Technical Field

The present disclosure generally relates to the field of abrasive tools, and more particularly, to a mold having a simple structure.

Background

In prior art, the thimble of mould generally sets up on the thimble board, when front mould and back mould separation, promotes the ejecting thimble of thimble board through the push rod to accomplish the separation of product and mould, however, to some products that the side structure is complicated, because the shape position is big to the dynamics of hugging closely of product, can cause the product to warp or damage by the direct ejecting product of thimble, lead to the product output bad.

Accordingly, there is a need in the art for improvements.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a mold that meets the specific requirements of current mold product fabrication.

Based on an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, an embodiment of the present application provides a mold, including:

the mould comprises a front mould core, a front mould blank, a rear mould core, a rear mould blank, a guide pillar, a chicken shovel, a shape and position thimble and a spring;

the front mold core is arranged inside the front mold blank, and the inner surface of the front mold core is provided with an upper side surface appearance model for manufacturing a product;

the front mold blank is matched with the rear mold blank to provide structural support for the front mold core and the rear mold core;

the rear mold core is arranged inside the rear mold blank, the rear mold core is of a structure with a middle bulge, the rear mold core corresponds to the front mold core in position, the inner side surface of the rear mold core is provided with a lower side surface appearance model for manufacturing a product, and the front mold core is matched with the rear mold core to form an appearance structure for manufacturing the product;

the guide posts are arranged on the front mould blank on two sides of the front mould core, the guide posts are fixed on the front mould blank through a shaft structure, and when the front mould blank is combined with the rear mould blank, the guide posts rotate outwards on the front mould blank through the shaft structure;

the chicken shoveling device is arranged on the outer side of the front mold blank;

the shape position is arranged on the outer side of the rear mold core on the rear mold blank, the upper side of the shape position is of a plane structure, when the front mold blank is combined with the rear mold blank, the guide post is in contact with the upper plane of the shape position and moves outwards along the upper plane of the shape position, and when the front mold blank is separated from the rear mold blank, the guide post moves inwards along the upper plane of the shape position;

the shape position thimble is embedded in the shape position, one end of the shape position thimble contacts the outer side surface of the rear mold core, and the other end of the shape position thimble extends out of the outer side surface of the shape position;

when the front mold blank is combined with the rear mold blank, the shovel chicken is clamped at the outer edge of the shape and position thimble, so that the shovel chicken fixes the position of the shape and position thimble, the shape and position thimble fixes the position of the rear mold core, and the rear mold core and the front mold core do not move when a product is manufactured;

the spring is arranged on the shape and position thimble and applies outward force to the shape and position thimble, when the front mold blank is separated from the rear mold blank and the shovel chicken leaves the outer edge of the shape and position thimble, the shape and position thimble moves outward under the action of the spring, so that the shape and position thimble does not fix the product made by the rear mold core and the front mold core any more, and the product is separated from the rear mold core and the front mold core.

In another embodiment, the shape and position thimble and the spring comprise two groups, and the two groups of the shape and position thimble and the spring are arranged in a mirror image manner.

In another embodiment, the guide columns comprise two guide columns, and each guide column is arranged corresponding to one group of form position thimbles and springs.

the front mold core 1 is arranged inside the front mold blank 2, and the inner surface of the front mold core 1 is provided with an upper side surface appearance model for manufacturing a product;

the front mold blank 2 is matched with the rear mold blank 4 to provide structural support for the front mold core 1 and the rear mold core 3;

the rear mold core 3 is arranged inside the rear mold blank 4, the rear mold core 3 is of a structure with a middle protrusion, the rear mold core 3 corresponds to the front mold core 1, a lower side surface appearance model for manufacturing a product is arranged on the inner side surface of the rear mold core 3, and the front mold core 1 is matched with the rear mold core 3 to form an appearance structure for manufacturing the product;

the shape and position thimble 8 is embedded in the shape and position 7, one end of the shape and position thimble 8 contacts the outer side surface of the rear mold core 3, and the other end of the shape and position thimble 8 extends out of the outer side surface of the shape and position 7;

when the front mold blank 2 is combined with the rear mold blank 4, the shovel chicken 6 is clamped at the outer edge of the shape and position thimble 8, so that the shovel chicken 6 fixes the position of the shape and position thimble 8, the shape and position thimble 8 fixes the position of the rear mold core 3, and the rear mold core 3 and the front mold core 1 do not move when making products;
