1. An electronic device, comprising:

a housing having a through hole and a cavity in communication with the through hole;

a circuit board disposed within the cavity;

the tongue piece is arranged in the through hole and blocks the through hole;

the connecting device is arranged in the cavity, one end of the connecting device is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is in contact connection with the tongue piece, and the other end of the connecting device is connected with the circuit board;

an external device may be connected to the electronic device via the tongue, the tongue being used to transfer data between the electronic device and the external device.

2. The electronic device of claim 1, further comprising a mount, the tongue being connected with the mount;

the mounting seat is provided with a first clamping portion, the shell is provided with a second clamping portion, and the mounting seat is connected with the shell in a clamping mode and can block the through hole.

3. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein one of the first and second clip portions is a protruding structure with a trapezoidal cross section, and the other of the first and second clip portions is a limiting groove matched with the protruding structure in shape.

4. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein one end of the tongue is provided with a connection structure;

The electronic device of claim 1, further comprising a retractable driving member, wherein the connecting portion is connected to the tongue via the retractable driving member, and the retractable driving member is configured to drive the tongue to switch between a first position in which the tongue is in contact with the connecting portion and a second position in which the tongue is separated from the connecting portion.

9. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein two sides of the connecting means are respectively connected to the housing by fasteners.

10. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein a circuit area is disposed on a surface of the tongue, and the circuit area is patterned by etching a conductive line.

Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of mobile terminal equipment, and particularly relates to electronic equipment.

Background

Data interfaces are usually provided on electronic devices, and the electronic devices can be connected with other external devices through tongues provided in the data interfaces. The tongue piece in the data interface can be used for charging the electronic equipment, and can also be used for realizing the data transmission function between the electronic equipment and other external equipment such as a Personal Computer (PC). The data interface on the electronic device, taking the currently more commonly used Type-C interface as an example, is usually disposed on the frame of the device. In practice, however, the position of the data interface on the device frame is mainly influenced by the position of the tongue mounting.

In the related art, most of the tongues in the data interface are soldering-type structures, which are fixed on the circuit board of the electronic device by soldering, so the layout position of the data interface on the frame can be determined by the height of the circuit board inside the electronic device, while the existing data interface usually shows an eccentric position on one side of the device frame, as shown in fig. 4. Moreover, the tongue piece is usually wrapped by a casing to support and protect the tongue piece and assist in positioning the data interface. However, a certain gap is formed between the shell outside the tongue piece and the tongue piece, and the thickness of the position generally determines the thickness of the whole machine; moreover, the existence of the gap and the exposure of the data interface easily cause the inflow of external moisture through the data interface and the gap to damage the circuit board and electronic components on the circuit board, so that an additional waterproof material (such as a silica gel ring) is required to be matched with the shell.

Disclosure of Invention

The application aims to provide electronic equipment, and the problem that the thickness dimension of the whole machine is large due to the fact that the assembling scheme of the tongue piece in the existing data interface is at least solved, and the position of the data interface is eccentric and cannot be centered easily on a frame of the equipment is solved.

In order to solve the technical problem, the present application is implemented as follows:

an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which includes:

a housing having a through hole and a cavity in communication with the through hole;

a circuit board disposed within the cavity;

the tongue piece is arranged in the cavity and blocks the through hole;

the connecting device is arranged in the cavity, one end of the connecting device is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is in contact connection with the tongue piece, and the other end of the connecting device is connected with the circuit board;

an external device may be connected to the electronic device via the tongue, the tongue being used to transfer data between the electronic device and the external device.

In the embodiment of the application, a novel assembly scheme is provided for the tongue piece in the data interface, and the tongue piece is connected with the shell, so that the traditional scheme of welding the tongue piece and the circuit board is changed, the position of the circuit board does not influence the position of the tongue piece any more, a data interface is favorably positioned in the middle on one side part of the shell, and a shell arranged outside the tongue piece is cancelled, so that the thickness of the data interface is favorably reduced, and the size of the electronic equipment in the thickness direction of the whole machine can be further reduced; and, cancel the outer casing of tongue piece, do not also relate to the clearance that exists between tongue piece and the casing for the data interface who forms is equivalent to the blind hole structure, and outside moisture just can not enter into electronic equipment through here like this inside, just also need not to use extra waterproof auxiliary material to carry out waterproof sealing to data interface position.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The features of the terms first and second in the description and in the claims of the present application may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of such features. In the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified. An electronic device provided according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.

