Background

Cotton, as a representative fiber of natural fibers, has the advantages of good moisture absorption and air permeability, skin-friendly property, antistatic property and the like, but cotton fabrics often show wrinkles in the using process, and the aesthetic property of the cotton fabrics is seriously influenced. Therefore, cotton usually needs to be finished in a non-ironing crease-resistant way.

At present, the commonly used formaldehyde-free crease-resistant finishing agent mainly comprises tetracarboxylic acid Butane (BTCA), Citric Acid (CA), waterborne polyurethane, etherified 2D resin, epoxy resin, MA/IA/AA polymeric polycarboxylic acid (PCA) and the like, wherein the BTCA has great damage and more consumption on the fabric strength, and the treated wastewater is polluted greatly; the fabric is easy to yellow after being finished by citric acid; the waterborne polyurethane crease-resistant finishing agent can not achieve the finishing effect when being used alone, needs to be used jointly, and has a complex process; the etherified 2D resin has higher cost, and the hand feeling and whiteness after finishing are not ideal; the whiteness and breaking strength of the fabric are obviously reduced by the epoxy resin; the PCA synthesis process is complex and is not suitable for industrial production. In order to avoid the defects, researchers add titanium dioxide into the resin crease-resistant finishing agent for compounding at present, and the titanium dioxide has the advantages of high catalytic performance, strong adsorption capacity, good stability and the like and can catalyze the crosslinking reaction of resin and cotton fiber hydroxyl. But the titanium dioxide dosage is too small, the catalytic performance is weak, and the expected finishing effect cannot be achieved; the use amount is too much, titanium dioxide molecules are easy to agglomerate, so that the crosslinking is not uniform, the wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric is reduced, and the finishing effect is not obvious.

Compared with the prior art, the phosphomolybdic polyacid anion enters the 2D etherified resin F-AP to be catalytically crosslinked with the fiber binding site, and forms a net structure in a certain crosslinking state to be deposited between amorphous areas, so that the movement of the fiber is limited, and the crease resistance of the cotton fabric is improved.
