Disclosure of Invention

When the gap between the die-cutting roller and the rubber cushion roller needs to be adjusted, the two sets of gap adjusting mechanisms at the two ends of the die-cutting roller set synchronously operate to ensure that the die-cutting roller or the cushion roller stably lift or descend, and further ensure the accuracy of gap adjustment. In the embodiment, the rigid base plate is a bendable stainless steel plate, and the rigid base plate is detachably arranged on the pad roller; when the rigid base plate is arranged on the backing roller, the rigid base plate is bent to cover the surface of the backing roller; when the rigid backing plate is detached, the rigid backing plate is in an unfolded flat plate shape. According to the design requirements of the cutting marks and the indentation of different corrugated paper products, the rigid base plate with different die cutting grooves can be quickly replaced on the pad roller, the production requirements of different products are met, and the corrugated paper die cutting device is flexible and convenient to use. Compared with the embodiment 1, the high-precision corrugated paper die-cutting device based on rigid contact of the embodiment is different in that: in the fixing structures on the two sides of the rigid base plate, each fixing structure comprises an axial fixing strip, a lock hole, an elastic fixing strip and a lock catch; one side of the rigid backing plate is provided with a fixed mounting hole, each fixed mounting hole is tightly pressed and fixed on the backing roller through an axial fixing strip, the other sides of the axial fixing strip and the rigid backing plate are respectively provided with a locking hole in one-to-one correspondence, two ends of the elastic fixing strip are respectively provided with a lock catch, and the axial fixing strip is connected with each group of corresponding locking holes on the rigid backing plate through one elastic fixing strip and the lock catches at the two ends of the elastic fixing strip.
