6. A method for preparing a composite microbial feed additive according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

1) adding ferrous sulfate, zinc chloride and selenium-enriched yeast into the mixed compound microbial liquid, and continuously keeping the temperature constant to obtain a mixed liquid;

2) dissolving taurine and L-lysine in water, adding ganoderan powder and wheat bran powder, stirring, and oven drying until water content is less than 5%;

3) taking the raw materials of the Chinese herbal medicine mixture according to the formula ratio, respectively grinding and sieving, adding the obtained powder and the mixture obtained in the step 2) into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), continuously fermenting for 2 days at the constant temperature of 37 ℃, centrifugally drying the product, and mixing with the compound vitamin to obtain the compound microorganism feed additive.

7. The method for preparing the compound microbial feed additive according to claim 6, wherein the compound microbial feed additive is applied to pig feed, and the addition amount of the compound microbial feed additive is 2-3.5kg per 100kg of the pig feed.

Background

Various microorganisms are closely arranged on the intestinal wall of healthy animals, and more than 90 percent of the microorganisms are beneficial bacteria. Just because of the close arrangement of the beneficial bacteria, a protective layer with a barrier effect is formed on the intestinal wall, and the health of the intestinal tract of the animal is guaranteed. However, due to the influence of various external factors, such as weather changes, use of various foods and medicines, the microbial balance state of the intestinal tract of animals can be destroyed, the beneficial bacteria barrier can also generate leaks, pathogenic bacteria have the opportunity to preempt the leaks to propagate in large quantities, toxins are generated, the intestinal tract of the animals is inflamed and ulcerated, and the growth and production performance of the animals are reduced, and even the animals are attacked or killed. On the other hand, beneficial microorganisms in the intestinal tract can help to digest and absorb food, and the food is decomposed into easily absorbed nutritional ingredients through the life activities of the intestinal microorganisms. Therefore, if the state of microbial balance in the intestinal tract is disrupted, the digestive and absorptive abilities of the animal are also problematic, so that it is necessary to maintain the microbial balance in the intestinal tract of the animal in order to maintain the health of the animal. A large number of research practices surface: the artificial supplementation of microorganisms beneficial to animals is an effective method for maintaining intestinal balance in animals.

The microbial feed is produced and modulated by utilizing metabolism and propagation of microorganisms, and comprises single cell protein feed, thallus feed, fermented feed, microbial straw fermented feed, microbial additives (antibiotic additives, fungus additives and enzyme preparations) and the like. Microbial additives (MFA) are a new class of feed additives discovered in recent years. Further, the composite microbial liquid is prepared from bacillus coagulans liquid, bifidobacterium thermophilum liquid, lactobacillus fermentum liquid and distilled water according to the volume ratio (0.4-0.5): (0.1-0.2): (0.1-0.3): 100 (parts by weight); glucose with the mass of 0.6-0.8% of the distilled water is added before the distilled water and the bacterial liquid are mixed, and the mixture is kept at 37 ℃.

The bacillus coagulans is facultative anaerobe, can grow in aerobic and anaerobic environments, can adapt to hypoxic intestinal environments, has high tolerance to acid and bile, can be subjected to lactic acid fermentation, and can generate L-lactic acid which can reduce the pH value of intestinal tracts, inhibit harmful bacteria and promote the growth and reproduction of beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacterium and the like. The bifidobacterium thermophilum has excellent acid resistance and bile resistance, excellent intestinal adhesion capability, can generate L-lactic acid in sugar metabolism, can inhibit pathogenic bacteria and can enhance barrier function.

The bacillus coagulans, the bifidobacterium thermophilum and the lactobacillus fermentum are adopted, so that beneficial bacteria can be supplemented for pigs, harmful bacteria can be inhibited, the microbial equilibrium state in intestinal tracts of the pigs can be maintained, the palatability of the feed is improved, the pigs are helped to digest and absorb nutrient components, and the feed conversion rate is improved.

Further, the Chinese herbal medicine mixture is prepared from day lily, kalimeris indica, shepherd's purse, artemisia capillaris, buckwheat and andrographis paniculata according to the mass ratio (2-3): (3-5): (0.5-1): 1: (1-2): 1.

The ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is glucan which is composed of three strands of monosaccharide chains and has a spiral three-dimensional configuration, the three-dimensional configuration of the glucan is similar to deoxyribonucleic acid and ribonucleic acid, the glucan is a macromolecular compound, the molecular weight of the glucan is thousands to hundreds of thousands, the glucan can improve the immunity of an organism, accelerate blood microcirculation, improve the oxygen supply capability of blood, reduce the ineffective oxygen consumption of the organism in a static state, eliminate free radicals in the organism, improve the sealing degree of cell membranes of the organism, resist radiation and improve the capability of synthesizing DNA, RNA and protein of liver, bone marrow and blood. After being combined with the Chinese herbal medicine fermented by the microorganisms, the Chinese herbal medicine can be absorbed by pigs more easily to improve the immunity of the pigs and maintain the balance state of the intestinal microorganisms.

Further, the compound vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, vitamin E, and vitamin K1.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the compound microorganism feed additive, which comprises the following steps:

1) adding ferrous sulfate, zinc chloride and selenium-enriched yeast into the mixed compound microbial liquid, and continuously keeping the temperature constant to obtain a mixed liquid;

2) dissolving taurine and L-lysine in water, adding ganoderan powder and wheat bran powder, stirring, and oven drying until water content is less than 5%;

3) taking the raw materials of the Chinese herbal medicine mixture according to the formula ratio, respectively grinding and sieving, adding the obtained powder and the mixture obtained in the step 2) into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), continuously fermenting for 2 days at the constant temperature of 37 ℃, centrifugally drying the product, and mixing with the compound vitamin to obtain the compound microorganism feed additive.

