40 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 10 parts of tetraethylenepentamine, 15 parts of modified polyvinyl chloride, 10 parts of self-made adhesive, 10 parts of soybean protein, 10 parts of natural resin, 5 parts of vegetable oil, 15 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 5 parts of plasticizer, 5 parts of stabilizer and 5 parts of foaming agent.

The preparation method of the PVC artificial leather comprises the following steps:

(1) putting 40 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride resin into a reaction kettle in a dry state under normal pressure, directly carrying out chlorination reaction, introducing a mixed gas containing 50% of chlorine, 0.75% of fluorine and 49.25% of nitrogen into the reaction kettle, and reacting for 100min to obtain chlorinated polyvinyl chloride;

(2) adding a heat stabilizer and a fixed plasticizer into chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, adding tetraethylenepentamine, and mixing, wherein the mol ratio of the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride to the tetraethylenepentamine is 8: 1, sealing in a high-speed mixer, heating and mixing to obtain modified polyvinyl chloride;

(3) a flask provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a condenser is filled with natural resin and water, and the volume ratio of the natural resin to the water is 1: 4, dropwise adding sodium hydroxide, adjusting the pH value to 7, heating to 95 ℃, and reacting for 2 hours to obtain modified natural resin;

(4) adding vegetable oil, maleic anhydride and hydrogen peroxide as catalysts into a flask provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a condenser, heating to 190 ℃ in a glycerol bath for reaction, cooling to 80 ℃ by using cold water, and dropwise adding sodium hydroxide to obtain modified vegetable oil;

(5) adding soybean protein into a 2-sulfenyl ethanol solution, sequentially adding modified natural resin, modified vegetable oil and vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, and blending, wherein the volume ratio is 1: 1: 5, preparing a self-made adhesive;

(6) mixing modified polyvinyl chloride, plasticizer and stabilizer according to the weight ratio of 10: 1: 1, high-speed stirring, wherein one part of materials is subjected to double-layer PVC artificial leather first surface preparation, the other part of materials is subjected to double-layer PVC artificial leather second surface preparation, a foaming agent is added when primary plasticization is about to be completed in a second surface preparation process, multiple stirring is carried out during plasticization and 3 times of large turnover are accompanied, a self-made adhesive is coated on a cloth base in advance when a compound machine is used for compounding, then a calender calendering film and foaming oven foaming are carried out on two sides of the cloth base simultaneously, the temperature of the calender is 160 ℃, the linear velocity of a roller is 29m/min, the linear velocity of a laminating roller is 40m/min, the pressure of the laminating roller is 2.8MPa, a cooling roller is used for cooling, and an automatic winding machine is.

The stabilizer is a barium zinc stabilizer;

the plasticizer is a mixture of dioctyl ester and dibutyl ester.

Comparative example 1

The formulation of comparative example 1 was the same as example 1. The preparation method of PVC artificial leather is different from example 1 only in that the preparation of steps (1) and (2) is not performed, step (6) is directly performed using polyvinyl chloride, and the remaining preparation steps are the same as example 1.

Comparative example 2

Comparative example 2 was formulated as in example 1. The preparation method of PVC artificial leather differs from example 1 only in that the preparation of steps (3), (4) and (5) is not performed, step (6) is directly performed using a general adhesive, and the remaining preparation steps are the same as example 1.

Test example 1

1. Test method

Example 1 and comparative example 1 are comparative tests, in which the high-elasticity PVC artificial leather prepared in example 1 and comparative example 2 was cut to the same size, and the tensile was compared with the minimum force with which it could be broken.

2. Test results

A comparison of the minimum forces experienced when example 1 and comparative example 1 were tensile failure is shown in table 2.

By comparing the minimum force applied when the example 1 and the comparative example 1 are damaged, it can be obviously found that the minimum force applied when the example 1 and the comparative example 1 are damaged is greater than that of the comparative example 1, which shows that the modified polyvinyl chloride used in the present invention can enhance the tensile strength of the PVC artificial leather, indicating that the PVC artificial leather prepared in the present invention has excellent tensile resistance.

Test example 2

1. Test method

Example 1 and comparative example 2 are comparative tests, the high-elasticity PVC artificial leather prepared in example 1 and comparative example 2 was cut to the same size, and the magnitude of the force received when the material was separated from the cloth base was compared.

2. Test results

The comparison of the force applied when the high-elasticity PVC artificial leather material prepared in example 1 and comparative example 2 is separated from the cloth base is shown in table 1.

The comparison of the strength of the thin fabric of the high-elasticity PVC artificial leather material prepared in the example 1 and the comparative example 2 with the strength of the fabric base in the separation process is carried out, and the strength of the material of the example 1 in the separation process is greater than that of the comparative example 2, so that the self-made adhesive used in the invention can enable the material to be combined with the fabric base more tightly, and the peel strength of the high-elasticity PVC artificial leather prepared in the invention is indicated to be greater.

Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
