Thus, by providing the backing ring 313, the mounting of the tool holder 34 is facilitated; by being provided with the working plate 311, the peeling assembly 31 is mounted on the working box 33 through the working plate 311; the nozzle 3121 is arranged, so that the profile passing through the tool apron 34 can be cleaned conveniently; by providing the air cylinder 314, the air cylinder 314 is connected to the intermediate part 312, whereby the intermediate part 312 obtains a damping force, which presses the entire peeling assembly 31 when the profile passes through the blade holder 34 and contacts the blade holder 34 at the edge, and which counteracts the pressure, so that the intermediate part 312 can be damped by the action of the air cylinder 314.

The working principle is as follows:

the section bar is firstly arranged on the clamping element 232, and the sliding block 2323 is driven to slide on the cushion plate 2321 by controlling the rotation of the third rotating shaft 2325, so that the section bar is clamped under the action of the fixed block 2322 and the sliding block 2323; then, the rotation of the second rotating shaft 222 is controlled by controlling the rotation of the second handle 21, so that the sliding frame 231 and the clamping member 232 positioned on the sliding frame 231 can move transversely relative to the tool apron 34, and further, the profile clamped on the clamping member 232 can be aligned to the tool apron 34, thereby facilitating the subsequent peeling operation and enhancing the peeling effect; then, by controlling the rotation of the first handle 11, the first handle 11 drives the first rotating shaft 13 to rotate, so as to drive the working frame 22 screwed on the first rotating shaft 13 to move, and thus, after the section bar is aligned with the cutter holder 34, the section bar can move back and forth through the cutter holder 34, and the peeling operation of the section bar is realized.
