Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of PVC gloves, in particular to a production device convenient for demoulding of PVC gloves.

Background

The PVC gloves are different from common gloves, are processed by latex, and are widely applied to industries such as industry, medical treatment, cosmetology and the like as hand protection articles. The production process of the PVC gloves can be briefly described as follows: the hand mold is cleaned by acid and alkali, washed by water, immersed in hot water for heating, dipped in glue, dried, added with a fiber inner sleeve, flushed with hot water, sent to an oven for vulcanization, dried for molding and demolded. The stripped gloves also need to be inflated to check the sealing performance, shaped at low temperature and the like, and the qualified gloves are washed, dehydrated, dried and then packaged into commodities for delivery. In the process, an important technological process is the demoulding of the gloves, and the gloves have good elasticity and long length, so that the gloves are not easy to demould after being sleeved on a hand mould, the manual demoulding mode is low in efficiency, the working environment is poor, and the cost is high. Some existing demoulding devices can replace manual demoulding as soon as possible, but the device is complex in structure, multiple in parts and large in occupied area, and a new PVC glove demoulding device needs to be further improved and optimized or researched.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the production device convenient for demoulding the PVC gloves, which not only can quickly remove the PVC gloves on the hand mould, but also has reasonable and compact structural design and small occupied area, and is very suitable for batch demoulding of the PVC gloves on a production line. In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is as follows.

A apparatus for producing convenient to PVC gloves drawing of patterns includes: first conveyer belt, hand mould and shedder, wherein: the first conveying belt is horizontally arranged, the hand die is vertically fixed on the first conveying belt, and the hand die horizontally moves under the conveying of the first conveying belt. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the PVC glove demoulding device takes the circular turntable as the main body part of the removing device, so that the turntable can selectively move opposite to the PVC glove hand mould, and the PVC gloves can be removed more quickly and efficiently. Meanwhile, the negative pressure sucker on the rotary table is matched with the control valve and the position sensor, so that the PVC gloves can be circularly adsorbed and removed, the PVC gloves can be demoulded in batches on a production line by using a simple and compact design, and the device is convenient to use, low in cost and high in efficiency.

the first conveying belt 1 is horizontally arranged, the hand mold 2 is vertically fixed on the first conveying belt 1, namely the hand mold 2 is vertically arranged downwards, and a hand to be demolded is provided with the PVC gloves which are formed in a drying mode on the hand mold 2. The lower hand mold 2 is conveyed by the first conveyor belt 1 to move horizontally with the PVC gloves.

The ejector 3 includes: carousel 4, negative pressure pipe 5, sucking disc 6, control valve 7, negative pressure device 8, drive arrangement 9, position sensor 10, carousel 4 is the circular dish of cavity form to form the carousel that has the negative pressure chamber, carousel 4 is vertical to be set up in the below of hand former 2.

The drive means 9 comprise a drive motor 14, a drive wheel 15 and a belt 16, wherein: a supporting tube 17 is fixed at the center of the other disc surface of the rotating disc 4, the end of the supporting tube 17 and the end of the motor shaft of the driving motor 14 are both fixed with one driving wheel 15, and the two driving wheels 15 are in transmission connection through a belt 16 so as to drive the rotating disc 4 to rotate. The connecting pipe 13 and the supporting pipe 17 are respectively connected in shaft holes on two supporting arms of the turntable supporting frame 18, so that the turntable 4 can rotate on the turntable supporting frame 18 under the driving of the driving device 9.

In another preferred embodiment, two position sensors 10 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the rotary plate 4, so as to prevent one position sensor 10 from being out of order or failure and still ensure the normal operation of the demolding device 3, and the PVC gloves adsorbed on the suction cups 6 can be smoothly separated from the suction cups 6 under the control of the position sensors 10.

Referring to fig. 3, in another preferred embodiment, a filter screen 19 is fixed in the suction port of the suction cup 6, so that the PVC gloves are only sucked at the suction port of the suction cup 6 under the limit of the filter screen 19, so as to prevent the removed PVC gloves from being sucked into the suction cup 6 too much, and avoid the problem that the removed PVC gloves are not easy to automatically separate from the suction cup 6 in the subsequent process because the PVC gloves are very soft and can be sucked into the suction cup 6.

Referring to fig. 4, in another preferred embodiment, a second conveyer belt 20 is arranged below the demolding device 3, the second conveyer belt 20 is horizontally arranged, and the second conveyer belt 20 is positioned right below the suction cups 6, so that the PVC gloves separated from the suction cups 6 fall on the second conveyer belt 20 to be transported away.

With continued reference to fig. 1, the principle of the production device for facilitating the demolding of PVC gloves of the present invention is: when the first conveying belt 1 carries the hand mold 2 to move from left to right, the turntable 4 rotates anticlockwise, namely the rotation direction of the turntable 4 is opposite to the movement direction of the hand mold 2, so that the PVC gloves can be removed more quickly and efficiently. Along with the rotation of the turntable 4, the sucker 6 on the negative pressure pipe 5 is attached to the PVC glove on the hand mold 2, the PVC glove is adsorbed on the sucker 6 under the action of negative pressure, along with the continuous anticlockwise rotation of the turntable 4, the hand mold 2 continues to move rightwards, the PVC glove is gradually removed from the hand mold 2 and continuously rotates downwards along with the sucker 6, and the actions are repeated when the sucker 6 on the other negative pressure pipe 5 rotates to the hand mold 2, so that the PVC glove on the hand mold 2 is continuously removed, and the online continuous operation is realized. When the sucker 6 adsorbing the PVC gloves rotates to the position sensor 10, the position sensor 10 sends an action signal to switch off the control valve 7, the negative pressure action of the sucker 6 is cut off, the PVC gloves on the sucker 6 fall off under the action of self gravity, and the sucker 6 continues to rotate along with the turntable 4 to perform next demoulding operation.

It can be seen that the PVC glove demoulding device takes the circular rotary disc as the main component of the removing device, so that the rotary disc can selectively move opposite to the PVC glove hand mould, and the PVC gloves can be removed more quickly and efficiently. Meanwhile, the PVC gloves can be circularly adsorbed and removed through the matching between the negative pressure sucker on the turntable, the control valve 7 and the position sensor 10, so that the PVC gloves on a production line can be subjected to batch demolding by utilizing a simple and compact design, and the device is convenient to use, low in cost and high in efficiency.
