Technical Field

The invention relates to a garden tool, in particular to a foldable garden tool.

Background

The garden tool refers to a tool used in gardens and the like. Common garden tools include pruners, lawn mowers, edge trimmers, brush cutters, and the like, which are long in length and take up a large space when being stored. For example, a grass trimmer is a tool for cutting weeds in places such as lawns, gardens, pastures, and the like, and a conventional motor is disposed on the grass trimmer at the front end of a connecting rod, and in order to fold the middle of the connecting rod to reduce the storage space, two rods are usually connected by a metal clamping pipe or a plastic clamping pipe, and a middle lead is often connected by a spring wire, and such a connection method has a defect that: the spring wire is easy to lose efficacy, all pulling forces can be applied to the spring wire after the two sections of rods are disassembled, and after the pulling stroke is too large, the spring wire can lose efficacy and cannot be restored, and the spring wire can not be retracted into the pipe, so that a user can hardly operate or can not continue to use the spring wire.

In view of the above, there is a need for an improved garden tool to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel garden tool which can be folded and stored, saves space, and is low in cost and convenient to assemble.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a gardening tool, comprising: a working end; an operation terminal which controls the working terminal; the connecting component is connected with the working end and the operating end and comprises a straight wire, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a connecting piece, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are rotatably connected through the connecting piece, and the straight wire is electrically connected with the working end and the operating end; the garden tool is characterized in that a wire limiting assembly is arranged in the operating end, the straight wire penetrates through the wire limiting assembly, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, the wire limiting assembly is rotatably connected with the operating end, when the garden tool is in a storage state, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are folded through the connecting pieces, and the wire limiting assembly rotates under the action of tensile force and enables the straight wire to be folded and bent.

As a further improvement of the invention, the lead limiting assembly comprises a wire clamp and a first elastic piece which are coaxially arranged, wherein the first end of the first elastic piece is abutted with the inner wall of the operation end, and the second end of the first elastic piece is abutted with the wire clamp.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the wire clamp includes a receiving portion for passing a straight wire therethrough and an extending portion extending outward from one end of the receiving portion, the second end of the first elastic member abuts against the extending portion, when the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are assembled into a single rod through the connecting member, the straight wire is pushed up by the extending portion to be bent, and when the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are folded, a plane of the extending portion and a plane of the first connecting rod are parallel to each other.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the wire clamp further includes a rotating portion located at the bottom of the accommodating portion, the first elastic member is a torsion spring, a fixed shaft is disposed on the inner wall of the operating end in a protruding manner, and the rotating portion and the torsion spring are both sleeved on the fixed shaft and can rotate relative to the fixed shaft.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the two rotating portions are provided, and the torsion spring is located between the two rotating portions.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the garden tool changes the traditional spring wire into a common straight wire, and the wire limiting component for limiting the straight wire is arranged in the operation end, so that the problems that the spring wire fails to work and cannot be restored due to overlarge pulling stroke are solved, and the effect of protecting the straight wire can be achieved. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention not only can be folded and stored, saves space, but also is low in cost and convenient to assemble.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention discloses a gardening tool 100 for performing gardening work, such as a pruner, a lawnmower, an edger, etc. For convenience of description, the following description will be given in detail by taking the lawn mower as an example, but the invention should not be limited thereto.

The grass trimmer 100 comprises a grass-mowing head 1 (i.e. a working end), a handheld part 2 (i.e. an operating end) for controlling the grass-mowing head 1, and a connecting assembly 3 for connecting the grass-mowing head 1 and the handheld part 2. The grass mowing head 1 is used for executing grass mowing actions and comprises a grass mowing rope 11 and a motor 12 used for driving the grass mowing rope 11 to rotate, so that the grass mowing function is realized. In the present embodiment, the motor 12 is disposed on one side of the grass cutting head 1, but when the garden tool 100 is a chain saw or a pruner, the specific location of the motor 12 may be determined according to the specific situation, and is not limited herein.

An energy input 20 is provided at the handpiece 2, which energy input 20 is used to power the motor 12. The power input part 20 includes a battery pack 21 for supplying power to the motor 12, a circuit board 22, and a fixing case 23 for accommodating the battery pack 21 and the circuit board 22, and the battery pack 21 is detachably connected to the fixing case 23.

The fixed housing 23 includes a left housing 231, a right housing 232, an upper housing 233, and an accommodating space 234, and the accommodating space 234 is formed by the combination of the left housing 231, the right housing 232, and the upper housing 233 and is used for accommodating the battery pack 21 and the circuit board 22. The fixed housing 23 has a mid-plane (not numbered), and the fixed housing 23 is at least partially symmetrical about the mid-plane, and more specifically, the left housing 231 and the right housing 232 are at least partially symmetrical about the mid-plane. The upper case 233 is provided with a through hole 235, the through hole 235 vertically penetrates the upper case 233, and the battery pack 21 is accommodated in the accommodating space 234 and partially protrudes from the through hole 235, so that heat generated by the battery pack 21 during operation can be dissipated through the through hole 235, and the service life of the energy input part 20 is prolonged.

