Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of contactless electronic switches, in particular to a method for preventing a proximity switch from being unstable due to vibration.

Background

The proximity switch is also called contactless proximity switch, and is an ideal electronic switching value sensor. When the metal detection body approaches to the induction area of the switch, the switch can send out an electric command rapidly without contact, pressure and spark, and accurately reflect the position and the stroke of the motion mechanism. It is widely used in machine tool, metallurgy, chemical industry, light textile and printing industries. The automatic control system can be used as the links of limiting, counting, positioning control, automatic protection and the like. The proximity switch is a position switch which can be operated without mechanical direct contact with a moving part, and when the sensing surface of the object proximity switch reaches an action distance, the switch can be actuated without mechanical contact and any pressure applied, so that a direct current electric appliance is driven or a control instruction is provided for a computer (plc) device. The approach switch is a switch type sensor (i.e. a non-contact switch), which has the characteristics of a travel switch and a microswitch, and has the characteristics of sensing performance, reliable action, stable performance, fast frequency response, long service life, strong anti-interference capability and the like, and has the characteristics of water resistance, shock resistance, corrosion resistance and the like. The product has inductance type, capacitance type, Hall type, AC type and DC type.

Most of mechanical equipment needs to complete actions through the cooperative matching of various mechanisms, and the state information of different parts is acquired through the proximity switch, so that the proximity switch has a wide application range in the modern mechanical equipment industry. Fig. 1 is a state diagram showing a typical proximity switch in the prior art. As shown, the proximity switch 3 is fixed on the bracket 2, the bracket 2 is fixed on the equipment base body 1, the moving component 4 carries the detection plate 5 to move, and when the detection plate 5 enters the detection range of the proximity switch 3, the proximity switch 3 sends a signal to a control system of the equipment. In some work, the device base body 1 or the moving part 4 can be influenced by the vibration of the device, so that the distance between the detection plate 5 and the proximity switch 3 is changed, the signal of the proximity switch 3 is flickered, and the real state of the moving part 4 cannot be reflected. In particular, in some large-scale automatic production lines, production pause often occurs due to sudden change of signals of the proximity switch 3, and the efficiency and stability of automatic production are severely limited.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a method for preventing a proximity switch from being unstable due to vibration, which can ensure that the proximity switch is not influenced by the vibration of equipment, can ensure that the distance between the proximity switch and a proximity switch trigger plate is not changed, can realize the relative stability of the distance between the proximity switch and a detection plate by changing the trigger mode of the proximity switch, and can adapt to the proximity switches of different models by arranging an adjusting mechanism to ensure that the distance between the proximity switch and the detection plate is adjustable.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.

A method for preventing the vibration instability of a proximity switch comprises the steps that when the proximity switch is used, a proximity switch fixing device and a proximity switch triggering device are integrated into the same proximity switch seat, so that the positions of a proximity switch fixed on the proximity switch fixing device and a triggering plate of the proximity switch triggering device are relatively fixed, and the relative positions of the proximity switch and the triggering plate cannot be changed under the vibration effect of equipment by a proximity switch seat arranged on an equipment base body;

when the moving direction of the moving component is consistent with the moving direction of the trigger plate, the moving component presses down the trigger plate to enable the trigger plate to enter the detection range of the proximity switch, and the detection range is used for detecting the limit position state of the moving component;

when the moving direction of the moving component is vertical to the moving direction of the trigger plate, the moving component firstly gradually presses down the trigger plate to enable the trigger plate to enter the detection range of the proximity switch, and along with the continuous movement of the moving component, the trigger plate gradually leaves the detection range of the proximity switch under the action of the resetting device of the trigger plate to be used for detecting the position state of the moving component.

According to the method for preventing the proximity switch from being unstable due to vibration, the guide device of the trigger plate is arranged in the proximity switch seat, so that the trigger plate can only move up and down along the guide device in the proximity switch seat, the movement of the trigger plate in the left-right direction is avoided, and the horizontal linear distance of the trigger plate of the proximity switch cannot be changed.

In the method for preventing the proximity switch from being unstable due to vibration, the trigger plate is ensured not to be separated from the proximity switch seat by arranging the clamping device between the trigger plate and the proximity switch seat.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

A method for preventing the shock instability of a proximity switch, when using the proximity switch 3, the proximity switch 3 fixed on the proximity switch fixing device and the position of the trigger plate of the proximity switch trigger device are relatively fixed by integrating the proximity switch fixing device and the proximity switch trigger device into the same proximity switch seat, the relative position of the proximity switch 3 and the trigger plate installed on a device base body 1 can not change under the vibration effect of the device;

when the moving direction of the moving component 4 is consistent with the moving direction of the trigger plate, the moving component 4 presses down the trigger plate to enable the trigger plate to enter the detection range of the proximity switch 3, and the limit position state of the moving component 4 is detected;

