Background

The steel material has wide application, and is particularly applied to various fields of human society as a connecting piece. For example, in an aluminum alloy formwork system for building, in order to realize connection between formworks, a large number of fittings such as pin pieces and the like are needed, such iron fittings are made of steel materials, the use environment is relatively severe, and the conditions such as corrosion, concrete adhesion and the like are easy to occur. When the cleaning agent is used again, dirt such as rust, oil stain and concrete on iron fittings needs to be cleaned. In the related technology, the traditional chemical rust removal usually uses strong acid, and the acid can react with iron rust and metal oxide to generate soluble salts, thereby achieving the purpose of rust removal. However, the method has obvious defects, and the generation of a large amount of hydrogen in the treatment process can cause the hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon of steel, cause the reduction of the mechanical property of metal and influence the strength of the steel; meanwhile, acid mist is easily formed, which affects the health of operators and corrodes surrounding equipment and environment.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a new rust removing cleaning agent and a method for using the same to solve the above technical problems.
