one end of the multi-way valve pipeline is connected with an oil outlet pipe of the hydraulic oil pump, and the other end of the multi-way valve pipeline is connected with an oil inlet of the hydraulic multi-way valve assembly; the pipeline of the lifting oil cylinder is a pipeline group connected between the hydraulic multi-way valve assembly and the lifting oil cylinder, one end connected with the hydraulic multi-way valve assembly is also connected with the oil return pipe of the multi-way valve, and the other end of the oil return pipe of the multi-way valve is connected to the hydraulic oil tank.

Furthermore, the hydraulic system and the working device also comprise a pressure regulating valve which is directly connected with the multi-way valve pipeline by threads.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the tractor for the orchard greenhouse is reasonable in overall arrangement, and the overall structure size is reduced and the wheelbase is shortened by adopting methods of a compact gearbox, a driving device, a laterally arranged fuel tank, an adjustable hub, a compact suspension mechanism, a vertically arranged silencer and the like; secondly, the operation arrangement is carried out according to the ergonomic requirement of the tractor, so that the operation is convenient and the steering is flexible in a narrow space; thirdly, the compact gearbox and the driving device optimize the internal space, reduce the size on the basis of ensuring the functions, and have reasonable speed design, stable operation and high operation efficiency; fourthly, the steering system is independent of other systems, and is directly powered by a diesel engine, so that the steering system is safe and reliable; fifthly, on the basis of not increasing the size of the whole machine, a large-capacity L-shaped fuel tank is adopted, so that the operation time is prolonged; sixth, compact covering piece style is bright and fast, elegant appearance. Can be matched with various machines and tools to meet the operation requirements of narrow spaces such as spraying, pruning, rotary tillage, fertilizing, weeding and the like, and can also be used for the operation of farmlands on partial hills and mountains.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments, and all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in figure 1: the invention relates to a tractor for an orchard greenhouse, which comprises: the device comprises a covering part A, a power assembly, an accessory B, a steering system C, a gearbox, a driving device D, a hydraulic system and a working device E.

The gearbox and the driving device D are the foundation of the whole machine, and other parts are directly or indirectly fixed on the gearbox and the driving device D. The power assembly and the accessory B are connected above the front parts of the gearbox and the driving device D through bolts; the covering part A is fixed above the power assembly, the accessory B, the gearbox and the driving device D through bolts; the steering system C is fixed above the power assembly, the accessory B, the gearbox and the driving device D through bolts and is positioned below the covering part A; the hydraulic system and the working device E are fixed around the power assembly and the accessory B and the gearbox and the driving device D by bolt pipe clamps and are positioned below the covering part A.

In order to reduce the height of the whole machine and increase the rigidity of a covering part, the portal frame 2 is fixed on a gearbox assembly 59 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts; the front hood assembly 1 is hinged on the portal frame 2 through a pin shaft; the left floor 12 and the right floor 5 are fixed on two sides of a gearbox assembly 59 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts; the left rear mudguard assembly 10 and the anti-roll frame left bracket 9 are fixed on the left side of the tail end transmission device 52 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts; the right rear mudguard assembly 6 and the right bracket 7 of the anti-roll frame are fixed on the right side of the tail end transmission device 52 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts.

In order to reduce the length of the whole machine, a radiator 14 is fixed at the front part of a bracket assembly of a gearbox and a driving device D through bolts and shock pads, and a supercharger 16, a silencer 17 and an air filter 23 are fixed on a diesel engine assembly 15. The flywheel housing 18 is fixed at the rear part of the diesel engine assembly 15 through bolts and is arranged at the front part of a gearbox assembly 59 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts; the fuel tank 22 is fixed on the fuel tank bracket 20 through a fastening belt 21 and is installed on the left side of the diesel engine assembly 15 and the front left side of the transmission assembly 59 of the transmission and driving device D through bolts.

In order to ensure the reliability of the steering system, a steering oil pump 39 is fixed in front of the power assembly and the gear chamber of the diesel engine assembly 15 of the accessory B through bolts, is not connected with the hydraulic system and keeps independence; the steering gear 33 and the steering gear bracket 32 are fixed on the portal frame 2 of the covering part A through bolts, and the steering column 31 and the steering gear 33 are arranged inside the rear instrument cover 4 of the covering part A; the steering wheel 30 is mounted on splines of a steering column 31 outside the rear instrument cover 4 of the cover a. The steering gear 33 is connected with the gearbox and the steering oil cylinder 65 of the driving device D through pipelines, so that the steering pipeline is shortened as much as possible, and the flexible and efficient steering is ensured.

