Example 1

A device for coating and stripping insulating paint after a breaker blade is soaked in insulating paint comprises a bottom plate assembly 1, a paint soaking unit 2, a throttling unit 3, a stripping unit 4, a control screen 5, a support 6, support legs 7, a support plate 8, a paint box 9, a handle 10 and a silvering machine 11, wherein the bottom plate assembly is provided with a first support plate and a second support plate; the bottom plate assembly 1 is connected with the paint dipping unit 2; the bottom plate component 1 is connected with the throttling unit 3; the bottom plate component 1 is connected with the stripping unit 4; the bottom plate component 1 is connected with the support 6; the bottom plate component 1 is connected with six groups of supporting legs 7; the bottom plate component 1 is connected with the supporting plate 8; the bottom plate component 1 is connected with a paint box 9; the soleplate assembly 1 is connected with a silvering machine 11; the paint dipping unit 2 is connected with the throttling unit 3; the paint dipping unit 2 is connected with the supporting plate 8; the control screen 5 is connected with the support 6; the paint box 9 is connected with a handle 10.

The working principle is as follows: when in use, the breaker blade is soaked in insulating paint, then is coated with a film and is placed at a position to be used by a paint stripping device, so that the six groups of support legs 7 are kept horizontal, meanwhile, the insulating paint is poured into a paint box 9 fixed on a handle 10, and then is externally connected with a power supply and is controlled to start through a control screen 5 fixed on a support 6; firstly, a certain amount of brake blades penetrate into a rubber rod 219 by workers, then the rubber rod 219 is placed on a paint dipping unit 2 fixed on a bottom plate component 1, then the brake blades are placed into a paint box 9 to be dipped with insulating paint by the operation of the paint dipping unit 2 fixed on a supporting plate 8, then the brake blades are taken out, then the insulation paint is very easily mixed in the soaked brake blades, next, the brake blades are separated by the operation of the paint dipping unit 2 and a throttling unit 3, then the excess insulating paint on the brake blades is removed by the throttling unit 3 and falls into the paint box 9, then the brake blades are conveyed into a silvering machine 11 by a stripping unit 4, the brake blades are silvered by the silvering machine 11, then the silver-plated brake blades are conveyed to a designated position by the stripping unit 4, and then the insulating paint of the non-silvered parts in the brake blades is stripped, finally, the blade is collected by workers, a certain number of blades are soaked in insulating paint, then the blades are taken out, then the blades are separated, then redundant insulating paint on the blades is removed, then the blades are conveyed to a silvering machine 11 for silvering, and then the insulating paint on the non-silvered parts of the blades is stripped after silvering is finished, so that a large amount of insulating paint is prevented from being wasted, and the product quality is improved.

Firstly, a certain amount of guillotine blades penetrate into a rubber rod 219 by a worker, then the rubber rod 219 is placed and fixed between a first connecting rod 218 and a second connecting rod 220, then the guillotine blades are placed into a paint box 9 to be soaked in insulating paint, a second motor 217 is started to drive the first connecting rod 218 to rotate through a rotating shaft, the first connecting rod 218 rotates to drive the rubber rod 219 and the second connecting rod 220 to rotate simultaneously, then the guillotine blades rotate into the paint box 9 to be soaked in the insulating paint, then the second motor 217 is started to drive the first connecting rod 218 to rotate reversely through the rotating shaft, then corresponding parts are driven to reset to take out the guillotine blades, then, the insulating paint is easily mixed in the soaked guillotine blades, then, the first sliding plate 214 and the second sliding plate 215 are moved to be matched with the throttling unit 3 to operate to separate the single guillotine blades, the first motor 201 is started to drive a first transmission wheel 203 to rotate through a first transmission shaft 202, the first driving wheel 203 rotates to drive the second driving wheel 204 to rotate through a belt, the second driving wheel 204 rotates to drive the throttling unit 3 to operate, meanwhile, the first driving shaft 202 rotates to drive the third driving wheel 205 to rotate, the third driving wheel 205 rotates to drive the fourth driving wheel 206 to rotate through a belt, the fourth driving wheel 206 rotates to drive the first telescopic rod 207 to rotate, the first telescopic rod 207 rotates to drive the first bevel gear 208 to rotate, the first bevel gear 208 rotates to drive the throttling unit 3 to operate, meanwhile, the first telescopic rod 207 rotates to drive the first straight gear 211 to rotate, then, the first electric push rod 210 starts to control the first telescopic rod 207 to extend and retract through the first fixing plate 209, further, the meshing of the first straight gear 211 and the tooth holes arranged in the second driving shaft 212 is controlled, when the first straight gear 211 meshes with the tooth holes arranged in the second driving shaft 212, the first straight gear 211 rotates to drive the second driving shaft 212 to rotate, the second transmission shaft 212 rotates to drive the first screw rod 213 to rotate, the first screw rod 213 rotates to drive the first sliding plate 214 and the second sliding plate 215 to move along the supporting frame 216, so that the first sliding plate 214 moves to drive the first connecting rod 218 to move through the rotating shaft, meanwhile, the second sliding plate 215 moves to drive the second connecting rod 220 to move through the rotating shaft, so that the rubber rod 219 is extruded to be bent, then the single gate blade block is separated through the throttling unit 3, after the excess insulating varnish is removed by the throttling unit 3, the gate blade on the rubber rod 219 is taken out from between the first connecting rod 218 and the second connecting rod 220 through the operation of the stripping unit 4 and is transmitted to the silvering machine 11, at this time, the first motor 201 is started to drive the first transmission shaft 202 to rotate reversely, so that the corresponding component moves to reset, then, the first transmission shaft 202 rotates reversely again, so that the rubber rod 219 is separated from the first connecting rod 218 and the second connecting rod 220, the blade is moved to the stripping unit 4 and then taken out, the paint dipping unit 2 achieves that a certain number of blades are placed in the paint box 9 to be dipped with insulating paint, then the blades are taken out, then the insulating paint is very easily mixed in the soaked blades, then the blades are separated by matching with the operation of the throttling unit 3, after the throttling unit 3 removes the redundant insulating paint, the blades are taken out by the operation of the stripping unit 4, and the throttling unit 3 is driven to operate.

