The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the double-protein nutrition-enriched meat rice paste base for the old infants, which comprises the following steps:

(2) In the preparation method, the mixed rice flour is pre-gelatinized by adopting an extrusion puffing technology, and the prepared pre-gelatinized rice flour has the advantages of loose structure, high water absorption, easiness in brewing and absorption, fine and smooth mouthfeel and the like on the basis of ensuring cooking.
