The first pressing block 4 is fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft 2 through a first connecting rod 41, the upper side surface of the first pressing block 4 is in a football surface shape, and when the first rotating shaft 2 rotates, at least one position is arranged, and the upper side surface of the first pressing block 4 can be inserted into the football groove 52.

The first driving mechanism is arranged on the first rotating shaft 2 and can drive the first rotating shaft 2 to rotate.

The third motor 23 is fixedly arranged on one of the first support plates 21, a second gear 231 is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the third motor 23, and the second gear 231 is in meshed connection with the first gear 22.

The fourth driving mechanism is arranged on the second supporting block 13, and the fourth driving mechanism can drive the second arc-shaped plate 7 to intermittently slide upwards.

In an initial state, the upper side edges of the first arc-shaped plate 6 and the second arc-shaped plate 7 are parallel and level with the upper surface of the electric baking tray 5, egg liquid is prevented from flowing out of the electric baking tray 5 through the first arc-shaped hole 6 and the second arc-shaped hole 7, when dried fish floss is placed in the rugby ball groove 52, the third driving mechanism is started to drive the first arc-shaped plate 6 to intermittently upwards slide, egg skins on the left side of the rugby ball groove 52 are turned over towards the middle, and similarly, the fourth driving mechanism is started to drive the second arc-shaped plate 7 to intermittently upwards slide, egg skins on the right side of the rugby ball groove 52 are turned over towards the middle, dried fish floss is completely wrapped, leakage from two ends of an egg roll is avoided, and operation is simple.

Specifically, the third driving mechanism includes a first motor 131 and a first rack 62.

The first motor 131 is fixedly arranged on the second supporting block 13, and the output shaft of the first motor 131 is fixedly provided with a first incomplete gear 132.

The first rack 62 is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side of the first arc-shaped plate 6 close to the first motor 131, and the first incomplete gear 132 is meshed and connected with the first rack 62.

In an initial state, the upper side of the first arc-shaped plate 6 is flush with the upper surface of the electric baking tray 5, the first motor 131 is started to drive the first incomplete gear 132 to rotate clockwise, when the first incomplete gear 132 rotates to contact the first rack 62, the first rack 62 and the first arc-shaped plate 6 are driven to slide upwards, at this time, the first return spring 63 is stretched, and after the first incomplete gear 132 and the first rack 62 are separated, the first arc-shaped plate 6 is driven to return downwards to an initial position under the action of the first return spring 63.

Specifically, the fourth driving mechanism includes a second motor 133 and a second rack gear 72.

The use method of the full-package type egg and fish floss rolling manufacturing device comprises the following steps:

s1, brushing a layer of oil on the upper surface of the electric baking tray 5, pouring a proper amount of egg liquid into the rugby ball groove 52 of the electric baking tray, and starting the electric baking tray 5;

An operator puts egg liquid into the rugby ball groove 52, the egg liquid in the rugby ball groove 52 is extruded to the upper surface of the electric baking tray 5 through the first pressing block 4, egg skins in the rugby ball groove 52 form a containing cavity, dried fish floss is added into the containing cavity, the egg skins on two sides of the rugby ball groove 52 are turned to the middle through the turning mechanism, the dried fish floss is completely wrapped, the wrapped stuffing is prevented from leaking from two ends of the egg roll, and the electric baking tray is simple to manufacture and convenient to eat.