Then, the rubber rod 219 is extruded by the operation of the paint dipping unit 2 to be bent, then, a certain number of separating hooks 316 are used to separate the gate blade blocks, at this time, a certain number of gate blades are positioned between the separating hooks 316 and are distributed in a staggered manner with a certain number of separating hooks 316, then, the first bevel gear 208 rotates to drive the second bevel gear 301 to rotate, the second bevel gear 301 rotates to drive the third bevel gear 303 to rotate through the third transmission shaft 302, then, the second electric push rod 307 starts to control the second telescopic rod 305 to extend and retract through the second fixing plate 306, thereby controlling the engagement of the fourth bevel gear 304 and the third bevel gear 303, when the fourth bevel gear 304 is engaged with the third bevel gear 303, the third bevel gear 303 rotates to drive the fourth bevel gear 304 to rotate, the fourth bevel gear 304 rotates to drive the second spur gear 308 to rotate through the second telescopic rod 305, the second spur gear 308 rotates to drive the third spur gear 309 to rotate, the third spur gear 309 rotates to drive the second lead screw 312 to rotate through the fourth transmission shaft 310, the second lead screw 312 rotates to drive the third sliding plate 313 and the fourth sliding plate 314 to move along the fixing frame 311, so as to stretch the spring 315, so that the spring 315 stretches to drive a certain number of separating hooks 316 to move, so that the single gate blade blocks which are distributed among the separating hooks 316 in a staggered mode are separated, then, the first cam 318 and the second cam 319 are used for removing the redundant insulating paint on the gate blade and fall into the paint box 9, at the moment, the separated gate blade is positioned under the first cam 318 and the second cam 319, then, the second transmission wheel 204 rotates to drive the fifth transmission shaft 317 to rotate, the fifth transmission shaft rotates to drive the first cam 318 and the second cam 319 to rotate simultaneously, so as to remove the redundant insulating paint on the gate blade and fall into the paint box 9, and then, the blade is taken out from the paint dipping unit 2 through the operation of the stripping unit 4 and is conveyed to the silvering machine 11, the blade is silvered through the operation of the silvering machine 11, the throttle unit 3 realizes the separation of the blade which is distributed in a staggered mode, and then the redundant insulating paint on the blade is removed and falls into the paint box 9.