In order to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system, a hydraulic oil pump 69 of the hydraulic system and the working device E is connected behind a gear chamber of a diesel engine assembly 15 of a power assembly and an accessory B, a lifter support assembly 77 is connected on a gearbox assembly 59 of a gearbox and a driving device D, and a hydraulic oil tank 66 is installed at the lower part of a bracket assembly 43 of the gearbox and the driving device D through bolts; the lifter bracket 74 is mounted on the upper part of the gearbox assembly 59 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts; the towing bracket 82 is arranged at the rear part of the gearbox assembly 59 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts; the limiting rod support 88 is arranged at the lower part of the tail end transmission device 52 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts; the suspension rod is connected with the rear mounting bracket 8 of the gearbox and driving device D, the hydraulic oil tank 66 is fixed in the mudguard 31 of the covering part A, the hydraulic valve block assembly 75 is fixed on the lifter bracket 74, and the hydraulic system and the working device are connected by oil pipes.

The concrete structure of the covering part A is shown in the attached figure 2, and mainly comprises a front hood assembly 1, a portal frame 2, a rearview mirror 3, a rear instrument cover 4, a right floor 5, a right rear mudguard assembly 6, an anti-turnover frame right bracket 7, an anti-turnover frame upper frame 8, an anti-turnover frame left bracket 9, a left rear mudguard assembly 10, a seat assembly 11, a left floor 12 and a hood locking part 13.

The front hood assembly 1 is hinged on the portal frame 2 through bolts, the portal frame 2 fixes the gearbox and the gearbox assembly 59 of the driving device D through bolts, so that the diesel engine is protected, the lamp is supported, the attractive effect is achieved, and the opening and closing of the lower part are controlled through the hood locking piece 13; the inner side of the front hood assembly 1 is also provided with a gas spring, so that the force during opening and closing can be greatly reduced. The rear instrument cover 4 is fixed at the rear of the portal frame 2 through bolts to support instruments and switches, and the two-side rearview mirrors 3 are fixed on the left and right side supports of the portal frame 2 to facilitate a driver to observe the rear condition of the vehicle.

The left floor 12 and the right floor 5 are fixed on two sides of a gearbox assembly 59 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts, and the seat assembly 11 is fixed on a lifter bracket 74 of the hydraulic system and the working device E through bolts, so that a driver can conveniently operate and use the seat assembly. The left rear fender assembly 10 and the right rear fender assembly can not only prevent muddy water from splashing, but also ensure the safety of a driver.

The structure of the power assembly and the accessories B is shown in figure 3, and mainly comprises a radiator 14, a diesel engine assembly 15, a supercharger 16, a muffler 17, a flywheel shell 18, a flywheel 19, a fuel tank bracket 20, a fastening belt 21, a fuel tank 22, an air filter 23 and a radiator protection plate 24.

The flywheel housing 18 is fixed at the rear part of the diesel engine assembly 15 through bolts and is arranged at the front part of a gearbox assembly 59 of the gearbox and driving device D through bolts; the flywheel 19 is located inside the flywheel housing 18 and is bolted to the crankshaft of the diesel assembly 15.

The radiator 14 is fixed on a front bracket assembly 43 of the gearbox and the driving device D through bolts; the internal cooling liquid is connected to a water inlet and a water outlet of the diesel engine assembly 15 through pipelines to realize communication with a water channel in the diesel engine assembly 15; the air filter 23 is arranged in the middle of the left side of the diesel engine assembly 15 through a bolt and a bracket; the supercharger 16 is arranged in the middle of an exhaust pipe of the diesel engine assembly 15 through a bolt, air enters the supercharger 16 through an air inlet pipe after being filtered by the air filter 23, and enters the air inlet pipe of the diesel engine assembly 15 after being supercharged to participate in combustion; the muffler 17 is fixed at the exhaust port of the supercharger 16 by bolts, the fuel tank bracket 20 is mounted on the left side of the diesel engine assembly 15 and the front part of the transmission assembly 59 of the transmission and driving device D by bolts, and the fuel tank 22 is fixed on the fuel tank bracket 20 by the fastening belt 21.

