(2) crushing raw materials into 80-mesh powder, adding the crushed raw materials into 0.1mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution (pH is 6.0) according to the volume ratio of 1:10 to prepare reaction liquid, then adding the microbial bacteria into the reaction liquid to perform enzyme conversion reaction to prepare enzyme conversion liquid, and drying the enzyme conversion liquid at low temperature to obtain active dry powder; the mass ratio of the raw materials to the microbial thalli is 100: 2; the pH of the reaction solution is 6.0, the temperature of the enzyme conversion reaction is 34 ℃, and the time of the enzyme conversion reaction is 24 hours;

(3) mixing the active dry powder with 65% ethanol solution at a volume ratio of 1:10 to prepare aqueous alcohol solution, adjusting pH to 5.5 with boric acid, performing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature at 30 kHz for 30min, and performing immersion reflux extraction to obtain immersion liquid; the dipping reflux cyclic extraction is that the dipping extraction method and the reflux extraction method are alternately used in a cyclic manner, the time of single dipping extraction or reflux extraction is not limited, the total extraction time is kept to be 5 hours per day, and the continuous extraction is carried out for 6 days;

(4) heating the steeping liquor to 87 ℃, performing reflux circulation for 4 hours, immediately cooling and filtering, drying at low temperature to obtain powder, and mixing the powder, glycerol and water according to the mass ratio of 1:5:50 to obtain the external preparation for preventing and treating acne through natural plant biological enzyme conversion, wherein the mass fraction of the 2-10 sugar short-chain branched triterpenes and saponins in the active dry powder of the enzyme conversion substance in the step (2) is 12%.

Example 4

An external cream preparation of an external preparation material for preventing and treating acne through natural plant biological enzyme conversion is prepared by extracting dry powder, preparing a paste body like the powder prepared in the step (3) in the example 1, wherein an oil phase comprises 4-6 parts of olive oil emulsifier, 2-4 parts of shea butter, 2-4 parts of jojoba oil and 2 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer, and a water phase comprises 80 parts of water, 5-8 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of enzyme conversion dry powder extract, 2 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 1 part of carbomer, 1 part of triethanolamine and one part of 1, 2-hexanediol. Dissolving the water phase, heating to 85 deg.C, holding the temperature for 30min, heating the oil phase to 85 deg.C, slowly mixing with the water phase, stirring thoroughly for emulsification, cooling and bottling. The cream is applied to affected part 3 times daily, and 14 days is a treatment course.

Example 5

An external facial mask containing natural plant biological enzyme converted topical preparation material for preventing and treating acne is provided. The dry powder was used to prepare a liquid as the powder obtained in step (3) of example 1. Comprises 85 parts of water, 0.2 part of hyaluronic acid, 3-5 parts of glycerol, 1-2 parts of allantoin, 3 parts of enzyme-converted dry powder extract, 3 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 2 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5 part of carbomer, 0.5 part of triethanolamine, 1 part of xanthan gum and 1 part of hydrogenated castor oil. Dissolving the dry powder in the liquid, fully emulsifying and uniformly stirring. Heating to 85 deg.C, maintaining the temperature for 30min, cooling, and packaging. The facial mask is applied to face and affected part once a day, and 14 days is a treatment course.

Example 6

A dual-component spray for external preparation of natural plant biological enzyme for preventing and treating acne is provided. The dry powder was used to prepare a liquid as the powder obtained in step (3) of example 1. Comprises 85 parts of water, 0.2 part of hyaluronic acid, 3-5 parts of glycerol, 1-2 parts of allantoin, 3 parts of enzyme-converted dry powder extract, 2 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 2 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol and 1 part of hydrogenated castor oil. Dissolving the dry powder in the liquid, and fully and uniformly stirring. Heating to 85 deg.C, maintaining the temperature for 30min, cooling, and packaging. The spray is sprayed on the face and the affected parts of the face two to three times a day, and 14 days are a treatment course.

Clinical effect verification of related acne removing products is carried out, study objects are all patients suffering from common acne, the study objects are 60 patients, 20 men and 40 women are 20 patients, the age range of the patients is 18-30 years old, the study patients all accord with related diagnosis standards in Chinese acne treatment guidelines, and skin lesions are follicular papules, comedones, pustules, nodules, cysts and scars and are accompanied with seborrhea. Patients with allergic reactions, gestation or lactation were excluded from the study; eliminate serious dysfunction of multiple important organs of the body. the above experimental example was the product obtained in example 1, and the product of the comparative example was prepared in the same manner as in example 1 except that the step of converting the microbial cells into enzyme was not performed as compared to example 1, and the other components and preparation method were the same as those of example 1. From the table 1, the invention can improve the bioavailability of plants, obtain the plant formula with higher curative effect, such as acne removing, sterilization, inflammation diminishing, oil control, skin conditioning and scar repairing, has no scar on the skin after acne removing, no toxic or side effect, is convenient to use, can effectively improve skin microcirculation, balance grease secretion, enhance cell metabolism, thoroughly remove garbage and toxin in the skin, and rapidly eliminate skin inflammation; the acne removing efficiency is improved by more than 10 percent.
