As shown in fig. 4, the dust collector 9 includes a fixing plate 90, the fixing plate 90 is welded on the side wall of the sliding plate 61, the surface of the fixing plate 90 is slidably connected with a movable slider 91, a transverse moving motor 92 is fixedly installed in an inner cavity of the movable slider 91, an output end of the transverse moving motor 92 is connected with a driving gear 93, trapezoidal teeth meshed with the driving gear 93 are arranged on the surface of the fixing plate 90, through holes are formed in the surface of the fixing plate 90, a third telescopic rod 94 is arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate 90, the top end of the third telescopic rod 94 is fixedly connected with the movable slider 91 through the through holes, a dust collector 95 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the third telescopic rod 94, the dust collector 95 can move back and forth on the fixing plate 90, then the height of the dust collector 95 can be adjusted through the third telescopic rod 94, a suction port of the dust collector 95 is placed below the segment body 2, and the surface of the dust collector 95 is cleaned.

A corrosion-resistant tunnel segment production process is executed by the device and comprises the following steps:

s1, pouring concrete into the segment mould 1 with the drainage ditch, and performing vibration molding to form a segment body 2 with the drainage ditch;

s2, after molding, folding the surface of the pipe sheet body 2, and erecting the fixed frame 4 on the pipe sheet mold 1 through a hoisting tool;

the crane lifts the whole fixing frame 4 through the supporting plate 44, then moves to the position above the segment mould 1, the first telescopic rod 5 is aligned to the installation groove 31, then the fixing frame 4 is gradually put down, the first telescopic rod 5 is inserted into the installation groove 31, then the first telescopic rod 5 slowly descends, and the fixing frame 4 is tightly attached to the side wall of the segment mould 1;

s3, the compression roller 7 is driven to descend through the matching of the screw rod 642 and the nut 643 until the compression roller 7 is tightly attached to the segment body 2, so that the compression roller 7 can conveniently perform surface folding operation on the segment body 2;

s4, selecting the polishing sheet 74 facing the drainage ditch, and extending the polishing sheet 74 into the drainage ditch by using the second telescopic rod 73, wherein the polishing sheet 74 can polish the drainage ditch and prevent the drainage ditch from deforming when being folded;

s5, the movable frame 6 moves back and forth along the fixed frame 4 under the drive of the traction line 8, the compression roller 7 levels the surface of the segment body 2, then the driving roller 72 is driven to rotate, the polishing disc 74 polishes a drainage ditch, after finishing, the surface of the segment body 2 can generate scraps, then the surface of the segment body 2 is cleaned by the dust collector 9, namely, the transverse moving motor 92 drives the driving gear 93 to rotate, so that the moving slide block 91 is driven to slide left and right on the fixed plate 90, the dust collector 95 can be driven to move within a specified range of 4, the height of the dust collector 95 can be adjusted by the third telescopic rod 94, the dust collector cleans the surface of the segment body 2, and after finishing, the fixed frame 4 is lifted by the crane;

and S6, steaming the segment body 2, and finally demoulding the segment body 2.
