Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a sightseeing vehicle seat and a sightseeing vehicle.

Background

Referring to fig. 1-2, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a connection between a seat frame and a backrest bracket, and fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating the seat frame in fig. 1 from another perspective.

The sightseeing vehicle is a vehicle with a relatively simple structure, a seat frame 01 is fixed on a vehicle frame, the seat frame 01 is used for installing a seat cushion for passengers to sit, and the seat cushion is fixed on a backrest support 02, as shown in figure 1, a vertical part of the backrest support 02 is used for installing a backrest, a horizontally extending part of the backrest support 02 is used for fixing the seat cushion, after the seat cushion is fixed on the backrest support 02, the backrest support 02 carrying the seat cushion is placed on the seat frame 01, and then a screw 04 is penetrated into and inserted into the horizontal part of the backrest support 02 from the outside below the seat frame 01, so that the purpose of fixing the backrest support 02 and the seat cushion frame 01 is achieved.

Detailed Description

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a seat of a sightseeing vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3, the seat for the sightseeing vehicle comprises a seat frame 1, a seat cushion, a backrest (neither the seat cushion nor the backrest is shown in the figure) and a backrest support 2, wherein the seat frame 1 is in the shape of a shell with an open top, and the seat cushion is assembled to seal the opening of the seat frame 1. The backrest support 2 includes a backrest mounting portion 22 and a seat cushion mounting portion 21 in the present embodiment, and the backrest mounting portion 22 and the seat cushion mounting portion 21 in fig. 3 are rectangular tube structures having certain strength, but obviously, the backrest support is not limited to a tubular structure, and may also be a rod or other structural members.

The seat cushion mounting portion 21 is used for fixing a seat cushion, the seat cushion mounting portion 21 is provided with a mounting hole, the seat cushion can be fixed to the seat cushion mounting portion 21 through a fastener penetrating through the mounting hole, and in fig. 3, the fastener is specifically a screw 5. The seat cushion mounting portion 21 also functions to support the seat cushion when a passenger sits on the seat cushion. In the present embodiment, the backrest mounting portions 22 extend up and down for mounting the backrest, in the present embodiment, the seat frame 1 is provided with two backrest brackets 2, and the two seat cushion mounting portions 21 and the two backrest mounting portions 22 of the two backrest brackets 2 can more reliably fix the seat cushion and the backrest. It is worth noting that, referring to fig. 3 again, the seat of the sightseeing vehicle further comprises an anti-overturning bracket 4 arranged in the seat frame 1, the anti-overturning bracket 4 is connected with a frame of the sightseeing vehicle, and when the backrest bracket 2 is assembled to the seat frame 1, the anti-overturning bracket 4 is inserted with the backrest bracket 2. During installation, the seat cushion is firstly fixed to the seat cushion installation part 21 of the backrest support 2 to form an integral structure with the backrest support 2 and then assembled to the seat frame 1, and when the seat cushion installation part 21 and the anti-turnover support 4 are assembled in place, the seat cushion installation part 21 and the anti-turnover support 4 are automatically inserted. When the anti-overturn bracket 4 is spliced with the seat cushion mounting part 21 and then connected with the backrest bracket 2, the first connecting point is positioned behind the second connecting point, and when the backrest bracket 2 is subjected to backward overturning force, the first connecting point does not bear the overturning force any more, but mainly bears the overturning force by the second connecting point, so that the fatigue and the breakage of the fastener at the first connecting point are reduced and even avoided, and the driving safety is further improved.

With continuing reference to figure 3 and as will be appreciated in conjunction with figure 4, figure 4 is an exploded view of the connection of the anti-roll bracket 4 and the seat frame 1 of figure 3.

In this embodiment, the seat frame 1 is provided with a connecting hole 1a, and the anti-overturn bracket 4 and the seat frame 1 are both fixed to the frame of the sightseeing vehicle at the position of the connecting hole 1 a. With this arrangement, the anti-rollover bracket 4 can be fixed without providing an excessive connecting structure in the seat frame 1.

Further, when the anti-overturn bracket 4 is fixed with the frame through a fastener, the anti-overturn bracket 4 simultaneously presses and fixes the seat frame 1 to the frame, and the fastener can be a screw 3. Namely, the anti-overturn bracket 2 realizes the fixation of the seat frame 1 when being fixed, and the assembly structure is more simplified. The anti-overturning bracket 4 can be a metal piece, such as a round steel, a metal square tube and the like, the seat frame 1 is generally a plastic piece, and compared with the fastening of the plastic piece, the fastening of the metal piece and the frame is more reliable. Of course, the anti-overturn bracket 4 may be a non-metal member, and any material capable of improving strength may be used.

