In an embodiment of the present invention, the contact rod 30 and the driving member 25 are fixed on the upper end of a cylindrical guide rod 19, the lower end of the guide rod 19 is fixed with a cylindrical guide block 20 coaxial with the guide rod 19, the guide block 20 is coaxially and slidably mounted in a cylindrical guide cylinder 17 matched with the guide rod, the guide block 20 freely slides in the guide cylinder 17, the sliding direction of the guide block 20 is limited by the guide cylinder 17, and the lower end of the guide cylinder 17 is fixed on the bottom plate 11.

In an embodiment of the present invention, an annular limiting plate 18 coaxial with the guiding cylinder 17 is fixed at the upper end of the guiding cylinder 17, an inner circle diameter of the limiting plate 18 is larger than a diameter of the guiding rod 19 and smaller than a diameter of the guiding block 20, the guiding rod 19 vertically and upwardly penetrates through a through hole in the middle of the limiting plate 18, the limiting plate 18 limits the guiding block 20 in the guiding cylinder 17, and the guiding block 20 is prevented from being separated from the guiding cylinder 17.

In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the driving member 25 is cylindrical, the upper end of the driving member 25 is provided with an annular connecting body 26 protruding inward along the radial direction of the driving member 25 and integrally formed with the driving member, the mounting seat 23 is coaxially disposed inside the driving member 25 and fixed to the connecting body 26, the outer circumferential surface of the driving member 25 is the driving surface 27, when the buffer works, the driving surface 27 is always in a state of extruding the oscillating member 15, that is, the contact switch 14 always generates a braking signal to a machine impacting the buffer, the situation of feedback signal interruption is not generated, the occurrence of an out-of-control situation is reduced, some emergency situations can be effectively coped with, the impact force is reduced, and the corresponding machine equipment is effectively protected; the lower end of the outer circumferential surface is provided with a conical surface which is smoothly connected with the outer circumferential surface and shrinks inwards, the conical surface is the inverted inclined surface 28, and the lower end surface of the driving piece 25 is higher than the lower end surface of the positioning piece, so that the driving piece 25 cannot be contacted with the bottom plate 11 in the movement process of the positioning piece, and the driving piece 25 is prevented from being damaged.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the contact rod 30 is cylindrical, a disc-shaped connecting plate 31 coaxial with the contact rod 30 is fixed to a lower end of the contact rod 30, the connecting plate 31 is fixed to an upper surface of the fixing base, and the contact rod 30 is coaxial with the guide rod 19.

In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the contact switch 14 is fixed on the support 13, and the support 13 is fixed on the bottom plate 11, so that the installation and debugging of the contact switch 14 are facilitated, and the installation stability is good.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a roller 16 is rotatably mounted at a free end of the swinging member 15, and a rotation axis of the roller 16 is perpendicular to an axis of the guide rod 19, so that a sliding friction force applied to the swinging member 15 is changed into a rolling friction force through the roller 16, thereby reducing wear, improving service life of components, making the swinging member 15 smoother when contacting the driving surface 27 or the inverted inclined surface 28, and the roller 16 is tangent to a downward extending surface 29 of the inverted inclined surface 28.
