Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cable array retracting device and a method for underwater equipment, which can conveniently sail an operation ship to a preset operation area, enable the cable array to be more convenient, quicker and more stable during butt joint or disassembly by moving the positions of a rolling support, a rolling clamping frame and a rolling bracket on a circulating track, avoid the cable array from sliding to the sea under the action of gravity by the aid of traction of an electric winch, and enable a deck of the whole device to occupy small space and to be convenient to operate and maintain.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an array cable winding and unwinding device for underwater equipment, which is arranged on an operation ship and comprises a support, a circulating track, a plurality of rolling supports, rolling clamping frames and rolling brackets, wherein the rolling supports, the rolling clamping frames and the rolling brackets are arranged on the circulating track;

the support has two sets and parallel arrangement each other, the circulation track includes a pair of slide rail and sets up respectively on two sets of the support, the circulation track is arranged perpendicularly on the operation ship, and with roll support, roll holder and roll bracket are rolling connection.

s2, pulling out a first array cable from a deck of the operation ship, placing the first array cable on a rolling support and a rolling bracket on a circulating track, butting the first array cable with a tail array cable of underwater equipment, fixing the first array cable through a U-shaped buckle on a rolling clamping frame, starting an electric winch to loosen the cable, clamping the tail of the first array cable through a buckle at the end of a cable rope, collecting the cable until a limit pin can be pulled out, laying the underwater equipment and the first array cable, inserting the limit pin into a through hole at the tail of the first array cable close to the front end of the track, locking the rolling support by the limit pin to move, stopping the electric winch, and finishing laying the first array cable;

s3, pulling out a second array cable from a deck of the operation ship, placing the second array cable on a rolling support and a rolling bracket on the circulating track, butting the tail of the first array cable, fixing the second array cable through a U-shaped buckle on a rolling clamping frame, starting an electric winch to loosen the cable, clamping the tail of the second array cable by a buckle at the end of a cable rope, taking up the cable until a limit pin at the position where the rolling support can be pulled out is pulled out, laying the second array cable, inserting the limit pin into a through hole at the position close to the tail of the first array cable at the front end of the track, locking the rolling support by the limit pin to move, stopping the electric winch, and laying the second array cable;
