Background

In many laboratory operations, it is often necessary to place tens of vials in a small tray for the operation. Generally, these glass bottles require frequent cap opening and closing operations. When automation is not used for experiments, the bottle cap is usually opened and closed by an operator manually turning the bottle cap. However, with the introduction of automation devices, the problem of opening and closing a plurality of caps by automation devices has emerged. Some automated cap opening and closing devices use electric or start-up clamping to fix the round glass bottle body and then automatically open and close the bottle cap. The operation is usually to take a single sample bottle out of the gripper tray, transfer it to a bottom fixture to grip the sample bottle, and then grip the lid with another rotating gripper and rotate the lid open. However, this method can only fix one bottle body at a time. The bottle fixing device provided by the embodiment can be used only by processing designed holes on a flat plate with a certain thickness and installing the elastic expansion piece 3 and the adjusting screw, and the cost is low.