The grass cutting head 1 is electrically connected with the handheld part 2 through a straight lead (not shown), the connecting assembly 3 comprises a first connecting rod 31 connected with the handheld part 2, a second connecting rod 32 connected with the grass cutting head 1 and a connecting piece 33 movably connected with the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32, and the connecting piece 33 enables the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32 to be connected in a rotating mode. In this embodiment, first connecting rod 31 and second connecting rod 32 are hollow pole, and coupling assembling 3 still includes straight wire, and this straight wire is ordinary wire, compares spring wire in the past, neither has the too big problem that leads to spring inefficacy, unable reduction of pulling stroke, has also reduced the wire cost.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a wire limiting component 4 for limiting a straight wire is disposed in the handheld portion 2, the straight wire passes through the wire limiting component 4, the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32, and the wire limiting component 4 is rotatably connected to the handheld portion 2. The wire limiting assembly 4 comprises a wire clamp 41 and a first elastic piece 42 which are coaxially arranged, a straight wire passes through the wire clamp 41, the first end of the first elastic piece 42 is abutted with the inner wall of the handheld part 2, the second end of the first elastic piece 42 is abutted with the wire clamp 41, when the grass trimmer 100 is in a use state, the first elastic piece 42 is in an initial state, and all the straight wires are accommodated in the connecting assembly 3; when the lawnmower 100 is in the storage state, the first link 31 and the second link 32 are disengaged from each other by the connection member 33, the wire clamp 41 rotates under tension and causes the first elastic member 42 to be compressed, and the straight wire is folded and bent.

Specifically, the clip 41 includes a receiving portion 411 through which the straight wire passes and an extending portion 412 extending outward from one end of the receiving portion 411, the second end of the first elastic member 42 abuts against the extending portion 412, the straight wire is pushed up by the extending portion 412 to be bent when the first connection rod 31 and the second connection rod 32 are assembled into one rod through the connection member 33, and a plane in which the extending portion 412 is located is parallel to a plane in which the first connection rod 31 is located when the first connection rod 31 and the second connection rod 32 are separated from each other (i.e., folded).

In other words, after the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32 are assembled, the wire clamp 41 and the first elastic element 42 are both in an initial state (i.e., a release state), and at this time, the straight wires are all accommodated in the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32, and under the action of the first elastic element 42, the extending portion 412 of the wire clamp 41 is pushed up, and therefore, the straight wires pass through the accommodating portion 411 and run along the extending portion 412, and therefore, the straight wires are also pushed up to be in a bent state; when the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32 are separated from each other to enter the storage state, the straight conductive wire is pulled out under the action of a pulling force, at this time, the extending portion 412 rotates to be parallel to the first connecting rod 31 under the action of the pulling force, the first elastic member 42 is compressed, and the straight conductive wire is folded and stored. The application has the advantages that: the cost is low, the assembly is convenient, and the cable clamp 41 and the first elastic piece 42 play a role of a spring.

The wire clip 41 further includes a rotating portion 413 located at the bottom of the accommodating portion 411, the first elastic element 42 is a torsion spring, the inner wall of the handheld portion 2 is protruded with the fixing shaft 24, and the rotating portion 413 and the torsion spring 42 are both sleeved on the fixing shaft 24 and can rotate relative to the fixing shaft 24. In the present embodiment, two rotating portions 413 are provided, and the torsion spring 42 is located between the two rotating portions 413. The accommodating part 411 is arranged in a hollow rectangular shape, so that a straight wire can conveniently pass through; the two rotating portions 413 are respectively disposed at two sides of the bottom end of the accommodating portion 411, and can stably drive the entire wire clamp 41 to rotate.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32 are assembled and fixed to or separated from each other by a connecting member 33. The connecting member 33 includes a first connecting member 331 fixed on the first connecting rod 31 and a second connecting member 332 fixed on the second connecting rod 32, the first connecting member 331 is provided with the limiting member 34, the end of the limiting member 34 is a tip 341, the second connecting member 332 is provided with the fitting member 35, the outer edge of the fitting member 35 is formed with a limiting groove 351, when the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32 are assembled and fixed with each other, the tip 341 of the limiting member 34 is limited and contained in the limiting groove 351, and when the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32 are separated from each other, the tip 341 of the limiting member 34 is separated from the limiting groove 351.

Specifically, the limiting member 34 is rotatably connected to the first connecting member 331 through the second elastic member 36, the first connecting member 331 is sleeved on the end of the first connecting rod 31 and is provided with two protrusions 3311 perpendicular to the first connecting rod 31, the two protrusions 3311 are fixedly connected through a connecting shaft 3312, and both the second elastic member 36 and the limiting member 34 are sleeved on the connecting shaft 3312 and can rotate relative to the connecting shaft 3312. It can be understood that the second elastic element 36 is a torsion spring, one end of the limiting element 34 opposite to the tip 341 is a pressing portion 342, the bottom of the limiting element 34 is provided with an installation portion 343, the installation portion 343 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 3312, and the torsion spring 36 is also sleeved on the connecting shaft 3312 and jacks up the pressing portion 342 of the limiting element 34.

