Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a windshield cleaning method, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to a vehicle, the method comprising:

s102: and acquiring the trigger time of the washing switch after the ON gear of the vehicle ignition switch is switched ON.

Specifically, the ignition switch is a main gate for controlling a whole vehicle circuit system, when an ON gear of the ignition switch is switched ON, the signal system is switched ON, the signal circuit is in a ready-to-work state at any time, and at the moment, the vehicle body controller can receive a washing switch signal and determine the triggering time of the washing switch when the washing switch is triggered. The vehicle body controller is an electronic control unit for controlling a vehicle body electrical system, and is used for receiving signals input by a sensor or other devices, outputting an execution command based on the received signals, and realizing control of a corresponding execution device of a vehicle body.

S104: and if the trigger time meets a preset first condition, controlling the windscreen wiper to execute a preset working strategy.

Specifically, the windscreen wiper is driven by a windscreen wiper motor, the windscreen wiper motor can be controlled by a vehicle body controller, when a washing switch is triggered, the vehicle body controller determines the triggering time of the washing switch, when the triggering time of the washing switch meets a preset first condition, the vehicle body controller controls the windscreen wiper motor to enter a preset working mode, and then the windscreen wiper is controlled by the windscreen wiper motor to execute a preset working strategy.

S106: and if the trigger time meets a preset second condition, controlling the washer to execute a preset washing strategy.

Specifically, the washer is driven by the washing motor, when the washing switch is triggered, the vehicle body controller determines the triggering time of the washing switch, and when the triggering time of the washing switch meets a preset second condition, the vehicle body controller controls the washing motor to enter a preset working mode, so that the washing motor controls the washer to execute a preset washing strategy.

According to the windshield cleaning method, the windshield cleaning device, the computer equipment and the storage medium, the trigger time of the washing switch is obtained, and the wiper or the washer is determined and controlled to work according to the trigger time, so that the washing switch is used as a multiplex switch of the washer and the wiper, when the running mode of the wiper needs to be increased, the existing wiper switch and the existing vehicle body controller do not need to be redesigned, and therefore the improvement cost is reduced.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, if the first condition is satisfied, controlling the wiper blade to execute a preset operation policy includes:

s1041: and if the triggering time is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value, controlling the wiper to scrape for a first preset number of times.

Specifically, the trigger time of the washing switch is the time when the vehicle body controller is connected with a pin of the washing switch, and a driver presses the washing switch to connect the pin of the washing switch with the vehicle body controller, so that the trigger time of the washing switch is the time when the driver presses the washing switch, and when the time when the driver presses the washing switch is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value, the wiper is wiped by the wiper for a first preset number of times, so that the wiper is controlled through the washing switch.

In application, the first preset number and the first threshold can be adjusted through a vehicle-mounted human-computer interaction interface, illustratively, a driver adjusts the first preset number to one through the human-computer interaction interface, and the first threshold is adjusted to 300ms, so that when the trigger time of the washing switch is greater than or equal to 300ms, namely when the time of pressing the washing switch by the driver is greater than or equal to 300ms, the wiper is wiped once. The first preset times and the first threshold value are adjusted through the human-computer interaction interface, so that a driver can control the wiper of the windscreen wiper more flexibly and more conveniently.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, if the trigger time satisfies a second condition, the controlling the scrubber to execute a preset scrubbing strategy includes:

s1061: and if the triggering time is less than a preset second threshold value, controlling the washer to wash the windshield, wherein the second threshold value is less than or equal to the first threshold value.

Specifically, when the trigger time of the washing switch is less than the second threshold, the vehicle body controller controls the washing motor to work, and the washing motor drives the washer to spray washing liquid, wherein the mode of spraying the washing liquid by the washer may be the existing mode or a preset other mode, and herein, the mode of spraying the washing liquid by the washer is not specifically limited. The second threshold value is limited to be smaller than or equal to the first threshold value, so that the washer is controlled when the driver presses the washing switch for a short time, and the windscreen wiper is controlled when the driver presses the washing switch for a long time, and the washing switch is used as a multiplex switch of the washer and the windscreen wiper.

