10. A method of knitting a three-dimensional woven fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising single-layer area knitting, layer-by-layer area knitting;

the single-layer area weaving comprises a first weft yarn group weaving and a second weft yarn group weaving;

the first weft yarn group is woven in a manner that the first weft yarn group, the first warp yarn group and the second warp yarn group are interwoven in a manner that the first warp yarn group is raised and the second warp yarn group is sunk;

the second weft yarn group is woven in a manner that the second weft yarn group, the first warp yarn group and the second warp yarn group are mutually crossed and woven, and the second warp yarn group is shown as the second warp yarn group is raised and the first warp yarn group is sunk;
