The invention patent with publication number CN103964319A, publication number 20140422, discloses a truck crane, which comprises a chassis; the front axle, the rear axle, the rotary table and the engine are connected with the chassis; a crane boom and a counterweight are arranged on the rotary table, the front axle is a drive axle, and the rear axle is a steering axle; the rotary table is arranged close to the front axle, and the engine is arranged close to the rear axle; when the automobile crane is in a loaded running state, the crane arm is obliquely arranged towards the front of the chassis, so that the hoisted objects are positioned in front of a cab of the automobile crane. When the hoisted article is positioned in front of the automobile crane, the integral gravity center of the automobile crane and the hoisted article can shift forwards, which is not beneficial to the stability of the automobile crane.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automobile crane, which can adjust the gravity center position of the automobile crane and is beneficial to improving the stability.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of using the mobile crane, which enables the center of gravity to be adjusted.

Aiming at the automobile crane, the invention comprises a crane body, a chassis and a rotary table which are arranged on the crane body, wherein a cargo boom and a counterweight are arranged on the rotary table, and the rotary table comprises:

the crane comprises a first body, a second body and a lifting arm, wherein the first body is provided with the lifting arm and can be horizontally and rotatably arranged on a chassis;

the second body is provided with a balance weight, and the second body is arranged on the first body and can horizontally slide relative to the first body;

the push shaft is fixedly connected with the second body;

the driving device is arranged in the first body, drives the push shaft to horizontally stretch and retract, and drives the second body to horizontally move;

the support is connected with the cargo boom and the first body through the support;

the cargo boom is provided with:

the connecting part is connected with the balance weight in a sliding way;

the sliding block is arranged on the connecting part and is connected with the balance weight in a sliding way;

the counterweight is provided with:

the horizontal sliding groove is matched with the sliding block and can slide relative to the sliding block.

The second body and the first body horizontally slide relative to each other, so that the counterweight on the second body can translate, the gravity center of the counterweight part can translate in the direction far away from the crane boom, the distance required by a balance couple, namely the moment arm, can be adjusted, the counterweight does not increase the weight, and the couple for keeping balance can be increased;

an oil chamber in which lubricating oil is placed;

The piston can do piston motion along with the translation of the second body, and lubricating oil in the oil cavity is pushed into the oil way or is sucked from the oil way, so that the flowing of the lubricating oil is promoted, and the lubricating effect is improved.

As a further improvement of the automobile crane, the oil circuit is provided with an oil nozzle capable of sliding up and down, the oil nozzle is conical, the conical oil nozzle can extend into the oil groove and touch the bottom wall of the oil groove, the upper end of the conical oil nozzle is provided with a spring, the spring is positioned in the oil circuit, and a circle of limiting ring is arranged in the oil circuit and fixedly connected with the upper end of the spring.

The oil nozzle is conical, and in the translation process, after the oil nozzle touches the roller, the resistance provided by the roller can decompose an upward component force, so that the oil nozzle retracts into an oil way.

As a further improvement of the mobile crane according to the invention, the mouth of the nozzle has a hole or slot extending along the surface of the mouth.

When the nozzle tip bottoms out, the lubricating oil can enter or be sprayed out from the hole or the seam on the nozzle tip.

the oil rings are distributed along the circumferential direction of the piston head;

the oil ring prevents the lubricating oil from leaking;

The oil return passage guides leaked lubricating oil into the bottom wall of the ring groove from the oil storage groove, the lubricating oil flows into the oil flow passage from the bottom wall of the ring groove and then flows into the oil cavity through the bottom wall of the head of the piston to form backflow of the lubricating oil, the hole expanding portion enables an outlet of the backflow of the lubricating oil to be large, and the backflow is more convenient.

As a further improvement of the automobile crane, the reaming part is provided with an inclined slope to enlarge the interior of the oil cavity.

The inclined ramp facilitates guiding the lubricating oil to the oil circuit.

