Background

In the existing integrated process of desulfurization and denitrification of active coke, coke supplement is performed in daily production, and large-scale and neutral coke loading or unloading is required under other conditions, such as before and after overhaul or treatment of over-temperature accidents during primary installation of equipment. The loading and unloading time of the active coke directly influences the maintenance task and the accident handling progress.

The conventional active coke discharging is that the active coke is firstly transported into a storage bin through a chain bucket machine, then discharged onto an automobile from the storage bin, and finally transported to a storage place through steam, and about 10 tons of active coke are discharged per hour.

And coke loading is carried to a coke supplementing bucket lifting position through steam, then is conveyed to a coke supplementing bin through a coke supplementing bucket lifting machine, and finally is conveyed to an adsorption tower through a chain bucket machine, wherein the coke loading is about 5 tons every hour.

In such large-scale and centralized coke loading and unloading, the loading and unloading speed of the existing process is extremely slow, and the equipment maintenance progress is severely limited. Under the situation of the shortage of the current sintering ore stocks, the current coke loading and unloading process cannot meet the current situation.

As shown in fig. 4, in order to achieve the coke discharging target of 30 tons/h, the diameter of the bypass pipeline is set to be 250mm, the opening of the gate valve is set to be 100%, the width of the belt conveyor is 1000mm, the running speed of the belt conveyor is 2m/s, the blanking flow rate is 0.22m/s, and the mass coefficient is 0.76, the gate valve 3 is opened, the active coke is discharged from the adsorption tower 1 to the belt conveyor 4 through the bypass pipeline 2, and the belt conveyor 4 conveys the active coke to an active coke storage place 5; the coke discharge amount can be obtained by calculation at 30 tons/h, and the specific calculation process is as follows:

the cross section area of the bypass pipeline, the opening degree of the inserting plate valve, the blanking flow rate and the mass coefficient are equal to the coke discharging amount,

As shown in fig. 5, in order to achieve a target coke charging of 70 tons/h, the operation speed of the large-inclination-angle belt conveyor 6 is set to 70t/h, the blanking flow rate is 0.22m/s, the mass coefficient is 0.76, the forklift 8 sends the active coke from the active coke storage area 5 to the receiving hopper, then the active coke falls to the bottom end of the large-inclination-angle belt conveyor 6, the large-inclination-angle belt conveyor 6 operates, the iron remover 7 removes the iron in the active coke, and the large-inclination-angle belt conveyor 6 sends qualified active coke to the adsorption tower 1. The coke loading can be obtained by calculation at 45 tons/h, and the specific calculation process is as follows:

The process can be operated in a closed loop mode, the secondary transportation cost is reduced, the labor intensity of personnel is reduced, the equipment is disposable, the reusability is high, the cost is low, the belt with a large inclination angle can be directly conveyed to the top of the tower, the whole equipment is compact, and the occupied space is small.

The invention changes the original ironware removing process after operation, removes the ironware in advance through the process, and can avoid environmental protection and equipment hidden troubles such as dust exceeding standard, adsorption tower overtemperature, tripper clamping stop and the like in later debugging and operation.
