Detailed Description

The present invention is described in further detail below in order to enable those skilled in the art to practice the invention with reference to the description.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water inlet cover of the cooling system of the high-power diesel engine for the plateau environment provided by the invention comprises: the cover body 110, specifically, the cover body 110 is a hollow structure, one end of the cover body 110 is an open end, the other end is a sealed end, one side of a center line of the sealed end is provided with a plurality of first air holes 112, a center of the sealed end is provided with a first through hole 113, a side surface of the cover body 220 is provided with a second air hole 114, the cover body 110 includes a first inner wall 115 and a second inner wall 116, an inner diameter of the first inner wall 115 is larger than an inner diameter of the second inner wall 116, and a stop step is formed between the first inner wall 115 and the second inner wall 116; a plurality of bump structures 111 are spaced apart on the outside of the hermetic terminal.

as shown in fig. 10, when the pressure of the cooling system is lower than the limit pressure, the external air enters the air valve body 122 through the first air hole 112, the air hole valve 209 on the fourth air hole 207 is opened, the external air pressure pushes the second bottom surface 208 to slide downward, so that a gap is formed between the second bottom surface 208 and the cover body 110, the external air enters the cooling system through the second air hole 114, and the air valve spring 123 pushes the second bottom surface 208 to be engaged with the stop step through the restoring force of the spring until the pressure of the cooling system is not lower than the limit pressure.

As shown in fig. 11, when the pressure in the cooling system is higher than the defined pressure, the internal steam enters the cover 110 through the second air hole 114, the steam generates an upward thrust on the valve 132 through the third air hole 205, and the steam enters the external environment from the third air hole 205 and the first air hole 112 until the pressure in the cooling system is not higher than the defined pressure, and the steam valve spring 134 drives the valve 132 to close the third air hole 205 through the restoring force of the spring.

As shown in fig. 12, when sand carried in the air enters the joint surface between the air valve body 122 and the air valve adjusting base 121 to cause the leakage of the cooling liquid, the air hole valve 209 closes the fourth air hole 207, so as to form a closed cavity in the air valve, thereby avoiding the loss of the cooling liquid, reducing the workload of checking and maintaining the cooling system, and obviously improving the working reliability of the diesel engine working in the plateau windy and sandy area.

The water filling port cover of the high-power diesel engine cooling system for the plateau environment provided by the invention can be used in the plateau windy and sandy area, the pressure in the cooling system is kept, the loss of cooling liquid is avoided, the workload of checking and maintaining the cooling system is reduced, and the working reliability of the diesel engine working in the plateau windy and sandy area is obviously improved.