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 and 3 are a shockproof proximity switch system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, which includes a proximity switch 3 and a proximity switch holder; the proximity switch base is fixed on the equipment base body 1 and comprises a proximity switch fixing device and a proximity switch triggering device; the fixing device for fixing the proximity switch and the trigger device for triggering the proximity switch are fixed in the same proximity switch seat to form a whole, so that the relative position of the proximity switch and the trigger device cannot be changed under the action of external vibration; the proximity switch fixing device is used for fixedly mounting the proximity switch 3; the proximity switch triggering device is used for detecting a moving part 4, and after the moving part 4 touches a triggering plate of the proximity switch triggering device, the triggering plate enters a detection range of the proximity switch 3 under the pushing of the moving part 4; the proximity switch base further comprises a resetting device of the trigger plate, and the resetting device can restore the trigger plate to the initial position after the moving part 4 leaves the trigger plate.

Specifically, the proximity switch fixing device comprises a bottom plate 6 and a support 2, wherein the bottom plate 6 is welded on the equipment base body 1 through a bolt, the support 2 is fixedly welded on the bottom plate 6, the proximity switch 3 is fixedly installed on the support 2, the installation mode of the proximity switch 3 is determined according to the type of the proximity switch 3, as shown in fig. 1, the proximity switch 3 is inserted into a hole of the support 2, and two ends of the proximity switch are fixed through nuts.

As best shown in fig. 3, the proximity switch trigger device comprises a bottom plate 6, a left vertical plate 7, a right vertical plate 7, a guide sleeve 11 and an inserting plate 9, wherein the inserting plate 9 is a trigger plate for solving the problem of the switch trigger device; the bottom plate 6 is fixedly connected with the equipment base body 1, 2 left and right vertical plates 7 are fixedly arranged on the bottom plate 6 through bolts, guide sleeves 11 are arranged on the inner sides of the left and right vertical plates 7, the guide sleeves 11 provide guidance for the plug board 9, and the plug board 9 can only do vertical linear motion along holes of the guide sleeves 11; the collision block 10 fixed on the moving part 4 can enable the inserting plate 9 to move up and down along the guide sleeve 11 when touching the inserting plate 9, and the inserting plate 9 leaves or enters the detection range of the proximity switch 3 along with the up-and-down movement of the inserting plate 9; in this embodiment, the two ends of the insertion plate 9 are in the shape matched with the holes of the guide sleeve 11, and the middle part is a part for triggering the proximity switch 3, the material of the part should be selected to be the material capable of being detected by the selected proximity switch 3, for example, the proximity switch 3 is the type of copper, the material of at least the middle part of the insertion plate 9 should be the copper material, and the top part of the insertion plate 9 is widened and thickened, so that the contact area between the collision block 10 and the insertion plate can be increased.

In this embodiment, the moving member 4 is not moved downward after pressing down the inserting plate 9, and reaches the limit position of the downward movement of the moving member 4, and the proximity switch 3 is used for detecting whether the moving member 4 reaches the limit position.

Further, the guide sleeve 11 is fixedly connected with the left vertical plate 7 and the right vertical plate 7 through bolts, the left vertical plate 7 and the right vertical plate 7 are provided with oblong holes, the guide sleeve 11 can move in the proximity switch seat to adjust the distance between the guide sleeve 11 and the proximity switch 3, and the guide sleeve 11 is fastened on the left vertical plate 7 and the right vertical plate 7 through bolts after adjustment is finished.

In particular, the resetting device is provided with an elastic element at the lower part of the trigger plate, namely, the elastic element is provided at the lower part of the inserting plate 9, so that the elastic element can spontaneously upwards move under the action of the elastic element.

Further, the elastic element is a spring 12, in this embodiment, the spring 12 is disposed in the guide sleeve 11, and the spring 12 has two functions, one is to provide a restoring force to the inserting plate 9, and the other is to provide a certain upward force to the inserting plate 9 when the moving part 4 does not touch the inserting plate 9, so that the moving part itself is not affected by the vibration of the device.

Preferably, the guide sleeve 11 is provided with a friction ring 13, as shown in fig. 6, the friction ring 13 increases the resistance of the insert plate (9) to move in the guide sleeve 11, and the friction ring 13 further increases the resistance of the guide sleeve 11 to the insert plate 9, so that the insert plate 9 cannot move downwards under a certain degree of equipment vibration, and can move downwards only under the touch of the moving part 4.

Preferably, the friction ring 13 should be a wear-resistant rubber ring.

Example 2

Preferably, the contact portion of the striking block 10 and the insert plate 9 is rounded or is shaped to match the top slope of the insert plate 9 so that it can smoothly match the striking block 10.
