Many ophthalmic diseases are greatly related to the deficiency of lutein, but lutein and lutein esters cannot be synthesized in human bodies, so proper supplement of lutein and lutein esters can effectively protect the retina of eyes and prevent cataract.

Example 2:

the blueberry lutein ester tablet candy for relieving visual fatigue comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15% of lutein ester, 30% of blueberry powder, 35% of D-mannitol, 13.7% of maltodextrin, 5% of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.8% of citric acid and 0.5% of magnesium stearate.

The preparation method is the same as that of example 1 and is not repeated herein.

Example 3:

the blueberry lutein ester tablet candy for relieving visual fatigue comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12% of lutein ester, 35% of blueberry powder, 36.7% of D-mannitol, 10% of maltodextrin, 5% of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.8% of citric acid and 0.5% of magnesium stearate.

The preparation method is the same as the embodiment and is not described herein.

Example 4:

the blueberry lutein ester tablet candy for relieving visual fatigue comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15% of lutein ester, 40% of blueberry powder, 30% of D-mannitol, 11.5% of maltodextrin, 2% of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.9% of citric acid and 0.6% of magnesium stearate.

The preparation method is the same as that of example 1 and is not repeated herein.

Example 5:

the blueberry lutein ester tablet candy for relieving visual fatigue comprises the following components in parts by weight: 11.5% of lutein ester, 37% of blueberry powder, 30% of D-mannitol, 13.2% of maltodextrin, 7% of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.8% of citric acid and 0.5% of magnesium stearate.

The preparation method is the same as that of example 1 and is not repeated herein.

Effect example 1:

the blueberry lutein ester tabletted candy prepared in example 1 is used as a sample to perform a crowd eating test, and the actual effect of relieving visual fatigue of the product is evaluated.

1. Screening of test population

The requirements of the crowd are as follows: adults 18-65 years old are easy to fatigue in vision after long-term use.

Subjects 45 were recruited, aged 20-63 years, 19 males and 26 females.

3. Efficacy determination criteria