As a further improvement of the automobile crane, the top of the reaming part is provided with an oil baffle plate which is inclined downwards.

The oil blocking plate is beneficial to preventing lubricating oil from flowing back to the oil flowing channel along the reaming part.

As a further improvement of the automobile crane, the section of the oil baffle plate is a parallelogram.

The upper slope of the parallelogram facilitates the downflow of the lubricating oil and the lower slope facilitates the prevention of the backflow of the lubricating oil.

The using method of the automobile crane specifically comprises the following steps:

the driving device drives the push shaft to horizontally stretch and retract so as to drive the second body to horizontally move; the second body drives the balance weight to move horizontally, so that the connecting part and the balance weight are integrally moved horizontally.

After the overall gravity center is translated, more force couples for balancing can be provided.

The invention can adjust the gravity center position of the device and is beneficial to improving the stability.

In the present embodiment, an oil nipple 324 capable of sliding up and down is disposed in the oil path 323, the oil nipple 324 is tapered, the tapered oil nipple 324 can extend into the oil groove 361 and contact with the bottom wall of the oil groove 361, a spring 325 is disposed at the upper end of the tapered oil nipple 324, the spring 325 is disposed in the oil path 323, and a ring of retainer ring 326 is disposed in the oil path 323 and fixedly connected to the upper end of the spring 325.

The nozzle 324 is tapered such that during translation, when it encounters the roller 362, the resistance provided by the roller 362 dissipates an upward component of force, causing the nozzle 324 to retract into the oil path 323.

in the oil chamber 321, there is a counterbore portion 3211 that communicates the oil flow passage 3115 in the bottom wall of the head portion of the piston 311 with the oil passage 323.

The oil return passage 3114 guides the leaked lubricant oil from the oil storage groove 3112 to the bottom wall of the ring groove 3113, the lubricant oil flows into the oil flow passage 3115 from the bottom wall of the ring groove 3113 and then flows into the oil chamber 321 through the bottom wall of the head of the piston 311, so that the lubricant oil flows back, and the hole expanding portion 3211 enlarges the outlet of the lubricant oil flowing back, so that the lubricant oil flows back more conveniently.

In the present embodiment, the counterbore 3211 has an inclined slope to enlarge the interior of the oil chamber 321.

The inclined ramp facilitates guiding the lubricating oil to the oil path 323.

In this embodiment, the top of the enlarged hole portion 3211 has an oil baffle 3212 inclined downward.

The oil dam 3212 advantageously prevents oil from flowing back along the counterbore into the oil flow passage 3115.

In this embodiment, the oil deflector 3212 has a parallelogram-shaped cross-section.

The upper slope of the parallelogram facilitates the downflow of the lubricating oil and the lower slope facilitates the prevention of the backflow of the lubricating oil.

Example 2

The invention also discloses a using method of the automobile crane, which specifically comprises the following steps:

the driving device 34 drives the pushing shaft 33 to horizontally extend and retract, so as to drive the second body 32 to horizontally move; the second body 32 drives the balance weight 5 to move horizontally, so that the connecting part 41 and the balance weight 5 move horizontally.

After the overall gravity center is translated, more force couples for balancing can be provided.

The invention can adjust the gravity center position of the device and is beneficial to improving the stability.

Example 3

The lubricating oil of the invention can adopt the following mixture ratio: 76.1-85.4% of vegetable oil, 4.4-6.7% of dibutyl hydroxy toluene, 3.4-6.2% of polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.8-1.7% of acrylate and ether copolymer, 1.7-3.3% of alkylolamide, 1.4-2.7% of phytic acid, 0.15-0.25% of n-butyl alcohol and 0.35-0.55% of ethylene glycol.

The multifunctional lubricating oil has the effects of oxidation resistance, low friction coefficient, no foam, passivation prevention, rust prevention, corrosion resistance and low freezing point, and no harmful substances are generated by adopting vegetable oil as a base material.

The invention can adjust the gravity center position of the device and is beneficial to improving the stability.
