the protection of the inner surface of the plate needs to be considered, and therefore, the plate is lubricated and protected by lubricating oil; when the two lower dies 2 approach, the piston rod 23 is extruded, the piston rod 23 pumps lubricating oil pumped in the piston cylinder 24 into the cavity 29 of the push rod 22 through the oil outlet pipeline 27 and the hose, the lubricating oil is sprayed out from the oil outlet hole 30, and the lubricating oil is sprayed on the lower dies 2, the outer ring of the push rod 22 and the plate, so that a layer of oil film is formed on the surface of the push rod 22, the plate is isolated from the push rod 22, and the inner surface of the plate is protected; before the sheet material is punched, the whole large sheet material is generally cut by a laser through shearing, or cut by an electric saw, and after the laser cutting, a plurality of small particles cooled by melting are remained on the surface of the sheet material, when the electric saw cuts, some cutting chips remain on the plate, the push rod 22 rotates on the inner surface of the plate, and the small particles and the debris can block the oil outlet hole 30 to influence the spraying of the lubricating oil, for this reason, by arranging the plugging head 32 in the oil outlet hole 30, the plugging head 32 is made of soft rubber materials, so that when hard metal or plastic is selected, the blocking head 32 is blocked in the oil outlet 30, the oil pressure of the lubricating oil pushes the blocking head 32 out of the oil outlet 30, the lubricating oil flows out, when lubricating oil pressure does not exist, the plug is reset through the pressure spring 31, the oil outlet hole 30 is plugged again, small particles and debris are blocked outside the oil outlet hole 30, and the possibility that the oil outlet hole 30 is plugged is reduced; the plugging is reset through a pressure spring 31, a plugging head 32 is embedded into the oil outlet 30, meanwhile, a rubber ring 33 pushes away small particles and scraps around the oil outlet 30, then the small particles and the scraps are brought into the rotary groove 18 under the flowing of lubricating oil, the small particles and the scraps are prevented from being adhered to the push rod 22, the inner surface of the plate is subjected to friction damage, a sealing ring 34 is embedded into an annular groove 35, the sealing property between the plugging head 32 and the oil outlet 30 is improved, the sealing property after the plugging head 32 is plugged into the oil outlet 30 is improved, namely, when the plate is mutually extruded by the plugging head 32, the sealing property is improved, the lubricating oil is prevented from overflowing, so that more lubricating oil is sprayed out from the oil outlet 30 which is not plugged by the plugging head 32, the spraying range of the lubricating oil and the surface area on the plate are improved, and more surface areas on the plate are protected; the edge of the sealing ring 34 is embedded into the annular groove 35, meanwhile, the sealing ring 34 extrudes and recovers the fixing rod 37, the fixing rod 37 pulls the rubber sheet 38 to be embedded into the fixing groove 39, so that the sealing head 32, the sealing ring 34 and the fixing rod 37 form closed self-locking, the sealing head 32 is extruded towards the middle, the sealing head 32 is placed at the middle position of the oil outlet 30, and the sealing performance between the sealing head 32 and the oil outlet 30 is improved; in-process in the oil outlet 30 is embedded to the shutoff head 32, the attached extrusion of the outward flange of rubber circle 33 is at the surface of push rod 22, and rubber circle 33 drives feeler 40 to move simultaneously, and the tip of feeler 40 promotes the piece of push rod 22 surface adhesion, then takes away through the flow of lubricating oil, prevents that the piece adhesion from piling up on push rod 22 surface, causes wearing and tearing to panel internal surface.
