3. A dual optic zone intraocular lens as claimed in claim 1 wherein the anterior optic portion has an outer diameter of 7mm, the posterior optic portion has an outer diameter of 6mm, the constriction has a diameter of 5mm and the constriction has a thickness of 0.15-0.2 mm.

4. The dual optic zone intraocular lens of claim 1 wherein the anterior optic portion has two haptics axially symmetrically disposed about its periphery.

Background

In the prior art, conventional intraocular lenses are all single-piece convex lens type optical areas and are placed in a lens capsular bag of a cataract patient to replace an original turbid crystalline lens, so that the patient can see objects clearly again and obtain light. The single-piece artificial lens has the advantages that the opacity of the posterior capsular sac area of a patient with postoperative posterior cataract occurs, secondary operation is needed, and a vitrectomy operation is needed when the opacity part of the posterior capsular sac area is cleared, so that the vitreous body close to the opacity area of the posterior side of the lens and the turbid posterior capsular bag are conveniently cut off, and the integrity of the vitreous body is damaged. Therefore, the single-piece artificial lens can not ensure that after the cataract surgery patient changes the lens once, the cataract surgery patient does not relapse any more and the problems of secondary surgery and vitrectomy of the posterior cataract are avoided.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problem that the single-piece artificial lens in the prior art cannot prevent the posterior capsule, the invention provides the artificial lens with two optical regions, which is convenient to prevent the posterior capsule, so that the patient does not relapse after one operation.

The invention aims to realize the artificial lens with two optical zones, which is characterized by comprising an anterior optical lens part and a posterior optical lens part, wherein the anterior optical lens part and the posterior optical lens part are connected through a necking down, the anterior optical lens part is positioned in a lens capsule bag, the posterior optical lens part is positioned in a vitreous body cavity at the rear side of a posterior capsule membrane of the lens capsule bag, and the center of the posterior capsule membrane is provided with a posterior capsule membrane hole matched with and clamped with the necking down.

The artificial lens with two optical areas is characterized in that the optical components of the lens are arranged into a front optical lens part and a rear optical lens part, wherein the front optical lens part is positioned in the lens capsular bag to replace the original diseased lens, and the rear optical lens part penetrates through the rear capsular membrane of the lens capsular bag to be positioned in the vitreous cavity. After the implantation, since the central position of the posterior capsule is opened, the posterior capsule hole is also the position of the necking connecting the front and the rear optical lens parts, even if the posterior capsule hole is turbid due to posterior obstruction at the outer edge of the posterior capsule hole in the later period of the operation, the posterior capsule hole area is always kept transparent, and the operation of observing the peripheral retina, laser and the like after the operation is not influenced. Especially for children cataract patients, the anterior vitrectomy is not needed any more during secondary operations, and the integrity of the vitreous body is prevented from being damaged.

Furthermore, the outer diameter of the front optical lens part is larger than that of the rear optical lens part, and the main optical area of the artificial lens structure with the two optical areas is positioned in the lens capsular bag, and the rear optical lens part is positioned at the rear side of the lens capsular bag, but the occupied position after the artificial lens structure is implanted is still the spatial position of the original lens in the eye, so that the object is ensured to be clearly seen.

Furthermore, the outer diameter of the front optical lens part is 7mm, the outer diameter of the rear optical lens part is 6mm, the diameter of the constriction is 5mm, and the thickness of the constriction is 0.15-0.2 mm.

In order to further facilitate the fixation of the crystalline lens, two connecting loops are axially and symmetrically arranged on the periphery of the anterior optical lens part.

Detailed Description

As shown in figures 1-3, the intraocular lens with two optical zones of the present invention comprises an anterior optical lens part 1 and a posterior optical lens part 2, wherein the anterior optical lens part 1 and the posterior optical lens part 2 are connected by a constriction 3, the anterior optical lens part 1 is located in the lens capsule 7, i.e. located between the anterior capsule 701 and the posterior capsule 702, the posterior optical lens part 2 is located in the vitreous cavity 6 at the rear side of the posterior capsule 702 of the lens capsule, and the center of the posterior capsule 702 is provided with a posterior capsule hole for fitting the constriction 3.

