1. Bending machine (1) for metal sheets, comprising a punch device (3), said punch device (3) comprising an upper tool-holding beam (4), said upper tool-holding beam (4) being provided with and supporting at least one set (60) of upper bending tools (61), said upper bending tools (61) being provided with respective supporting pins (65) and being alignable and reciprocally positionable on said upper tool-holding beam (4) along a bending direction (A), said upper tool-holding beam (4) being provided with guide slots (14), said guide slots (14) being open at the bottom through a first lower opening (14c) for receiving said at least one set (60) of upper bending tools (61) and comprising transverse supporting slots (24) adapted to receive and support said supporting pins (65) and to keep said at least one set (60) of upper bending tools (61) slidably coupled to said upper tool-holding beam (4) in an assembled configuration (W), thereby prevent the upper bending tool (61) from disengaging, characterized in that:

-said support slot (24) comprises a single second lower opening (24a) having a determined length (L) along said bending direction (a) to allow said supporting pin (65) to disengage/engage from/with said support slot (24) to simultaneously remove or insert all upper bending tools (61) of said set (60) of upper bending tools (61) from/onto said upper tool holding beam (4);

-the punch device (3) comprises a single closing element (13), the closing element (13) having the determined length (L) along the bending direction (a), the closing element being connected to the upper tool-holding beam (4) and being linearly movable between a closed position (C) and an open position (D), the closing element (13) closing the second lower opening (24a) of the support slot (24) in the closed position (C) to hold the support pin (65) engaged with and supported by the support slot, the closing element (13) being spaced apart from the second lower opening (24a) in the open position (D) and not closing the second lower opening (24a) to disengage the support pin (65).

2. Machine (1) according to claim 1, wherein said determined length (L) of said second lower opening (24a) and of said closing element (13) is longer than or substantially equal to the length of a bending tool (61) on said sleeve (60) along said bending direction (a).

3. Machine (1) according to claim 1 or 2, comprising first actuating means (23) for linearly moving said closing element (13) between said closed position (C) and said open position (D) along an opening direction (T), in particular substantially parallel to a support plane (M) of said machine (1).

Machine (1) according to claim 3, wherein said first actuation means comprise at least one first elastic duct (23), said first elastic duct (23), to which a pressurized fluid can be supplied, being interposed between said closing element (13) and an inner wall (4a) of said upper tool-holding crosspiece (4) and being arranged to expand when supplied with said pressurized fluid, so as to move said closing element (13) from said closed position (C) to said open position (D).

5. Machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said guide slots (14) extend over the entire length of said upper tool-holding crosspiece (4).

Machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said punch means (3) comprise locking means (40), said locking means (40) being associated with said upper tool-holding crosspiece (4) and being selectively activatable to lock said upper bending tool (61) to it, so as to prevent any movement of said upper bending tool, in particular along said bending direction (A), both transversely and longitudinally.

Machine according to claim 6, wherein said locking device (40) comprises a plurality of locking elements (41), said locking elements (41) being movable, housed in said upper tool-holding beam (4) and configured to engage and block in said guide grooves (24) said upper bending tools (61) of at least the upper bending tools of said set (60) in the locking configuration (G) to prevent any movement thereof.

Bending machine (1) according to claim 7, comprising second actuating means (25, 26) for linearly moving said locking elements (61) between said locking configuration (G) and a release configuration (H), wherein said locking elements (61) do not engage said upper bending tools (61), in particular they do not abut and engage locking grooves (66) of said upper bending tools (61).

Machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein each upper bending tool (61) of said at least one set (60) of upper bending tools (61) comprises a connecting end (61a), said connecting end (61a) being arranged to be inserted into said guide slot (14) and opposite an operating end (61b) adapted to interact with a workpiece, a respective supporting pin (65) being fixed to said connecting end (61a) and projecting laterally therefrom, in particular being arranged substantially parallel to a support plane (M) of said machine (1) and orthogonal to said bending direction (A).

Machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said set (60) of upper bending tools (61) comprises a predetermined number of upper bending tools (61) and is interchangeable with one of a plurality of different sets of upper bending tools, in particular said different sets of upper bending tools being housed in a tool magazine (10) of said machine (1).

Machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a plurality of sets (60) of upper bending tools (61), said upper bending tools (61) being slidably coupled to said upper tool-holding beam (4) in an operating configuration of said machine (1), said upper bending tools (61) of said plurality of sets (60) of upper bending tools (61) being reciprocally positionable along said bending direction (a) to form a determinate combination of bending tools suitable for respective machining of workpieces, in particular said sets (60) of upper bending tools (61) being interchangeable.

12. Machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a die device (5), said die device (5) being arranged to interact with said punch device (3) for machining a workpiece, in particular said machine (1) comprising a plurality of lower bending tools (51), said lower bending tools (51) being couplable to a lower tool-holding crosspiece (6) of said die device (5), aligned and positioned along said bending direction (a).

13. Machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising clamping means (21, 22), said clamping means (21, 22) being configured to simultaneously clasp all upper bending tools (61) of said at least one set (60) of upper bending tools (61) and insert/remove all upper bending tools (61) into/from said guide slot (14).

14. Machine (1) according to claim 13, wherein each upper bending tool (61) of said at least one set (60) of upper bending tools (61) comprises a respective gripping seat (62), and wherein said clamping means comprise a pair of clamping elements (21, 22), said clamping elements (21, 22) being movable and arranged to engage and lock the gripping seats (62) of all said upper bending tools (61) of said set (60) in a first clamping position (P1).

15. Bending machine (1) according to claim 13 or 14, comprising moving means (30), for supporting and moving said gripping means (21, 22) at least along a first operating direction (X), said first operating direction (X) being substantially orthogonal to said bending direction (A) and parallel to a support plane (M) of said bending machine (1), and along a second operating direction (R) substantially orthogonal to said first actuating direction (X) and to said bending direction (A), in particular, the second actuation direction (R) is parallel to a removal/insertion direction (V), along which, the bending tool (61) on the sleeve (60) is removed from/inserted into the guide groove (14) of the upper tool holding beam (4).