In application, when the second threshold is equal to the first threshold, the washing of the windshield by the washer includes: and controlling the washer to spray washing liquid and controlling the wiper of the windscreen wiper to scrape for a second preset time. I.e. the cleaning of the windscreen is achieved by the cooperation of a washer and a wiper.

In one embodiment, the windshield cleaning method further comprises: and when the washing switch is triggered, acquiring the trigger time of the washing switch in real time, and displaying the trigger time on a human-computer interaction interface in real time.

Specifically, since the control of the pressing time by the driver is not so accurate, there may occur a case where the pressing time expected by the driver greatly deviates from the pressing time at the time of actual operation. For example, when the trigger time of the washing switch is more than or equal to 300ms, the wiper is controlled to wipe once; the time for pressing the washing switch is expected to be more than or equal to 300ms by the driver to control the wiper blade to brush once, but when the driver performs practical operation, the time for pressing the washing switch by the driver may be less than 300ms, and the expected effect of the driver cannot be achieved. Therefore, the trigger time is displayed on the man-machine interaction interface in real time, so that the driver can accurately control the pressing time, and further accurately control the corresponding execution device.

In one embodiment, the windshield cleaning method further comprises: when the trigger time of the washing switch meets a first condition, the time font displayed on the human-computer interaction interface is a first color; and when the trigger time of the washing switch meets a second condition, the time font displayed on the man-machine interaction interface is in a second color.

Specifically, the color of the control time font is displayed in the above mode, the time font is correspondingly controlled by the windscreen wiper in the first color, and the time font is correspondingly controlled by the washer in the second color, so that the driver can determine the corresponding execution device of the current trigger time only by the color, and the driver can conveniently control the corresponding execution device.

Further, when the trigger time of the washing switch is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, the time font displayed on the human-computer interaction interface is in a first color; and when the trigger time of the washing switch is smaller than a second threshold value, the time font displayed on the human-computer interaction interface is in a second color.

Specifically, when the trigger time of the washing switch is greater than or equal to a first threshold, no matter what the trigger time is, the vehicle body controller controls the wiper to execute a preset working strategy; and when the trigger time of the washing switch is less than the second threshold, the vehicle body controller controls the washer to execute a preset washing strategy no matter what the trigger time is. Therefore, it is actually necessary for the driver to determine whether the trigger time of the current wash switch corresponds to controlling the wiper or the washer. By limiting the color of the time font, the convenience of the driver in controlling the corresponding execution device is improved.

Illustratively, the first color is yellow and the second color is green. When a driver presses the washing switch and stops pressing the washing switch when the time font is yellow, controlling the windscreen wiper to execute a preset working strategy; and when the driver presses the washing switch and stops pressing the washing switch when the time font is green, controlling the washer to wash the windshield.

In one embodiment, the second threshold is less than the first threshold; the windshield cleaning method further comprises the following steps:

s108: and if the trigger time of the washing switch is greater than the second threshold value and less than the first threshold value, controlling the washer to spray the washing liquid, and controlling the wiper of the windscreen wiper to scrape for a second preset time after the washer finishes spraying the washing liquid.

In application, when dirt exists on a windshield, the dirt is usually washed away by a washer matched with a windscreen wiper, namely the washer is controlled to spray washing liquid, and then the dirt is scraped and washed by the windscreen wiper. If the windscreen wiper is controlled by the windscreen wiper switch and the washer is controlled by the washer switch, the washer switch and the windscreen wiper switch need to be started in sequence, and the operation is complex. In the embodiment, when the trigger time of the washing switch is limited to be larger than the second threshold value and smaller than the first threshold value, the washer is controlled to spray the washing liquid at a constant speed for a preset time, and then the wiper is controlled to wipe for a second preset number of times when the washer sprays the washing liquid, so that a driver can clean dirt on the windshield by matching the washer with the wiper only by pressing the washing switch for a corresponding time, and the washer switch and the wiper switch do not need to be started successively.

