Technical Field

Background

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tyre, and more particularly to improving the unbalanced mass of a tyre by compensating the unbalanced mass of a (green) blank. Tire imbalance can be divided into static imbalance and dynamic imbalance. In recent years, as road conditions have increased, improvements in vehicle performance have increased, as well as increased demands on comfort from users. A great deal of research shows that the vertical shaking phenomenon of the vehicle at 80-90 km/h is partially caused by poor static balance of tires. The vehicle body or square disk flutters around 35km/h because of poor dynamic balance of tires. For these reasons, tire manufacturers strive to control tire imbalance to a minimum level.

A well-known filling and balancing method commonly used by tire manufacturers is to fill and balance the tire (after vulcanization) with viscous cement (as in the Chinese patent publication No. CN 110003723A). Although the compensation method is effective, the repaired tire can cause serious internal mucilage to fall off in the using process, and poor appearance feeling is caused to users. The method for improving the unbalance of a tire by coating the inside of a tire with the cement is described in detail in "study on tire dynamic balance compensation method" published by Linxiao.

Another common tire imbalance repair improvement is the use of methods to reduce the radial out-of-roundness of the tire tread. The method is introduced in the article "research on tire dynamic balance grinding method". And locally polishing the tire tread near the first harmonic wave of radial out-of-roundness. This method is very effective for improving a tire having a poor static imbalance of the tire, but has a small effect on a tire having a poor dynamic imbalance of the tire, and buffing the tread causes poor appearance. As customers demand premium tires, the buffing mode is increasingly unacceptable.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application aims to provide a method for improving the unbalance of a tire, which is used for repairing and realizing the unbalance of the tire through the detection of a tire blank in the tire manufacturing process.
