Firstly, road cones of a road cone sleeve to be replaced are collected to form a sleeve layer and are placed in a material frame 2013, the road cone structure is conical, the upper portion of the road cone structure is a square supporting base plate, two sides of the supporting base plate of the road cone at the lowest position at the initial position are located on two groups of lower baffles 2011, the distance between the lower baffles 2011 and upper baffles 2012 is set to be the distance of the thickness of one supporting base plate, then a second electric slider 209 is started to slide on two groups of second electric sliding rails 2010, the lower baffles 2011 and the upper baffles 2012 move along with the second electric slider 209, the lower baffles 2011 move away from the lower portion of the lowest road cone, meanwhile, the upper baffles 2012 are located below the last but one road cone, so that the lowest road cone falls on the supporting plate 205, then the second electric sliders 209 move back to reset 2011, so that the upper baffles 2012 and the road cone sleeve are separated, and the road cone sleeve falls on the lower baffles again, so that the one-by-one feeding processing of the road cone sleeve is realized, after the road cone sleeve falls on the support plate 205, three groups of first electric push rods 207 supported by the first support rod 206 are started to drive the first conical arc plate 208 to move outwards and move to the state that the first conical arc plate 208 is completely attached to the inner wall of the road cone, so that the road cone is supported and fixed, the first electric push rods 207 are connected with the first conical arc plate 208 through a rotating shaft, when the road cone with different types is touched, the first conical arc plate 208 can rotate around the rotating shaft, the first conical arc plate 208 is tightly attached to the inner surface of the road cone sleeve in parallel, and therefore the road cone can adapt to various types of road cones, then the first electric slide block 202 is started to slide on the first electric slide rail 201 to drive the first transmission rod 203 to move, and the first transmission rod 203 drives the first straight gear 204, the support plate 205 and parts connected with the first straight gear 204 to move to the cleaning unit 3 and the upper sleeve unit 4 in sequence; this unit has realized the material loading one by one and has shifted of way awl.

The cleaning unit 3 comprises a motor 301, a second transmission rod 302, a first bevel gear 303, a second bevel gear 304, a third transmission rod 305, a second spur gear 306, a third electric slide rail 307, a third electric slide block 308, a first electric rotating shaft 309, a fifth bracket 3010, a second electric rotating shaft 3011, a brush roller 3012, a first collecting frame 3013 and a second collecting frame 3014; the motor 301 is fixedly connected with the underframe 1; the output shaft of the motor 301 is fixedly connected with a second transmission rod 302; the outer surface of the second transmission rod 302 is connected with the upper sleeve unit 4; the outer surface of the second transmission rod 302 is rotatably connected with the underframe 1; the outer surface of the second transmission rod 302 is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear 303; the first bevel gear 303 is meshed with the second bevel gear 304; the inner axis of the second bevel gear 304 is fixedly connected with a third transmission rod 305; the outer surface of the third transmission rod 305 is rotatably connected with the underframe 1; the outer surface of the third transmission rod 305 is fixedly connected with a second spur gear 306; a third electric slide rail 307 is arranged on the side of the second spur gear 306; the third electric slide rail 307 is fixedly connected with the underframe 1; the third electric slide rail 307 is connected with the third electric slide block 308 in a sliding manner; the third electric slider 308 is rotatably connected with the first electric rotating shaft 309; the third electric sliding block 308 is fixedly connected with the first collecting frame 3013; the third electric sliding block 308 is fixedly connected with the second collecting frame 3014; the outer surface of the first electric rotating shaft 309 is fixedly connected with the fifth bracket 3010; the fifth support 3010 is rotatably connected to the second electric spindle 3011; the outer surface of the second electric rotating shaft 3011 is fixedly connected to the brush roller 3012.

