Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of glass fiber auxiliary equipment, and particularly relates to a connector for fiber connection.

Background

The glass fiber is an inorganic non-metallic material with excellent performance, has various varieties, and has the advantages of good insulativity, strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength and the like; therefore, glass fiber is widely used in production.

In the process of winding the glass fiber on the reel, the glass fiber is broken due to uneven stress of the glass fiber and other reasons, so people often use two hands to connect the broken glass fibers; however, manual connection of the glass fibers is time-consuming, so that the production efficiency of the glass fibers is affected, and the glass fibers are pricked, so that people can have symptoms of skin itch, discomfort and the like; there is therefore a need for a connector for fiber connections that addresses the above-mentioned problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a connector for fiber connection, which is characterized in that broken glass fiber ends are overlapped and placed in through holes, and a motor is started to enable a rotating shaft to drive a rolling column to rotate, so that the broken glass fibers are mutually wound and connected; the process can effectively realize the connection of broken glass fibers; and it has the advantages of convenient use, sustainable use, falling resistance and durability; the discomfort caused by manual connection of glass fiber is avoided to a certain extent; the connection efficiency of the glass fiber and the production efficiency of the glass fiber are improved; the problem of current manual connection fracture glass fiber, and cause glass fiber production efficiency to reduce and cause people uncomfortable is solved.

a rolling column is arranged between the rotating shaft, the limiting roller, the rotating shaft and the two support plates; the middle part of the end surface of the rolling column is provided with a through hole; the peripheral side surface of the rolling column is provided with a chute communicated with the through hole; one end surface of the rolling column is provided with a circular groove; the circular groove is communicated with the through hole through a connecting channel;

a mounting column is fixed in the middle of the side surface of the circular groove; a wire wheel is sleeved on the mounting column;

the end face of the rolling column is fixedly provided with a limiting plate, and the limiting plate and the wire wheel form limiting and blocking matching.

Furthermore, a wire passing hole is formed in the side surface of the support plate; a wire passing channel is formed at the joint of the mounting rack and the handle; the wire passes through the wire hole and the wire passing channel and then is electrically connected with a control panel positioned in the handle.

Furthermore, an elliptical groove is formed in the end face of the rolling column; a limiting plate is arranged in the elliptical groove.

Furthermore, a mounting hole is formed in the top surface of the mounting frame; a spring is arranged in the mounting hole.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the end parts of the broken glass fibers are overlapped and placed in the through holes, and the motor is started to drive the rotating shaft to drive the rolling column to rotate, so that the broken glass fibers are mutually wound and connected; the process can effectively realize the connection of broken glass fibers; and it has the advantages of convenient use, sustainable use, falling resistance and durability; the discomfort caused by manual connection of glass fiber is avoided to a certain extent; the connection efficiency of the glass fiber and the production efficiency of the glass fiber are improved.

2. The invention utilizes the elasticity of the spring to lead the rotating shaft to swing by taking the hinged rod as a swinging center, thereby providing certain pressure for the rolling column, preventing the rolling column from escaping from the area formed by the rotating shaft, the limiting roller, the rotating shaft and the two support plates, and effectively ensuring the use safety of the glass fiber connector.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
