As shown in fig. 5, 7 and 10, the left end of the second horizontal plate 607 is connected with a blanking structure 5 for blanking, the blanking structure 5 comprises a first sliding rod 501, a first straight hole 502, a first spring 503, a scraper 504 and a connecting block 505, the left end of the second horizontal plate 607 is provided with the first straight hole 502, the inner wall of the first straight hole 502 is connected with the first sliding rod 501 in a fitting and sliding manner, the bottom of the first sliding rod 501 is connected with the connecting block 505 fixedly, the top of the connecting block 505 is connected with the first spring 503 fixedly, the top of the first spring 503 is connected with the bottom of the second horizontal plate 607, the first spring 503 is sleeved outside the first sliding rod 501, the bottom of the connecting block 505 is connected with the scraper 504 fixedly, the front and rear side walls of the scraper 504 are connected with the inner wall of the side plate 307 in a fitting and sliding manner, the bottom of the scraper 504 is in a fitting and contact with the bottom plate when the cutter 402 is separated from the sliding groove 601, the first spring 503 of the blanking structure 5 pushes the scraper 504 to be in a fitting and contact with the bottom plate 309 through the connecting block 505 during blanking, then the first electric push rod 301 drives the inverted-L-shaped plate 306 to slide in the transverse groove 303, the inverted-L-shaped plate 306 drives the bottom plate 309 to move, and the scraper 504 discharges the top section pushing part of the bottom plate 309 from the blanking hole 101 when sliding on the top of the bottom plate 309, so that the device is convenient for discharging the sections.