The diesel engine assembly 15 is mounted on the gearbox and the driving device D through bolt connection, power is provided for the whole machine, and the power is transmitted to a clutch assembly 62 of the gearbox and the driving device D through a flywheel 19 positioned inside the flywheel shell 18. The cooling liquid in the radiator 14 is connected with a water inlet and a water outlet of the diesel engine assembly 15 through pipelines and is connected with a water channel in the diesel engine assembly 15; cooling the diesel engine assembly 15 by circulating a cooling liquid; the air filter 23 provides clean air, the clean air enters the supercharger 16 through an air inlet pipe, and the supercharged air enters the diesel engine assembly 15 to participate in combustion; high-temperature exhaust gas generated by the diesel engine assembly 15 enters the muffler 17 through the exhaust port of the supercharger 16, and is discharged into the atmosphere after being cooled and muffled. The fuel tank 22 supplies fuel to the diesel engine assembly 15, controls the size of an accelerator, and realizes power change.

The structure of the steering system C is shown in fig. 4, and mainly includes a steering oil can 25, a steering oil can bracket 26, a four-way pipe clamp 27, a steering gear return pipe 28, a steering gear oil inlet pipe 29, a steering wheel 30, a steering column 31, a steering gear bracket 32, a steering gear 33, a left steering oil pipe 34, a right steering oil pipe 35, a pipe clamp 36, a front axle right steering oil pipe 37, a front axle left steering oil pipe 38, a steering oil pump 39 and a steering oil pump oil inlet pipe 40.

The steering oil pump 39 is installed in front of the gear chamber of the diesel engine assembly 15 of the power assembly and the accessory B through a spline, the diesel engine assembly 15 rotates to pressurize hydraulic oil in the steering oil can 25 and then convey the hydraulic oil to the steering gear 33, the steering wheel 30 is installed on the steering column 31 through a spline and a nut, the steering wheel 30 is rotated, the steering column 31 simultaneously rotates a valve core inside the steering gear 33, and high-pressure oil passes through an A port and a B port of the steering gear 33 and is connected to a steering oil cylinder 65 of the gearbox and the driving device D through a left steering oil pipe 34, a right steering oil pipe 35, a front axle left steering oil pipe 38 and a front axle right steering oil pipe 37; the steering oil cylinder 65 pushes the left front driving wheel assembly 63 and the right front driving wheel assembly 41 on the hubs on the left and right sides of the front driving axle assembly 64 of the gearbox and driving device D to realize the steering of the whole machine.

The structure of the gearbox and driving device D is shown in fig. 5, and mainly includes a right front driving wheel assembly 41, a battery pressing plate assembly 42, a front bracket assembly 43, a transmission shaft 44, a right brake pedal 45, a left brake pedal 46, a parking brake handle 47, a right rear driving wheel assembly 48, a main transmission handle 49, an auxiliary transmission handle 50, a differential lock handle 51, a tail end transmission device 52, a brake assembly 53, a PTO operation handle 54, a left rear driving wheel assembly 55, an adjustable hub assembly 56, a driving shaft 57, a four-wheel drive operation handle 58, a gearbox assembly 59, a transfer case 60, a clutch pedal 61, a clutch assembly 62, a left front driving wheel assembly 63, a front driving axle assembly 64 and a steering oil cylinder 65.

The gearbox and driving device D is used for transmitting the power of the power assembly and the diesel engine assembly 15 of the accessory B, and the functions of PTO power output and walking system driving are realized. Partial power of the diesel engine assembly 15 of the power assembly and the accessory B drives the left rear driving wheel assembly 55 and the right rear driving wheel assembly 48 to rotate through the adjustable hub assembly 56 through the gearbox assembly 59, the tail end transmission device 52 and the driving shaft 57, and the walking function of the whole machine is realized. The four-wheel drive operating handle 58 is pressed down, the shifting fork shaft in the transfer case 60 is rotated through the connecting rod, so that part of power is transmitted to the transfer case 60 and is transmitted to the front drive axle assembly 64 through the transmission shaft 44, and the four-wheel drive function of the whole machine is realized. The differential lock handle 51 is operated to rotate a differential lock shifting fork shaft of the gearbox assembly 59, a left gear and a right gear of the differential are locked, and the left rear driving wheel assembly 55 and the right rear driving wheel assembly 48 can only rotate at the same speed. The PTO control handle 54 is rotated to combine with the gear on the power output shaft at the rear of the transmission assembly 59, so that the power transmission of the power assembly and the diesel engine assembly 15 of the accessory B can be realized, and the rotation speed switching of the power output shaft can be realized to provide power output for the articulated working machine.

