1. Background

Deoxynivalenol (DON) is commonly called vomitoxin and has a molecular formula of C15H20O6The molecular weight is 296.32, the bacillus subtilis is a secondary metabolite produced by fusarium graminearum and fusarium flavum, has wide pollution to grains, can not only pollute crops such as corn, wheat and the like, but also can cause residues in meat, eggs and milk after animals eat DON to pollute the grains. DON has extensive toxicity to animals and clinical symptoms include unstable stance, vomiting, food refusal, piloerection, with pigs most sensitive to DON. And the DON has better stability, and the general production, storage and processing processes have less toxic damage to the DON.

The current methods for degrading vomitoxin include physical, chemical and biological methods. The physical method mainly comprises high-temperature heating, irradiation treatment or adsorption through an adsorbent, but the physical method is not widely used because of the problems of poor treatment effect or great damage to nutrient substances and the like. The chemical method mainly comprises the steps of adding strong acid and strong base to destroy chemical groups of DON, and finally reducing or eliminating toxin toxicity, but the chemical method can cause pollution to grains, only treats silage or grease raw materials with high moisture, and is not suitable for solid feed raw materials such as grains, cakes and the like. Biological methods can degrade DON by high efficiency and specificity of microorganisms, but have the problems of long period, low economic benefit and biological safety of microorganisms, so that a safe, rapid and effective method for degrading DON is needed.

Ozone is a strong oxidant, can destroy double bonds in organic matters, has high solubility in water, can generate oxygen-containing groups OH, OOH and the like with strong oxidation effect, can quickly decompose and destroy microorganisms and organic matters, and can degrade products into oxygen after the ozone reaction, so that no toxic residue is generated, and the safety is high. Sodium hypochlorite is a highly effective disinfectant, it can kill all microorganisms, and it does not produce drug resistance. Sodium hydroxide is a strong base that produces OH in aqueous solutions that enhances the oxidizing effect of ozone and sodium hypochlorite.

According to the composition provided by the invention, high-concentration ozone is introduced and is matched with sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide for use, so that DON is efficiently degraded on the basis of not increasing a great amount of moisture; the efficiency of degradation can be greatly improved.

Detailed Description

Example 1

The method for preparing the high-concentration ozone comprises the following steps:

the ozone preparation device disclosed in patent CN207244007U is adopted, a conductivity regulator is added into tap water, the conductivity of the detected solution is 300-3000 us/cm, and the detected solution is pumped into electrolysis equipment. Switching on the power supply of the electrolysis equipment, circulating electrolysis for a proper time, sampling and detecting the ozone concentration of the ozone water at the sampling port of the equipment, switching off the power supply of the equipment after the ozone concentration reaches 200mg/L, and storing the prepared ozone water in a dark place for later use.

Example 2

After the concentration of the ozone water produced in example 1 was adjusted to 200mg/L, sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide were added to make the concentrations of sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide 1 ‰. Spreading 100g of corn polluted by DON, uniformly spraying the aqueous solution onto the corn according to different addition amounts, immediately filling the corn into a self-sealing bag after spraying, standing at the temperature of 5 ℃ and 37 ℃ for 1, 3 and 5 hours, taking out a sample after the test is finished, and immediately measuring the DON content. The effect of different addition amounts of ozone/sodium hypochlorite/sodium hydroxide aqueous solution on DON degradation is shown in FIG. 1, the treated corn is placed at 37 ℃ for 5 hours, the degradation rate is 40.98% when the addition amount is 3%, and the degradation rate is 83.64% when the addition amount is 5%. The DON degradation effect of different treatment time and temperature is shown in figure 2, the DON degradation efficiency of the ozone/sodium hypochlorite/sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is increased along with the increase of time, and the DON degradation rate is over 80% after 5 h. The degradation rate of DON is not greatly influenced by different temperatures. In conclusion, the vomitoxin in the corn can be reduced by more than 80% by sealing the ozone/sodium hypochlorite/sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for 5 hours at the room temperature under the condition of 5% addition amount, and the toxin reducing effect and operability are good.