When the road cone moves to the state that the first straight gear 204 is meshed with the second straight gear 306, the road cone stops, at the same time, the motor 301 is started to drive the second transmission rod 302 to transmit the first bevel gear 303 and the upper sleeve unit 4, the first bevel gear 303 drives the second bevel gear 304 to transmit the third transmission rod 305 to rotate, the third transmission rod 305 drives the second straight gear 306 to transmit the first straight gear 204 to rotate, the first straight gear 204 drives the first transmission rod 203 to transmit the support plate 205, the connected parts of the support plate 205 and the fixed road cone to rotate, meanwhile, the third electric slide block 308 is started to slide on the third electric slide rail 307 until the brush roll 3012 is in contact with the surface of the road cone, the first electric rotary shaft 309 is started in advance to drive the fifth bracket 3010 to rotate, the fifth bracket 3010 drives the connected parts to rotate so that the brush roll 3012 is parallel to the surface of the road cone, then the second electric rotary shaft 3011 is started to drive the brush roll 3012 to rotate, the direction is opposite to the direction of the rotation of the road cone, the brush roller 3012 rotates to clean the surface of the road cone, the foreign matters on the surface are brushed and dropped in the first collection frame 3013 and the second collection frame 3014 to be collected, after the cleaning, the third electric slider 308 is started again to move back to reset, and then the transfer unit 2 drives the cleaned road cone to move into the upper sleeve unit 4; this unit has realized clearing up way awl surface, clears up protruding foreign matter, avoids puncturing way awl cover.

The upper sleeve unit 4 comprises a rod sleeve 401, a third bevel gear 402, a fourth bevel gear 403, a first connecting plate 404, a second electric push rod 405, a fifth bevel gear 406, a screw rod 407, a fastening plate 408, a polished rod 409, an upper sleeve conical cylinder 4010, a third electric rotating shaft 4011, a charging barrel 4012, an electric annular fan 4013, a second supporting rod 4014, a third electric push rod 4015, a second conical arc plate 4016, a second connecting plate 4017, a fourth electric push rod 4018, a fourth electric sliding block 4019 and a fourth electric sliding rail 4020; the outer surface of the second transmission rod 302 is in sliding connection with the rod sleeve 401; the outer surface of the rod sleeve 401 is fixedly connected with a third bevel gear 402; the outer surface of the rod sleeve 401 is fixedly connected with a fourth bevel gear 403; the outer surface of the rod sleeve 401 is rotatably connected with a first connecting plate 404; the first connecting plate 404 is fixedly connected with the second electric push rod 405; the second electric push rod 405 is fixedly connected with the underframe 1; a third bevel gear 402 is arranged on one side of the fifth bevel gear 406; the other side of the fifth bevel gear 406 is provided with a fourth bevel gear 403; the inner axis of the fifth bevel gear 406 is fixedly connected with the screw rod 407; the outer surface of the screw rod 407 is rotatably connected with the third bracket 10; the outer surface of the screw rod 407 is screwed with the fastening plate 408; the fastening plate 408 is in sliding connection with the polish rod 409; the polish rod 409 is fixedly connected with the fourth bracket 11; an upper sleeve conical cylinder 4010 is arranged on the side edge of the fastening plate 408; the upper sleeve cone 4010 is fixedly connected with a third electric rotating shaft 4011; the third electric rotating shaft 4011 is rotatably connected with the first bracket 8; a charging barrel 4012 is arranged on the side edge of the third electric rotating shaft 4011; the charging barrel 4012 is fixedly connected with the first bracket 8; an electric annular fan 4013 is arranged above the charging barrel 4012; the electric annular fan 4013 is fixedly connected with the first bracket 8; a second supporting rod 4014 is arranged in the ring of the electric annular fan 4013; the second supporting rod 4014 is fixedly connected with a third electric push rod 4015; the second supporting rod 4014 is fixedly connected with a second connecting plate 4017; the third electric push rod 4015 is rotationally connected with the second conical arc plate 4016 through a rotating shaft; the third electric push rods 4015 and the second conical arc plates 4016 are arranged in three groups in a collar shape by taking the second supporting rods 4014 as collars; the second connecting plate 4017 is fixedly connected with a fourth electric push rod 4018; the fourth electric push rod 4018 is fixedly connected with a fourth electric slide block 4019; the fourth electric sliding block 4019 is in sliding connection with a fourth electric sliding rail 4020; the fourth electric sliding rail 4020 is fixedly connected with the first bracket 8; the fourth electric slide rail 4020 is fixedly connected to the second bracket 9.

