Further, the depth of four groups of wave troughs of the working guide rail 13 is equal to the length of the rotary orifice plate 11, the length of the rotary orifice plate 11 is equal to the distance between the clamping mechanism 16 and the working box 2, two groups of clamping mechanisms 16 are arranged, and the position relationship of the two groups of clamping mechanisms 16 is symmetrical about the central axis of the connecting rod 14.

Further, four sets of the limit grooves 404 and the four sets of the working sliding grooves 407 are provided, the four sets of the limit grooves 404 and the four sets of the working sliding grooves 407 are distributed circumferentially at equal angles with respect to the central axis of the rotating main shaft 5, the rotating ball 403 forms an intermittent rotation structure with the intermittent mechanism 4 through the intermittent guide post 406 and the working sliding grooves 407, and the intermittent rotation angle of the rotating ball 403 is 90 degrees.

Further, the clamping mechanism 16 comprises a lifting rod 1601, a lifting plate 1602, a compression spring 1603, a connecting guide post 1604, a contraction rod 1605, a contraction slider 1606, a contraction guide rod 1607, a clamping rod 1608, an isolation rod 1609 and a movable sliding chute 1610, the lifting rod 1601 is fixedly connected to the connecting part of the clamping mechanism 16 and the connecting plate 15, the lifting plate 1602 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the lifting rod 1601 in the clamping mechanism 16, the compression spring 1603 fixedly connected to the inner wall of the clamping mechanism 16 is fixedly connected to the top end edge of the lifting plate 1602, the connecting guide post 1604 slidably connected to the inner wall of the clamping mechanism 16 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the lifting plate 1602, the contraction rod 1605 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the connecting guide post 1604, the contraction slider 1606 is rotatably connected to the middle of the contraction rod 1605, the contraction guide rod 1607 fixedly connected to the inner wall of the clamping mechanism 16 penetrates through the contraction slider 1606, the bottom end of the contraction slider 1606 extends to the outer wall of the clamping mechanism 16, the clamping rod 1608 slidably connected to the outer wall of the clamping mechanism 16, the outer wall of the clamping rod 1608 is slidably connected with an isolating rod 1609 fixedly connected with the outer wall of the clamping mechanism 16, and a movable sliding groove 1610 is arranged at the connecting part of the isolating rod 1609 and the clamping rod 1608.

Further, the lifting plate 1602 forms a lifting structure with the clamping mechanism 16 through the compression spring 1603, the lifting height of the lifting plate 1602 is equal to a half of the length of the contraction rod 1605, six groups of contraction rods 1605 are arranged, and the six groups of contraction rods 1605 are connected end to end in a screwing mode.

Further, the retraction slider 1606 forms a sliding structure through the retraction rod 1605 and the retraction guide rod 1607, and the sliding length of the retraction slider 1606 is equal to the length of the retraction rod 1605.

The embodiment also provides a use scheme of the high-speed rail touching tunnel suspension post galvanizing device, and the device comprises the following steps:

s1, firstly, pre-clamping the transferred workpiece, placing the transferred workpiece in the clamping mechanism 16 by an operator in a feeding box of the working box 2, and pre-clamping the transferred workpiece through a partition frame consisting of a clamping rod 1608 and an isolating rod 1609;

s2, then, station switching operation is carried out, in the intermittent mechanism 4, the working motor 401 works to drive the limiting rotary drum 402 to rotate in the limiting groove 404 of the rotary ball 403, so that the limiting rotary drum 402 rotates to drive the intermittent guide post 406 to rotate through the connecting bent rod 405, and the intermittent guide post 406 rotates in the working sliding groove 407 to drive the rotary ball 403 to rotate, thereby being beneficial to the intermittent rotation of the rotary main shaft 5 and realizing the station switching operation;

s3, then, the intermittent rotation of the rotating main shaft 5 drives the limiting post 8 to rotate through the rotating disc 7, the limiting post 8 rotates to drive the telescopic orifice plate 9 to rotate through the telescopic chute 10, the telescopic orifice plate 9 rotates to drive the moving slide block 12 to slide along the working guide rail 13 on the inner wall of the working frame 6 through the rotating orifice plate 11, and the moving slide block 12 moves to drive the connecting rod 14 to perform lifting and rotating operations through four groups of wave troughs arranged on the working guide rail 13;

s4, then, the connecting rod 14 moves to drive the lifting rod 1601 in the clamping mechanism 16 to move through the connecting plate 15, the lifting rod 1601 moves to drive the connecting guide post 1604 to slide along the inner wall of the clamping mechanism 16 through the lifting plate 1602, the connecting guide post 1604 moves to drive the contraction slide block 1606 to slide along the contraction guide rod 1607 through the contraction rod 1605 through the self weight of the guided work piece, the contraction slide block 1606 drives the clamping rod 1608 to move, and the guided work piece is clamped by the movable sliding chute 1610 of the clamping rod 1608 in the isolating rod 1609;

and S5, finally, the moved sliding block 12 slides along the working guide rail 13 on the inner wall of the working frame 6 to drive the transferred workpiece to sequentially pass through the galvanizing box, the pickling box and the blanking box of the working box 2, so that the automatic galvanizing operation of the transferred workpiece is realized.