In the artificial lens with the two optical regions, in order to be convenient for implantation and installation, the outer diameter of the front optical lens part 1 is larger than that of the back optical lens part 2, specifically, in order to adapt to the space of a lens capsular bag in the human eye, the outer diameter of the front optical lens part 1 is 7mm, the outer diameter of the back optical lens part 2 is 6mm, the diameter of the necking part 3 is 5mm, and the thickness of the necking part 3 is 0.15-0.2 mm; in order to further facilitate the fixation of the artificial lens, two connecting loops 4 are axially and symmetrically arranged on the periphery of the front optical lens part.

The operation method for implanting the artificial lens with the double optical zones into the eyes of the patient comprises the following steps: after a main corneal incision and a side corneal incision are made on the side edge of a cornea, injecting a proper amount of viscoelastic into an anterior chamber, making an anterior capsule hole with the diameter of about 7.0 mm in the center of an anterior capsule 701 by using capsulorhexis forceps, respectively carrying out water separation and water stratification, carrying out ultrasonic emulsification and suction on a crystalline lens nucleus and a part of cortex, and completely sucking residual crystalline lens cortex by using an injection/suction needle head; discharging a proper amount of perfusion fluid in the anterior chamber, injecting a proper amount of viscoelastic agent into the anterior chamber and the posterior chamber to enable the posterior capsule of the lens to be in a horizontal position, and manufacturing a posterior capsule hole with a diameter of 5.0mm at the center of the posterior capsule 702 by using capsulorhexis forceps; injecting viscoelastic into the lens capsular bag 7 to open the lens capsular bag 7 completely; inserting the head of the injector with the artificial lens with the double optical regions into a lens capsular bag, slowly pushing out the artificial lens to enable the front optical lens part 1 to face the anterior chamber, and implanting the artificial lens into a lens capsular bag 7 by using a lens positioning hook; then the positioning hook is used for jacking and pressing the peripheral edge of the front optical lens part to place the rear optical lens part 2 behind the rear capsular sac hole; the injection/suction needle head sucks the mucous and elastic agent in the lens capsule bag and the anterior chamber, balanced salt solution is injected between the corneal layers to seal the main incision and the side incision of the cornea, the implantation operation is finished, and the implanted double-optical-area artificial lens is shown in figures 2 and 3.

The shape of the artificial lens with two optical zones is that a slightly smaller rear optical lens part is added at the rear side of the front main optical lens part, the two optical lens parts are connected through a neck part, the design is similar to that a large optical zone lens is connected with a small optical zone lens, and the connected part is a cylinder with the diameter of 5.0mm and the thickness of 0.2 mm. Compared with a single button type artificial lens (clamping the artificial lens in the front and back capsular sac), the two artificial lens loops are added, so that the artificial lens can be well fixed in the capsular sac, the front and back displacement of the focus of the lens caused by the front and back displacement can not occur, and the fixation is stronger than that of the button type artificial lens (without loops); the posterior optical lens part 2 is positioned in the vitreous body cavity at the rear side of the posterior capsule 702, after implantation, because a posterior capsule hole is opened at the central position of the posterior capsule, the posterior capsule hole is also the position of the necking neck 3 connecting the anterior and posterior optical lens parts, even if obstruction occurs and turbidity occurs near the posterior capsule hole at the later stage of operation, the posterior capsule hole area is always kept transparent, and the operation of postoperative peripheral retinal observation, laser photocoagulation and the like is not influenced. Especially for children cataract patients, the anterior vitrectomy is not needed to be performed for the second time, and the integrity of the vitreous body is also prevented from being damaged. In terms of operation difficulty, the artificial lens with two optical areas only increases the operation step of manufacturing the posterior capsular sac hole in the implantation process, but for a doctor skilled in cataract operation, the operation is not difficult, the time consumption does not exceed 1 minute, the operation is not difficult in terms of implantation and positioning of the posterior optical lens part, and the edge of the anterior optical lens part can be slightly pressed by the artificial lens positioning hook to clamp the posterior optical lens part on the rear side of the posterior capsular sac hole like button buttons. Because the zonules of the crystalline lens have a certain elasticity, the shape of the posterior capsule hole can be changed, and the lens with a small optical area of 6.0mm in diameter can conveniently pass through the posterior capsule hole with a diameter of 5.0 mm. The two-optic-zone intraocular lens structure has the greatest advantages of preventing posterior capsule opacification, enhancing intraocular lens fixation and keeping the classic mode of implantation in the capsular bag.