In one embodiment, when the trigger time of the wash switch is greater than the second threshold and less than the first threshold, the time font displayed on the human-computer interaction interface is a third color.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, if the first condition is satisfied, the controlling the wiper blade to execute the preset operation policy includes:

s1042: and if the triggering time is less than a first threshold value, controlling the wiper to scrape for a first preset time.

Specifically, when the trigger time of the washing switch is limited to be smaller than a first threshold value, the wiper of the windscreen wiper is controlled for a first preset number of times, and the windscreen wiper is controlled to work by pressing the washing switch for a short time.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, if the trigger time satisfies a second condition, the controlling the scrubber to execute a predetermined scrubbing strategy includes:

s1062: and if the triggering time is greater than or equal to a second threshold value, controlling the washer to wash the windshield, wherein the second threshold value is greater than or equal to the first threshold value.

Specifically, since the second threshold is greater than or equal to the first threshold, the long-press washing switch controls the washer to operate, so as to control the washer to wash the windshield.

In another embodiment, the second threshold is greater than the first threshold; the windshield cleaning method further comprises the following steps:

s110: and if the triggering time is longer than the first threshold and shorter than the second threshold, controlling the washer to spray the cleaning solution, and controlling the wiper to wipe for a second preset time after the washer finishes spraying the cleaning solution.

In one embodiment, the windshield cleaning method further comprises:

s112: and if a change instruction input from the outside is received, changing the first threshold value and/or the second threshold value according to the input instruction.

Specifically, the driver can input a change instruction through an in-vehicle human-computer interaction interface or an external device in communication connection with the vehicle body controller so as to change the first threshold value and/or the second threshold value. Exemplarily, when the limited trigger time is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold, controlling the wiper blade to wipe for a first preset number of times; and controlling the washer to wash the windshield when the triggering time is less than a preset second threshold value. The second threshold is less than or equal to the first threshold and cannot be adjusted to be greater than the first threshold. If the first threshold value is 500ms default and the second threshold value is 300ms default, the first threshold value can be changed into 500ms by inputting a corresponding instruction on a human-computer interaction interface, so that when the trigger time is less than 500ms, a washer is controlled to execute a preset washing strategy or a windscreen wiper is controlled to execute a preset working strategy; and when the triggering time is more than or equal to 500ms, controlling the wiper to execute a preset working strategy or controlling the washer to execute a preset washing strategy.

In one embodiment, there is provided a windshield cleaning method, based on the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method comprising:

s402: acquiring the trigger time of a washing switch after the ON gear of a vehicle ignition switch is switched ON;

s404: if the triggering time is less than a first threshold value, controlling the wiper to wipe for a first preset number of times;

s406: if the triggering time is greater than or equal to a second threshold value, controlling the washer to wash the windshield, wherein the second threshold value is greater than the first threshold value;

s408: if the trigger time is longer than the first threshold value and shorter than the second threshold value, controlling the washer to spray the cleaning solution, and controlling the wiper to wipe for a second preset number of times when the washer finishes spraying the cleaning solution;

s410: and if a change instruction input from the outside is received, changing the first threshold value and/or the second threshold value according to the change instruction.

In one embodiment, taking the windshield cleaning method applied to a vehicle as an example, the windshield cleaning device performing the windshield cleaning method is shown in fig. 5, and comprises a storage battery 501, an ignition switch 502, a washing switch 503, a vehicle body controller 504, a wiper low-speed relay 605, a wiper motor 606 and a washing motor 607, wherein the vehicle body controller 504 comprises a power module 5041, a switch acquisition module 5042, a central processing unit 5043 and a load driving module 5044, the storage battery 501 supplies power to the power module, the switch acquisition module is used for acquiring a switching signal of the ignition switch 502 and a switching signal of the washing switch 503, the central processing unit 5043 is used for processing the switching signal acquired by the switch acquisition module 5042 and outputting a corresponding control instruction to the load driving module 5044, the load driving module 5044 drives the wiper low-speed relay 605 and/or the washing motor 607 to work according to the control instruction, thereby driving the wiper motor 606 and/or the washing motor 607 to operate.