Further, the compound microorganism feed additive is applied to pig feed, and the addition amount of the compound microorganism feed additive is 2-3.5kg per 100kg of pig feed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the composite microbial feed additive prepared by the invention is green and safe, does not contain any antibiotic, can be effectively absorbed by pigs, cannot be discharged with excrement to pollute the environment, and has no harmful residue. The compound microbial feed additive has remarkable effect, can well maintain the microbial balance state of the intestinal tract of the pig, maintain the close arrangement of beneficial bacteria, effectively inhibit pathogenic bacteria and ensure the health of the intestinal tract of animals; in addition, the feed can help the pigs to digest and absorb food, improve the feed conversion rate and promote the growth of the pigs.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. Example 2

The bacillus coagulans liquid (concentration 4.9X 10)9cfu/g), Bifidobacterium thermophilum liquid (concentration 2.6X 10)9cfu/g), Lactobacillus fermentum solution (concentration 4.0 × 10)8cfu/g), distilled water (glucose with 0.8% of its mass added beforehand maintained at 37 ℃) in a volume ratio of 0.5: 0.1: 0.3: 100 to obtain the compound microorganism bacterial liquid.

Example 3

A composite microbial feed additive:

1. taking the following components in parts by weight: 150 parts of compound microbial liquid prepared in embodiment 1 of the invention, 52 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine mixture (consisting of day lily, kalimeris indica, shepherd's purse, artemisia capillaris, buckwheat and andrographis paniculata according to a mass ratio of 2: 4: 0.8: 1: 1.5: 1), 1.1 parts of ganoderan, 0.5 part of ferrous sulfate, 0.4 part of zinc chloride, 0.6 part of selenium-enriched yeast, 7 parts of compound vitamin, 12 parts of taurine, 10 parts of L-lysine and 100 parts of wheat bran powder for later use.

2. Adding ferrous sulfate, zinc chloride and selenium-enriched yeast into the composite microbial liquid, and continuously keeping the temperature at 37 ℃ to obtain a mixed liquid;

3. dissolving taurine and L-lysine in water, adding ganoderan powder and wheat bran powder, stirring, and oven drying until water content is less than 5%;

4. taking the raw materials of the Chinese herbal medicine mixture according to the formula ratio, respectively grinding and sieving, adding the obtained powder and the mixture obtained in the step 3 into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2, continuously fermenting for 2 days at the constant temperature of 37 ℃, centrifugally drying the product, and mixing the product with the compound vitamin to obtain the compound microorganism feed additive.

Example 4

A composite microbial feed additive:

1. taking the following components in parts by weight: 150 parts of compound microbial liquid prepared in embodiment 2 of the invention, 45 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine mixture (consisting of day lily, kalimeris indica, shepherd's purse, artemisia capillaris, buckwheat and andrographis paniculata according to a mass ratio of 2: 4: 0.8: 1: 1.5: 1), 1.1 parts of ganoderan, 0.5 part of ferrous sulfate, 0.4 part of zinc chloride, 0.5 part of selenium-enriched yeast, 7 parts of compound vitamin, 13 parts of taurine, 9 parts of L-lysine and 100 parts of wheat bran powder for later use.

2. Adding ferrous sulfate, zinc chloride and selenium-enriched yeast into the composite microbial liquid, and continuously keeping the temperature at 37 ℃ to obtain a mixed liquid;

3. dissolving taurine and L-lysine in water, adding ganoderan powder and wheat bran powder, stirring, and oven drying until water content is less than 5%;

4. taking the raw materials of the Chinese herbal medicine mixture according to the formula ratio, respectively grinding and sieving, adding the obtained powder and the mixture obtained in the step 3 into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2, continuously fermenting for 2 days at the constant temperature of 37 ℃, centrifugally drying the product, and mixing the product with the compound vitamin to obtain the compound microorganism feed additive.

Comparative example

The process parameters were the same as in example 3 except that no ganoderan was added.

The feed additives prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were applied to pig feeds.

Subject: during the initial stage of pregnancy, the multiparous sows are pregnant from three weeks to four weeks. The experimental conditions are as follows: feeding the feed twice at 7 am and 3 pm every day, wherein 3.5kg of the feed is fed to each pig, 2.6kg of the feed additive is added to each 100kg of pig feed to be mixed, and the pig is continuously fed for three weeks under the same environment, so that the health condition of the pig is measured, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the incidence of the pigs fed with the pig feed added with the compound microbial feed additive prepared by the invention is obviously reduced, and the compound microbial feed additive provided by the invention is proved to be capable of effectively maintaining the microbial balance state of animal intestinal tracts and inhibiting part of pathogenic bacteria, thereby reducing the incidence of the pigs.

In order to avoid the influence of diseases on feed intake, diseased pigs were removed, and the backfat thickness before and after feeding of normal pigs in table 1 was measured, and the results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the thickness of the back fat of the pigs fed with the pig feed added with the compound microbial feed additive prepared by the invention is obviously increased, and the compound microbial feed additive provided by the invention is proved to be capable of helping digestion and absorption of food, improving the feed conversion rate and promoting the growth of animals.
