7. A friction plate alarm structure according to claim 1 wherein the rear side of said noise damping sheet body is of a convex arcuate configuration; the rear side of the silencing sheet body is flush with the rear side of the metal base body layer in the mounting state.

8. A friction plate warning structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein said tab has a 2mm protrusion from the surface of the metal matrix layer.

In the running process of a vehicle, a friction plate of a brake is abraded along with the continuous increase of the running mileage, an alarm mechanism is riveted on the friction plate separately in the conventional vehicle type at present, when the friction plate is abraded to the limit, the alarm plate is in contact with a brake disc to generate an acoustic alarm, a driver is informed that the friction plate is abraded to the limit, and the friction plate needs to be replaced in time.

Chinese patent document cn201720469033.x, application date 20170428, patent names: a friction plate alarm system and a vehicle; disclosed are a friction plate alarm system and a vehicle, the friction plate alarm system includes: a friction plate and a sensor, the friction plate having an inner friction surface; the end part of the sensor and the inner friction surface are positioned in the same plane, the sensor comprises a plurality of parallel resistors which are arranged in the thickness direction of the friction plate, and the sensor is suitable for sending out an alarm signal when the parallel resistors are worn to a preset value. Therefore, the abrasion and the resistance abrasion of the friction plate can be synchronous, the resistance value can change along with the abrasion, and the sensor can send out an alarm signal when the resistance is abraded to a preset value, so that the abrasion degree of the friction plate of a driver can be effectively reminded, the friction plate can be timely replaced by the driver conveniently, and the running safety of a vehicle can be improved. However, a technical solution that can directly alarm through the sound deadening sheet without adding an additional alarm structure is not disclosed.

In summary, there is a need for a friction plate alarm structure capable of directly alarming through a silencing plate without adding an additional alarm structure, and no report is found about the friction plate alarm structure at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a friction plate alarm structure which can alarm directly through a silencing plate without adding an additional alarm structure.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a simplified friction plate alarm structure comprises a silencing plate and a friction plate; the silencing sheet is fixed on the friction sheet; the friction plate comprises a friction base layer and a metal base layer; the friction matrix layer is positioned at the lower edge of the metal matrix layer; a first lug and a second lug are arranged on the rear side of the friction plate; a clamping groove is formed between the first lug and the second lug; the silencing sheet comprises a silencing sheet body; a card is arranged on the rear side of the silencing sheet body; the card is matched with the clamping groove.

As a preferred technical scheme, the friction plate comprises a friction base layer and a metal base layer; the friction matrix layer is positioned at the lower edge of the metal matrix layer; and mounting structures are arranged at two ends of the metal base body layer.

As a preferred technical scheme, the rear side of the friction plate is of a convex arc-shaped structure.

As a preferable technical scheme, the thickness of the clamping groove is equal to the thickness of the metal base body layer.

Preferably, the rear side of the metal base layer extends outwardly with respect to the thickness of the friction base layer.

The invention has the advantages that:

According to the simplified alarm structure for the friction plate 1, due to the fact that the noise reduction plate and the friction plate 1 are structurally designed, the noise reduction plate can alarm for limit friction of the friction plate 1 through the structure of the noise reduction plate, a traditional specific alarm structure is not needed, the processing flow is reduced, and the cost is low.