The first connecting member 331 has a first fixing portion 3313 and a second fixing portion 3314 protruding outward and a first gap 3315 formed between the first fixing portion 3313 and the second fixing portion 3314 at an end thereof opposite to the protrusion 3311, and the first fixing portion 3313 and the second fixing portion 3314 are formed with screw holes 3316. The first connecting member 331 is further provided with two third fixing portions 3317, the first fixing portion 3313 and the second fixing portion 3314 are respectively disposed at two ends of the first connecting member 331 to simultaneously limit and fix the first connecting rod 31, each of the third fixing portions 3317 is also provided with a screw hole 3316, so that the first connecting member 331 can be assembled and fixed on the first connecting rod 31 by passing a bolt 37 through the screw holes 3316 of the two third fixing portions 3317.

The fitting member 35 is assembled and fixed to the second connecting member 332, and the stopper groove 351 is formed in a zigzag shape on the circumference of the fitting member 35, so that the fitting member 35 has a cam shape. When the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are assembled and fixed to each other, the tip 341 of the limiting member 34 is limited and received in the limiting groove 351, and meanwhile, the convex column 3318 is received in the open groove 352. It will be appreciated that the engagement member 35 may be rotated relative to the second connection member 332 for the purpose of: the engaging element 35 can be better engaged with the retaining element 34 to lock and fix the first connecting element 331 and the second connecting element 332 together.

The second connecting member 332 is provided with a first positioning portion 3321 and a second positioning portion 3322 protruding outwards, and the first positioning portion 3321 and the second positioning portion 3322 are respectively disposed at two ends of the second connecting member 332 to limit and fix the second connecting rod 32. In this embodiment, one first positioning portion 3321 is disposed near the first fixing portion 3313 and the second fixing portion 3314 so as to be accommodated in the first gap 3315; the second positioning part 3322 is provided in two and is disposed opposite to the third fixing part 3317. Preferably, the first positioning portion 3321 and the second positioning portion 3322 are also provided with screw holes 3316, so that on one hand, the second connecting member 332 can be assembled and fixed to the second connecting rod 32 by using bolts 37 passing through the screw holes 3316 of the two second positioning portions 3322; on the other hand, the first connecting member 331 and the second connecting member 332 can be rotatably connected by a bolt 37 passing through the first fixing portion 3313, the second fixing portion 3314 and the screw hole 3316 of the first positioning portion 3321.

During assembly, the first connecting member 331 is firstly sleeved on the first connecting rod 31, and the bolt 37 passes through the screw holes 3316 of the two third fixing portions 3317 to fix the first connecting member 331 on the first connecting rod 31; then, the second connecting member 332 is sleeved on the second connecting rod 32, and the bolt 37 passes through the screw holes 3316 of the two second positioning portions 3322 to fix the second connecting member 332 on the second connecting rod 32; then, the first connecting member 331 and the second connecting member 332 are assembled and fixed, and the first positioning portion 3321 is accommodated in the first gap 3315 between the first fixing portion 3313 and the second fixing portion 3314, and the first connecting member 331 and the second connecting member 332 are fastened and fixed by using the bolt 37 sequentially passing through the screw holes 3316 of the first fixing portion 3313, the first positioning portion 3321 and the second fixing portion 3314; finally, the position of the fitting member 35 is adjusted so that the tip 341 of the limiting member 34 is just received in the limiting groove 351 of the fitting member 35, and the boss 3318 is received in the slot 352, thereby completing the assembly of the connecting member 33, and stably connecting the grass cutting head 1 and the hand-held portion 2, and the grass cutting machine 100 is in a usable state.

When the lawn mower 100 needs to be folded and stored, the pressing portion 342 of the limiting member 34 is pressed first, so that the tip 341 is tilted upward until being separated from the limiting groove 351, and then the convex post 3318 is separated from the open groove 352 by rotating the matching member 35; then, the second connecting rod 32 is folded towards the first connecting rod 31, the second connecting piece 332 rotates relative to the first connecting piece 331, the straight conducting wire is pulled out outwards under the driving of the second connecting rod 32, and the extending portion 412 of the wire clamp 41 is driven to press the first elastic piece 42 downwards until the extending portion 412 rotates to be parallel to the first connecting rod 31, and at the moment, the folding and storage can be carried out.

It should be noted that the connecting assembly 3 of the present invention can be applied to all garden tools with two-section rods and wires inside the rods, which are not illustrated herein.

In summary, the garden tool 100 of the present invention changes the conventional spring wire into a common straight wire, and the wire limiting component 4 for limiting the straight wire is disposed inside the operation end 2, so as to not only solve the problem that the wire fails and cannot be restored due to an excessive pulling stroke of the conventional spring wire, but also protect the straight wire. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention not only can be folded and stored, saves space, but also is low in cost and convenient to assemble.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