When the road cone moves to the position below the upper sleeve cone 4010, the road cone is stopped, a stack of road cone sleeves is placed in the material barrel 4012 in advance in a reversed mode, the material barrel 4012 is in a cone shape, the road cone sleeves can be placed conveniently, then the fourth electric push rod 4018 starts the second connecting plate 4017 and parts connected with the second connecting plate 4017 to move downwards, the second connecting plate 4016 is moved to the middle of the three groups of second cone-shaped arc plates 4016, the third electric push rod 4015 is started to drive the second cone-shaped arc plates 4016 to move outwards to be in contact with the inner surface of the road cone sleeves in an attaching mode, the innermost road cone sleeve in the stack of road cone sleeves is supported and fixed, the third electric push rod 4015 supported by the second support rod 4014 is connected with the second cone-shaped arc plates 4016 through a rotating shaft, the second cone-shaped arc plates 4016 can rotate around the rotating shaft, the second cone-shaped arc plates 4016 and the inner surface of the road cone sleeves are attached tightly in a parallel mode, then the fourth electric push rod 4018 is started again to drive the second connecting plate 4017 and parts connected with the innermost road cone sleeves and the innermost road cone sleeves fixed to move upwards, the innermost road cone sleeve is drawn out from a pile of road cone sleeves, another road cone sleeve is possibly adhered to the outer surface of the innermost road cone sleeve at the moment, the electric annular fan 4013 starts to blow air to blow down the other road cone sleeve and falls into the material cylinder 4012, then the fourth electric slide block 4019 starts to slide on the fourth electric slide rail 4020 to drive connected parts to move until the road cone sleeve is positioned above the upper sleeve cone 4010, then the three groups of third electric push rods 4015 start to drive the second cone arc plate 4016 to move inwards to be separated from the inner surface of the road cone sleeve, the road cone sleeve does not support the road cone sleeve, the road cone sleeve falls into the upper sleeve cone 4010, then the third electric rotating shaft 4011 starts to drive the upper sleeve cone 4010 to rotate by one hundred and eighty degrees so that the opening faces downwards, the inner wall of the upper sleeve cone 4010 is provided with a bump, the friction force between the road cone sleeve and the road cone sleeve can be increased, and the road cone sleeve can fall off only when the opening faces downwards completely, the road cone sleeve falls on the road cone, then the road cone is controlled to move to the position below the fastening plate 408, then the second electric push rod 405 is started to drive the first connecting plate 404 to move, the first connecting plate 404 drives the rod sleeve 401 to slide on the second transmission rod 302, the third bevel gear 402 and the fourth bevel gear 403 move along with the rod sleeve 401, and move until the third bevel gear 402 is meshed with the fifth bevel gear 406, then the second transmission rod 302 drives the rod sleeve 401 to transmit the third bevel gear 402 and the fourth bevel gear 403, the third bevel gear 402 drives the fifth bevel gear 406 to transmit the screw rod 407 to rotate, the screw rod 407 drives the fastening plate 408 to slide up and down on the polished rod 409, the fastening plate 408 is provided with a circular ring, the inner wall of the circular ring is inclined, the surface of the circular ring is provided with a convex strip, the convex strip can increase the friction force with the road cone sleeve to conveniently drive the road cone sleeve to move, when the circular ring is contacted with the surface of the road cone sleeve when the road cone moves downwards, the road cone sleeve is driven to move downwards to be tightly jointed with the surface of the road cone, then the second electric push rod 405 is started again to enable the fourth bevel gear 403 to be meshed with the fifth bevel gear 406, so that the fifth bevel gear 406 is driven to rotate by the fourth bevel gear 403, the rotating direction is opposite to that before, and the fastening plate 408 is moved upwards to reset; the unit has realized separating way awl cover one by one and then overlapping on way awl surface for way awl cover closely pastes on way awl surface.

The distance between the lower baffle 2011 and the upper baffle 2012 is set to a distance that supports the floor thickness.

The road cones can be conveniently separated and fed one by one.

The outer surface of the second transmission rod 302 at the connection with the rod sleeve 401 is provided with a straight tangent plane.

The rod cover 401 can be made to slide on the second transmission rod 302 and can be rotated by it.

The inner wall of the upper sleeve conical cylinder 4010 is provided with a convex block.