The clutch pedal 61 is stepped, and the friction plates of the clutch assembly 62 are separated, so that the power of the diesel engine can be cut off, and the transmission system can be conveniently put into gear; the main gear shift handle 49 is operated, different working gears can be selected, the walking speed is adjusted, and the operation efficiency is improved; the auxiliary speed changing handle 50 is operated to select the high gear and the low gear of the gearbox to realize speed changing; the service braking function can be realized by stepping down the left brake pedal 46 and the right brake pedal 45; the parking brake handle 47 can lock the left brake pedal 46 and the right brake pedal 45, thereby realizing the parking brake function.

The structure of the hydraulic system and the working device E is shown in fig. 6, and mainly includes a hydraulic oil tank 66, a hydraulic oil pump oil inlet pipe 67, a hydraulic oil tank vent pipe 68, a hydraulic oil pump 69, a hydraulic oil pump oil outlet pipe 70, a hydraulic output left control handle 71, a hydraulic output right control handle 72, a push-pull flexible shaft 73, a lifter bracket 74, a lifting control handle 75, a hydraulic multi-way valve assembly 76, an upper pull rod hook rod 77, an upper pull rod 78, a hydraulic output port 79, a lifting arm 80, a lifting rod 81, a towing bracket 82, a lower pull rod 83, a towing fork 84, a towing fork lock pin 85, a limit rod 86, a lifting oil cylinder 87, a limit rod support 88, a multi-way valve pipeline 89, a lifting oil cylinder pipeline 90, a pressure regulating valve 91, a multi-way valve oil return pipe 92, and a hydraulic oil tank filler cap 93.

The hydraulic system converts the power part of the diesel engine into the pressure of the hydraulic system by means of a hydraulic oil pump 69, and the action of the whole hydraulic system is controlled by a hydraulic multi-way valve assembly 76. The lifting control handle 75 is operated, the push-pull flexible shaft 73 controls the valve core of the hydraulic multi-way valve assembly 76, the flow direction of hydraulic oil in the lifting oil cylinder 87 is changed, the piston rod is driven to stretch, the lifting arm 80 is pushed to rotate around the lifting shaft, the lower pull rod 83 is lifted or put down through the lifting rod 81, and the lifting of the suspension is realized; the length of the limiting rod 86 is adjusted to limit the lower pull rod 83 left and right, and the swing amount of the machine tool is controlled. The left hydraulic output control handle 71 and the right hydraulic output control handle 72 are controlled to control the valve core of the hydraulic multi-way valve assembly 76 through the push-pull flexible shaft 73, so that the flow direction of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic output port 79 is changed, and the hydraulic output function is realized.

The tractor for the orchard greenhouse is reasonable in overall arrangement, and the overall structure size is reduced and the wheelbase is shortened by adopting methods of a compact gearbox, a driving device, a laterally arranged fuel tank, an adjustable hub, a compact suspension mechanism, a vertically arranged silencer and the like; secondly, the operation arrangement is carried out according to the ergonomic requirement of the tractor, so that the operation is convenient and the steering is flexible in a narrow space; thirdly, the compact gearbox and the driving device optimize the internal space, reduce the size on the basis of ensuring the functions, and have reasonable speed design, stable operation and high operation efficiency; fourthly, the steering system is independent of other systems, is directly powered by the diesel engine, and is safe and reliable. Fifthly, on the basis of not increasing the size of the whole machine, a large-capacity L-shaped fuel tank is adopted, and the operation time is prolonged. Sixth, compact covering piece style is bright and fast, elegant appearance. Can be matched with various machines and tools to meet the operation requirements of narrow spaces such as spraying, pruning, rotary tillage, fertilizing, weeding and the like, and can also be used for the operation of farmlands on partial hills and mountains.
