Referring to fig. 1, 8 and 11, when the equipment is maintained, the equipment box assembly 1 can be slowly lowered by disassembling one of the transverse connecting brackets 2 and the connecting member between the two longitudinal connecting brackets 3 and the equipment box assembly 1, wherein the disassembled transverse connecting bracket 2 is completely separated from the equipment box assembly 1, the two longitudinal connecting brackets 3 are connected with the equipment box assembly 1 through the link structure assembly 4, and the equipment box assembly 1 is dropped and placed at a position convenient for maintenance through the link structure assembly 4.

In practical application, the lengths of the two connecting rods 13 in the connecting rod structure component 4 can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of limiting according to the size of the required maintenance space.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a group of stainless steel guide plate assemblies in a spacing equipment box convenient to maintain according to an embodiment of the invention. The stainless steel guide plate assembly 6 in the embodiment of the invention comprises two guide plates which are matched for use, wherein one guide plate is attached to a box body structure, and the other guide plate is attached to the transverse connecting bracket 2 or the longitudinal connecting bracket 3; as shown in fig. 9, one side of each guide piece is designed with a 45-degree oblique flange, which is fixed on the connecting bracket or the equipment box assembly 1 and is located between the corresponding connecting bracket and the equipment box assembly 1.

Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a group of stainless steel guide plate assemblies in a spacing equipment box convenient to maintain according to an embodiment of the invention. The limiting angle sheet 7 is arranged to be of an L-shaped cross section structure, is fixed on the longitudinal connecting support 3, is positioned at the upper part of the equipment box assembly 1 and attached to the equipment box assembly 1, and is used for limiting the highest position of the box structure through the limiting angle sheet 7 when the box structure is retracted upwards.

According to the limiting equipment box convenient to maintain provided by the embodiment of the invention, an equipment box component 1 for installing equipment is arranged on an airplane structure through a transverse connecting bracket 2, at least two longitudinal connecting brackets 3, at least two connecting rod structure components 4 and a connecting component used in a matched mode; specifically, through horizontal and vertical load of 2 transmission of transverse connection support, through vertical and vertical load of 3 transmission of vertical connection support, through the bending and stretching of two connecting rods 13 in the connecting rod structure subassembly 4 for equipment box subassembly 1 provides the predetermined angle that opens and shuts, can be according to required maintenance space size, the length of two connecting rods in the adjustable connecting rod structure subassembly 4 is in order to reach spacing purpose during the design. The limiting equipment box provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:

1. the structure strength and rigidity are high. The device can provide reliable support for the work of equipment while meeting the requirement of falling and colliding loads;

2. the maintainability is good. The hinge assembly can enable the equipment box to rotate transversely, the connecting rod structure assembly 4 limits the rotation angle of the equipment box, and when the equipment box is re-installed, the stainless steel guide piece and the limiting angle piece facilitate workers to quickly find a proper installation position of the equipment box;

3. the structure of the limiting equipment box can meet the requirements of falling load and being convenient for maintenance so as to meet the requirements of model development.

The following describes in detail a specific implementation of the limit equipment box for easy maintenance according to an embodiment of the present invention with a specific implementation example.

Referring to fig. 1 to 11, as shown in fig. 1, the maintenance-facilitating limit equipment box of the present embodiment includes: equipment box subassembly 1, transverse connection support 2, vertical linking bridge 3, connecting rod structure subassembly 4, hinge subassembly 5, stainless steel guide plate 6 and spacing angle piece 7 constitute. As shown in fig. 2, the equipment box assembly 1 mainly comprises a transverse rib 8, a longitudinal rib 9 and a wire running rail 10, wherein the transverse rib 8 (shown in fig. 3) and the longitudinal rib 9 (shown in fig. 4) are formed by combining a "Z" section and a "T" section; the equipment is mounted in the equipment box through the wire running rails 10.

The longitudinal connecting brackets 3 are of "Contraband" section and provide the link structure assembly 4 with a binaural abutment 14, one end connected to the equipment box longitudinal ribs 9 and the other end connected to the aircraft structural longitudinal members (typically stringers), as shown in figure 5. One of the transverse connecting brackets 2 is similar to the longitudinal connecting bracket 3 in structure, the other transverse connecting bracket 2 is of an E-shaped section structure, one end of the transverse connecting bracket is connected with a transverse rib 8 of the equipment box, and the other end of the transverse connecting bracket is provided with a hinge assembly 5, as shown in fig. 8, the transverse connecting bracket 2 is of two forms. The hinge assembly 5 shown in figure 7 is composed of two hinge leaves 11 and a poker 12, one end of which is mounted on one of the cross-connecting brackets 2 and the other end of which is connected to a cross-member of the aircraft structure (generally in the form of a frame). As shown in fig. 6, the connecting rod structure assembly 4 comprises at least two connecting rods 13 with i-shaped cross sections, a double-lug support 14, a bushing 15, a bolt 16, a gasket 17 and a groove-shaped self-locking nut 18, wherein one end of the connecting rod structure assembly 4 is connected to the longitudinal connecting bracket 3, and the other end of the connecting rod structure assembly is connected to the equipment box; the link assembly 4 is attached to a binaural mount 14 at one end of the equipment cabinet and has two binaural holes, one of which is attached to the rod 13 and the other of which nests a bolt 16 for limiting the direction of bending of the rod 13 in the 4 when the 4 is retracted. The stainless steel guide plate assembly 6 comprises two guide plates (one is attached to the box body, and the other is attached to the transverse connecting bracket 2 or the longitudinal connecting bracket 3) which are used in a matched mode, one side of each guide plate is designed with a 45-degree inclined flanging which is respectively fixed to the longitudinal connecting bracket 3 and the equipment box assembly 1 and located between the two guide plates, and as shown in fig. 9, the two guide plates 6 are in two forms. As shown in fig. 10, the limiting angle piece 7 is of an L-shaped cross section structure, is fixed on the longitudinal connecting support 3, is located at the upper part of the equipment box assembly 1, is attached to the equipment box assembly 1, and is used for limiting the highest position of the box body through the limiting angle piece 7 when the box body is retracted upwards.

When the equipment is maintained, the transverse connecting bracket 2, the longitudinal connecting bracket 3 and the connecting piece between the equipment box assemblies 1 are disassembled (the transverse connecting bracket at the hinge assembly is not disassembled), and the hand-held equipment box is slowly put down, as shown in fig. 11, which is a schematic view of the maintenance state of the equipment box. After the maintenance is finished, the hand-held equipment box is slowly lifted, and the transverse connecting bracket 2, the longitudinal connecting bracket 3 and the connecting piece between the equipment box components 1 are installed.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
