The silicon steel sheet after the heat treatment is punched into a required shape through the punching device 6, and the silicon steel sheet can be pulled to continuously pass through the equipment, and the rotating disc 22 is driven by the silicon steel tape to rotate on the base 21.

When the transformer core manufacturing and forming equipment is used for manufacturing and forming the transformer core, the method comprises the following steps:

s1, mounting the silicon steel coil: installing silicon steel on a steel coil frame 2, correspondingly penetrating silicon steel sheets on a silicon steel coil through a heating device 3, a cleaning device 4 and a cooling device 5, and finally connecting the silicon steel sheets to a stamping device 6;

s2, heating the silicon steel sheet: heating the passing silicon steel sheet to a proper temperature by a heating device 3;

s3, silicon steel sheet cleaning: the surface of the silicon steel sheet is treated and cleaned through the cleaning device 4, so that impurities generated when the surface of the silicon steel sheet is reheated are cleaned;

s4, cooling the silicon steel sheet: cooling the silicon steel sheet by a cooling device 5 to finish heat treatment;

s5, stamping the silicon steel sheet: the silicon steel sheet after the heat treatment is punched through the punching device 6, and the silicon steel sheet can be pulled to continuously penetrate through the equipment.