The stripping unit 4 comprises an electric slide rail 401, a slide block 402, a third electric push rod 403, a fourth electric push rod 404, a third fixing plate 405, a first limiting plate 406, a second limiting plate 407, a fifth electric push rod 408, a first limiting block 409, a sixth electric push rod 410, a second limiting block 411, a first scraper 412 and a second scraper 413; the electric slide rail 401 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate component 1; the electric slide rail 401 is connected with the slide block 402 in a sliding manner; the sliding block 402 is fixedly connected with a third electric push rod 403; the sliding block 402 is fixedly connected with a fourth electric push rod 404; the third electric push rod 403 is fixedly connected with the third fixing plate 405; the fourth electric push rod 404 is fixedly connected with the third fixing plate 405; the third fixing plate 405 is fixedly connected with the first limiting plate 406; the third fixing plate 405 is fixedly connected with the second limiting plate 407; a fifth electric push rod 408 is arranged at the side part of the second limit plate 407; the fifth electric push rod 408 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate component 1; the fifth electric push rod 408 is fixedly connected with the first limiting block 409; a sixth electric push rod 410 is arranged at the side part of the first limit plate 406; the sixth electric push rod 410 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate component 1; the sixth electric push rod 410 is fixedly connected with the second limiting block 411; a first scraper 412 is arranged at the side part of the second limiting block 411; the first scraper 412 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate component 1; the side of the first scraper 412 is provided with a second scraper 413; the second scraper 413 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate component 1; a certain number of first scrapers 412 and second scrapers 413 are arranged between the fifth electric push rod 408 and the sixth electric push rod 410 at equal intervals.

The throttle unit 3 operates to remove the redundant insulating paint, then the gate blade is taken out through the first limit plate 406 and the second limit plate 407 and is conveyed to the silver plating machine 11, the electric slide rail 401 is started to drive all the parts on the slide block 402 to move together between the first connecting rod 218 and the second connecting rod 220, then the third electric push rod 403 and the fourth electric push rod 404 are simultaneously started to drive the third fixing plate 405 to move to the position under the rubber rod 219, further the first limit plate 406 and the second limit plate 407 are driven to move to the position under the rubber rod 219, then the rubber rod 219 is conveyed to the first limit plate 406 and the second limit plate 407 after being separated from the first connecting rod 218 and the second connecting rod 220, further the gate blade is taken out and fixed and conveyed to the silver plating machine 11, then after the silver plating machine 11 operates to perform silver plating on the gate blade, the silver plated gate blade is conveyed to the position between the first limit plate 409 and the second limit plate 411, then, a certain number of first scrapers 412 and second scrapers 413 are equidistantly arranged to strip off the insulating paint of the non-silver-plated portion of the blade, at this time, the electric slide rail 401 is started to drive all the components on the slide block 402 to move together between the first limiting block 409 and the second limiting block 411, then, the fifth electric push rod 408 is started to drive the first limiting block 409 to move upwards, meanwhile, the sixth electric push rod 410 is started to drive the second limiting block 411 to move upwards, so as to take out the blade on the rubber rod 219 from the first limiting block 406 and the second limiting block 407, at this time, the blade on the rubber rod 219 is fixed on the first limiting block 409 and the second limiting block 411, then, the fifth electric push rod 408 is started to drive the first limiting block 409 to move downwards, meanwhile, the sixth electric push rod 410 is started to drive the second limiting block 411 to move downwards, so as to insert the blade on the rubber rod 219 between the corresponding first scraper 412 and second scraper 413, and then the insulating varnish of the non-silver-plated part of the gate blade is stripped by utilizing a certain number of first scrapers 412 and second scrapers 413 which are arranged at equal intervals, the stripping unit 4 realizes that the gate blade is taken out of the varnish dipping unit 2 and fixed, and then is conveyed into the silver plating machine 11, and then the insulating varnish of the non-silver-plated part of the gate blade is stripped after the silver plating of the gate blade is finished by the operation of the silver plating machine 11.

The second transmission shaft 212 is provided with a toothed hole matched with the first straight gear 211 at a side portion close to the first straight gear 211.

The second transmission shaft 212 and the first straight gear 211 can be connected and driven, and can be controlled by the first electric push rod 210 to be switched on and off.

The first lead screw 213 is bounded by a middle section and has opposite thread directions at two ends.

The first screw 213 can rotate to drive the first sliding plate 214 and the second sliding plate 215 to move relatively, so as to press the rubber rod 219 to bend.

The second lead screw 312 is bounded by a middle section and has opposite thread directions at two ends.

The second screw 312 can rotate to drive the third sliding plate 313 and the fourth sliding plate 314 to move relatively, so as to stretch the spring 315, and expand a certain amount of the separation hook 316.

Notches matched with the outer annular surface of the rubber rod 219 are formed in the first limiting plate 406 and the second limiting plate 407.

The first and second stopper plates 406 and 407 may be caused to fix the rubber rod 219.

Notches matched with the outer annular surface of the rubber rod 219 are formed in the first limiting block 409 and the second limiting block 411.

The first stopper 409 and the second stopper 411 may be made to fix the rubber rod 219.

Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments or portions thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