The electronic device related to the embodiment of the application may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, and may also be an electronic product such as a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an electronic book reader, a smart wearable device, and the like.

The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the application is shown in fig. 1, fig. 5 and fig. 6, and includes: a housing 1, a circuit board, a tongue 2 and a connector 3; the shell 1 is provided with a through hole 101 and a cavity 102 communicated with the through hole 101; the circuit board is arranged in the cavity 102; the tongue piece 2 is arranged in the cavity 102 and seals the through hole 101; one end of the connecting device 3 is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is in contact connection with the tongue piece 2, and the other end of the connecting device 3 is connected with the circuit board; an external device can be connected to the electronic device via the tongue 2, the tongue 2 being used for transmitting data between the electronic device and the external device.

Among them, the circuit board (e.g., PCB board) is an important electronic component in electronic equipment, a support of electronic components, and a carrier for electrical interconnection between electronic components.

In the embodiment of the present application, the circuit board may be, for example, a main board in an electronic device, and may also be a sub-board, which is not limited in the present application.

According to the scheme of the embodiment of the application, a novel assembling scheme is provided for the tongue piece in the data interface on the electronic equipment, the tongue piece 2 is directly connected with the shell 1, the traditional scheme of welding the tongue piece and the circuit board is changed, the position of the circuit board does not influence the position of the tongue piece any more, the data interface is favorably positioned in the middle on one side part of the equipment shell, and meanwhile, the traditional design of arranging a shell outside the tongue piece 2 is cancelled, so that the thickness of the data interface is favorably reduced, and the size of the electronic equipment in the thickness direction of the whole machine can be further reduced; in addition, the shell wrapped outside the tongue piece 2 is eliminated, namely, the gap between the tongue piece 2 and the shell 1 is not involved, so that the formed data interface is equivalent to a blind hole structure, external moisture cannot enter the inside of the electronic equipment through the blind hole structure, and the position of the data interface is not required to be sealed in a waterproof mode through an additional waterproof auxiliary material (such as a waterproof rubber ring).

In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the tongue piece 2 is further designed to be electrically connected with a circuit board in the electronic device through the connecting device 3, wherein the tongue piece 2 is in contact connection with the connecting device 3, so that the conventional connection mode of plugging is changed, the connection mode is more flexible and convenient, and plugging operation is not needed.

The data interface of the existing electronic device, taking the most common Type-C interface as an example, is fixed on the PCB 6 of the electronic device by soldering, and can refer to four solder feet 5 shown in fig. 2, based on which the position of the Type-C interface on the device frame can be determined by the height of the PCB 6 therein inside the electronic device. Moreover, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the tongue piece 2 of the Type-C interface is usually wrapped by the chassis 7, and a gap is formed between the chassis 7 and the tongue piece 2, and the thickness of this position generally determines the thickness of the whole machine; and because the existence in this clearance to and the exposed reason of Type-C interface, lead to outside moisture to flow in through Type-C interface and this clearance easily and damage PCB board 6 and the electronic components on PCB board 6, this just needs to use extra waterproof material (for example, silica gel circle) and casing 7 cooperation can promote waterproof nature. Due to the position of the circuit board and the thickness of the Type-C interface, the Type-C interface is difficult to ensure to be in a centered position on one side of the equipment frame, so that the position is eccentric in appearance.

Referring to FIG. 4, the dashed line indicates the centerline of the Type-C interface, and the solid line indicates the centerline of the frame, which do not coincide but have a certain difference D, which indicates that the position of the Type-C interface appears eccentric in appearance. The solution of the present application can improve the situation, and the data interface is centered, as shown in fig. 1.

In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the housing 1 includes a frame, the through hole 101 is disposed on one side of the frame, and the through hole 101 may be located at a central position.

Wherein, a person skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the specific shape of the through hole 101 according to specific needs to adapt to different connection plugs, for example: a USB plug, a Type-C plug, or the like, or an earphone plug, or the like, which is not limited in this application.

In the embodiment of the present application, the tongue 2 is directly connected to the housing 1 (e.g., frame), and the design of wrapping the case outside the tongue 2 can be eliminated. On one hand, the thickness of the data interface can be reduced, and the thickness of the electronic equipment can be further reduced. On the other hand, the gap between the tongue piece 2 and the casing is not involved, so that the formed data interface is equivalent to a blind hole structure, and external water cannot enter the inside of the electronic device through the blind hole structure, so that the position of the data interface is sealed in a waterproof way without using an additional waterproof auxiliary material (such as a waterproof rubber ring). That is to say, the structural design leakproofness that adopts in this application is good, can promote waterproof performance.

The electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 6, further includes a mounting seat 4, where the mounting seat 4 is disposed in the cavity 102, and the tongue piece 2 is connected to the mounting seat 4; the mounting seat 4 is provided with a first clamping portion 401, the shell 1 is provided with a second clamping portion, and the mounting seat 4 is connected with the shell 1 in a clamping mode and can block the through hole 101.

That is, the tongue 2 may be connected to the housing 1 by one of the mounting seats 4, so that the tongue 2 and the housing 1 can be connected together. Moreover, the mounting seat 4 is connected with the shell 1 in a clamping manner, the connection mode is simple, and the assembly and the disassembly are convenient. The mounting seat 4 may block the through hole 101 to prevent external moisture from entering the inside of the electronic device.

It should be noted that the protruding structure is not limited to the above-mentioned trapezoidal cross section, and may also be other shapes, such as a semicircle, a triangle, a rectangle, etc., which is not limited in this application.

In an alternative example of the present application, one end of the tongue 2 is provided with a connection structure; a through hole is formed in the mounting seat 4, the tongue piece 2 is arranged on one side, deviating from the cavity 102, of the mounting seat 4, the connecting structure penetrates through the through hole, and the connecting structure is in contact connection with the connecting portion on the connecting device 3.

That is, the tongue piece 2 is provided with a connecting structure for connecting with the connector 3, and the connecting structure penetrates out of the through hole on the mounting seat 4 to facilitate contact connection with the connecting part on the connector 3. Therefore, the tongue piece 2 can be electrically conducted with a circuit board in the electronic equipment through the connecting device 3.

In an alternative example of the present application, referring to fig. 6, a side surface of the mounting seat 4 close to the cavity 102 is coplanar with a surface of the housing 1 close to the cavity 102. The design can provide more space for the cavity 102 while ensuring the reliability of the connection between the mounting seat 4 and the housing 1. Wherein, the mounting seat 4 is, for example, a plastic part.

For example, the tongue piece 2 may be connected to the mounting seat 4 by injection molding, so that the tongue piece 2 and the mounting seat 4 are connected into an integrated structure, and thus the connection stability between the tongue piece 2 and the mounting seat 4 is better.

For example, the mounting seat 4 may be formed as an integral structure with the housing 1 (e.g., a frame) by injection molding. A housing with tabs can be formed that can be used with electronic devices such as smart phones.

The injection molding method may be, for example, insert molding.

The housing 1, particularly the frame thereof, is a main load-bearing structural member of electronic equipment such as a smart phone, and can be used for supporting a screen and providing strength. In the embodiment of the present application, the tongue piece 2 may be made into an integrated structure with the frame by means of insert molding when the frame is processed.

For example, the tongue piece 2 may be fixed to the mounting seat 4 by gluing.

In the embodiment of the present application, the connection method between the tongue piece 2 and the mounting seat 4 is not limited, and the connection method is not limited to the injection molding or dispensing connection method, and may be another fixed connection method as long as the tongue piece 2 and the mounting seat 1 can be firmly connected. The engagement and the injection between the mount 4 and the housing 1 are not limited to the above-described engagement and connection.

In an alternative example of the present application, referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, one end of the connector device 3 is provided with a connecting portion, and the connecting portion is connected to the tongue 2 in a contact manner, wherein the connecting portion includes a plurality of connecting contacts 301, and the tongue 2 is provided with a plurality of connecting contacts matched with the plurality of connecting contacts 301.

One end of the connector 3 is provided with a plurality of the connection contacts 301, and the plurality of the connection contacts 301 can be in contact connection with the plurality of the connection contacts on the tongue piece 2 and electrically conducted. In other words, the solution according to the invention provides for the tongue 2 to be connected to the connecting means 3 by means of a point contact. The contact connection mode is more flexible, and compared with the traditional plug connection mode, the contact connection mode is simpler and is easy to disassemble and assemble.

In an alternative example of the present application, referring to fig. 8, a plurality of the connection contacts 301 are arranged in a matrix with a space therebetween. In an alternative example of the present application, the surface of the tongue 2 is provided with a circuit area, and the circuit area is formed by etching a conductive circuit pattern.

That is, the tongue 2 is engraved with a conductive line pattern, which can be used to realize connection with an external data line.