When the anti-overturn bracket 4 is a metal part, a rubber sleeve can be sleeved outside the insertion position of the backrest bracket 2 so as to reduce abnormal sound possibly generated in the use process.

As shown in fig. 3, the rear end of the cushion mounting portion 21 is located at the rear side of the seat frame 1 and is connected to or integrated with the backrest mounting portion 22, and the front end of the cushion mounting portion 21 extends toward the front side of the seat frame 1. The bottom of the seat frame 1 is arranged in a connecting hole 1a for connecting the frame, at this time, the upper end of the anti-overturn bracket 4 is inserted into the front end of the seat cushion mounting part 21, and the lower end of the anti-overturn bracket 4 is connected to the frame. The connecting hole 1a is arranged at the bottom of the seat frame 1, so that the seat frame can be conveniently connected with a frame, the anti-overturning bracket 4 is connected up and down, and when the backrest bracket 2 is subjected to backward overturning force, the anti-overturning bracket 4 transmits the force to the position of the frame at the bottom, so that the backrest bracket 2 is better prevented from overturning.

In this embodiment, the front end of the seat cushion mounting portion 21 extends toward the front side of the seat frame 1, and the anti-rollover bracket 4 and the front end of the seat cushion mounting portion 21 are inserted in the front-rear direction, that is, the connection point is located at the front end of the seat cushion mounting portion 21, and the connection point is located at the rear end or the middle portion of the seat cushion mounting portion 21. The anti-overturning bracket 4 is inserted in the front-back direction and is equivalent to pressing the seat cushion mounting part 21 from top to bottom so as to better prevent the backrest bracket 2 from overturning. It will be appreciated that the insertion of the anti-roll bracket 4 into the seat cushion mounting portion 21 in other directions provides a certain stopping effect in comparison with the turning action of the back bracket 2.

In fig. 3, the top edge of the seat frame 1 is formed with two slots 12 protruding rearward at the rear side, and the backrest mounting portion 22 and the cushion mounting portion 21 of the backrest bracket 2 are located at positions where they meet in the slots 12 to further prevent the backrest bracket 2 from being detached along the rear side. During installation, the backrest support 2 fixed with the seat cushion falls to the top of the seat frame 1 from top to bottom, the corresponding part is inserted into the slot 12, and the backrest support is inserted into the turnover-preventing support 4 after being pushed forwards for a certain distance, and then the backrest support passes through the installation hole 211 through a fastener to be fixed with the seat frame 1.

The anti-turnover support 4 can be a rod or a pipe, as shown in fig. 3, the anti-turnover support 4 comprises a rod, the rod comprises a first horizontal section 41, a vertical section 42 and a second horizontal section 43 which are connected, the first horizontal section 41 is used for being inserted into the cushion mounting part 21 along the front and back direction, the second horizontal section 43 is arranged because the position of the connecting hole 1a at the bottom of the seat frame 1 and the cushion mounting part 21 are staggered in the horizontal direction, and the tail end of the second horizontal section 43 corresponds to the connecting hole 1a, the rod of the anti-turnover support 4 is a broken line structure with two ends bent, and the second horizontal section 43 can press the bottom of the seat frame 1 so as to press and fix the seat frame 1 on the frame.

In fig. 3, the anti-overturn bracket 4 further comprises a connecting plate 44, the second horizontal section 43 further fixes the connecting plate 44, the connecting plate 44 and the second horizontal section 43 can be welded or riveted, the connecting plate 44 is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the connecting hole 1a at the bottom of the seat frame 1, the screw 3 penetrates through the connecting plate 44 and the connecting hole 1a to be fixed with the frame, the area of the connecting plate 44 is large, and the effects of fixing the anti-overturn bracket 4 and pressing the seat frame 1 are more reliable.

The anti-overturn support 4 is arranged into a rod piece or a pipe fitting, has a simple structure, and can adopt the metal piece, such as round steel. With continued reference to fig. 3, and as will be appreciated in conjunction with fig. 5, fig. 5 is an enlarged view of the attachment location of the anti-roll bracket 4 and the seat cushion attachment portion 21 of fig. 3.

One end of the anti-turnover bracket 4 is inserted into the backrest bracket 2, the seat cushion mounting part 21 of the backrest bracket 2 is of a square tube structure, the front end of the seat cushion mounting part is open, the first horizontal section 41 of the anti-turnover bracket 4 is inserted from the opening, and when the backrest bracket 2 is subjected to backward turnover force, the first horizontal section 41 can press the seat cushion mounting part 21 from top to bottom.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of another embodiment of the insertion position of the anti-tip bracket 4 and the backrest bracket 2.
